I knew I found the right person when he took my face in his hands and studied my features for several minutes while he felt my hair the whole time. Then he went to work. I would not recommend anyone to go to school here or be their models for their students. They do not appreciate you spending your time to model for their students.

Chelsea saved me from more tears as I'd had my hair highlighted 2 weeks prior with another stylist (at another salon) who ruined my color. Chelsea took on the challenge - consulted with some of her colleagues to determine the best plan to best fix my coloring and executed professionally. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.
