They are pretty typical. Push you in, push the extras, push you for nails when you just come in for a pedi. They do a decent job on pedis but the atmosphere is really lacking. It's crowded and there really aren't any provisions made to keep social distancing in place. Pedicure was decent but not very relaxing, even though I paid for the more expensive one. The room is one giant room with everyone in on top of each other. It's noisy and the atmosphere isn't great. The front area is super crammed and they always have to chase people waiting for services off of the seats where you sit to have your nails dried. Price was about average for most places. Next time I'll go to one of the smaller places around and look for service that's a little more personal. This just didn't do it for me at any level. Customer service is lacking. Prices are subject to their own decision- different every time. Every service I've gotten there seems to be rushed and subpar. I wish I could love it but I just can't. Today I went to this nail bar for the 3rd time and I truly love coming here each time. Every time I've come I get sat immediately and never have to wait. I got a gel manicure and an Organic pedicure with Leo. Leo was awesome for the whole service but the pedicure was the best and worth every penny. I've never tried chrome before but I know everyone is loving it so I wanted to give it a try. Just a heads up it's a $15 add on (I didn't know this until it was time to pay). The color is really pretty but it's more pink than the red I wanted as seen in the inspiration pic. I definitely will be back and I will be requesting Leo. I've been to Noire many times. Pedicures seem to be pretty consistent, but nails not so much. I don't typically do a negative review based off of one poor experience because everyone can have an off day. I started today with someone in the the front of the salon who got pulled to repair a pedi. Then, I got passed to Rose who I've had before and is extremely rough. My cuticles are raw and one finger was bleeding when I left. I will not go back for nails ever again. Woke up tonight to put medication on red areas, because they're so sore. read more

I just moved to Lakeland about a year ago and finally, after what felt like an endless search, declared Noire as my go-to salon. My mom would sit with Queen & I would sit with Hana. We made appointments every 3 weeks and I loved the bonding time my mom and I were able to have! On the day before my baby shower, I went in to find out that Hana no longer worked with Noire & Queen was already doing my sisters nails. They sat me with two different guys for both my pedicure and my nails. I asked for an acrylic overlay (but usually do dip) because I thought it would give me some sort of length on my short nails. This man kept filing until my nails were nubby, cut my fingers and cuticles multiple times, did not measure or compare the length of any of my fingers, did not suggest tips or tell me an acrylic overlay wouldn't give me the length I was looking for, NOTHING. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the length, he told me to stop biting my nails. I'm NOT A NAIL BITER. These are what I have to wear to my baby shower thick, uneven, beyond short, bleeding, fingers and nails. I visited this salon for the first time today and don't get me wrong it was a great atmosphere and staff was very generous at first. I selected the citrus pedicure which was listed at 39 dollars. Unfortunately though, I saw multiple roaches crawling around the on the floor, close to the doors, and even near the massage chairs. 1 used to come here with my daughters. We all had some bad experiences with our nails afterwards, so we quit coming. A year later, I tried again. I had a horrible experience with my nails breaking and the toe nails turning a different color. I went back to have my nails fixed and the nail technician was extremely rude and put the wrong dip powder back on my nails. I asked for a refund and the owner, Alana told me she would redo everything again. I went back and Alana sent me to misa. Misa was extremely rude and accused me of swimming in the pool or putting spray tanning lotion on them. Which I didn't do! She was talking in her own language to another girl while both kept starring at me. Misa just buffed my nails and painted over the top. She filed them very rough, while giving me dirty looks. She repainted my toes and dropped the gel light on my toenail, deliberately and said, now I'm done! My toe nails look horrendous! Never will I go back. The spa itself is gorgeous and super clean. This place just opened a few months ago so I was so excited to try it. I walked in and was immediately seated for my gel mani pedi. I still had old gel on my nails and toes so the guy started with that. Excellent service! I came here for a mini bachelorette party with my aunts, cousin and grandmother the day before my Aunt's wedding. They impressively accommodated all 6 of us at the same time with no wait (we had made an appointment). They helped us choose the right colors and directed us to our pedi stations. We sipped on wine, laughed and had a great time! The pedicure was relaxing and just perfect. We then all got manicures, 5 of us did gel and 1 regular polish. Dominique did a beautiful job with my gel mani and deluxe spa pedi. If I lived in Lakeland I would make this place my new spot! I got a basic pedi which was $27 I wanted gel on so that was an extra $15. I got gel on my hands as well and that experience took about 2 hours. The place is really nice on the inside and everyone was friendly but I'm pretty disappointed that I spent over $62 in that place and my manicure is already chipping. I came in on Sunday around 2:30 and it's now Wednesday and I've already got chipping. I don't think I'll be going back. I was blown away by the prices. I don't know if that's just this place or everywhere is getting more expensive probably due to Covid. But I could have done a better job at home and that would last me longer for cheaper. read more

if i could leave 0 stars i would. first of all the lady that did my pedicure completed rushed through, did not clean up any callus or cuticles. i did a regular pedicure and gel polish which she was done in less than 30 minutes. no massage at all, she was done painting my toes and everything before the other two people i was with started on their polish. then, a roach came crawling across my shoes from the corner in the private rooms. the lady just squished it with her shoe and kept it moving. my callus was so bad that the lady who was doing my mother in laws had to stop in the middle to come fix my feet. when i told the lady who did my pedicure that she didn't get any off she told me i needed to add paraffin to do so, which is ridiculous. not all but most of these employees here do a half ass job and are so rude. i will never return read more

It was my first time at this salon and my first pedicure since early March, so my feet and toes were in need of some TLC. I decided on the signature pedicure ($38), and definitely did not regret it! Tina provided my service and she was awesome! The leg/foot massage was incredible, and the care she provided to my toes was first class! I asked for a regular manicure and pedicure with gel nail polish and ended up getting a pedicure with regular nail polish and a deluxe manicure that I did not ask for, but was charged for. They were very pushy about upgrading from regular to deluxe and I declined but was still serviced as a deluxe without realizing or being told.
