Regardless I kind of stick to my regular girl as she already knows me and what I like. Tammy is great especially with in growns, request her if you're experiencing these issues.... Next is Steven , this guy is new and when I'm cramped for time, he does my manicure I don't know how he does it but he really cleans the nails well! Cuticles and all. They look and feel amazing. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. The service was terrible and my nails are not what I asked for. I requested a style started the service as a it continued it got worse and worse. I wanted chrome added on my nails with the artwork I picked. Kelly added gold nail polish I told her I did not like that and I wanted chrome. She stood up and started slamming her drawers getting the supplies for the chrome visibly upset that I didn't want the easier route. She added the chrome but my nails look a mess. No care for detail at all. Then when checking out I had showed her the review that I had done previously and that I should be credited $5 on this bill. She didn't seem thrilled with that demanding I show her again my review. All that to say I work hard to not throw money away getting my nails done. Extremely disappointed. read more

I booked in advance after reading positive reviews about Vera. I spoke with the owner about my severe gel allergy and how I can't have any form of gel polish on my hands. I requested pink and white acrylic as I know I am ok with acrylates. I was pushed by Vera multiple times for Gel X and how her customers are ok with it. Even though I didn't want that, that is what was applied to my nails, although I stated numerous times I am severely allergic to gel. They didn't want to do acrylic and wanted to push gel X for the extra $$$. I was left with gel x applied, gel all over my fingers and not cleaned up and a sloppy application. I knew as soon as I left I was going to have issues. Look at the photos of the application alone. No clean up of residue on someone who an allergy. Not even 6 hours after the Gel X was applied, sure enough I broke out into a full allergy episode and ended up at urgent care. My nails are now inflamed and the nails had to be taken off immediately. $100 and I didn't enjoy them even that day. It's been a week and I can finally write the review as I can type now. My actual nails are falling off. I trusted imagination nail to give me what I asked for. This needs to be taken seriously. STOP pushing and applying gel when allergies are spoken of. It's not ok!! I still paid $75 and tipped $25 for a service that was rushed and all about money. Don't do that to customers! read more

I have been going here for the past 2 1/2 years. My experiences were always good and I reviewed them here. Last month - after not being able to schedule an appointment because of work and having 3 of my nails broken due to helping a friend move - instead of just fixing those 3 nails my manicurist decided to quickly (before I could even protest) clip ALL my other naturally long and strong nails under the gel polish to ragged shredded nubs so she could put artificial tips on them instead. And before applying them she didn't even bother to file down or shape any of them. I now have $2.- press-on nail-looking hands - which will take months to regrow to become as strong as they were - and I got to pay for this "service". Maybe she was just having a bad day but I will never go back. read more

This is a review for basic gel mani and regular pedicure. $45 for gel mani and $30 regular spa pedicure at the time of writing (June 2025). On a Thursday holiday afternoon, I was able to walk in after calling in. Staff was able to do both mani and pedi for me at the same time so I was in and out in under an hour. Based off the yelp reviews, I had to try it so I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in before my shift, getting both my nails and toes done in less than an hour thanks to the amazing Kim Chi and Lindsey. I got a Gel-X Manicure Almond Shaped with Pink Base Coat and Black Top Coat and Cat details (meow) based off my cat. I go with my wife pretty often, but for the price I think $35 it's 16 minutes of soaking feet, a nail clip and cuticle trim. At this place, you have to ask for a heel scrub which is extra, the foot massage was with oil not lotion and not very long maybe 30 second. I usually do my own builder gel nails so they are pretty long about short to medium almond length. I removed all my enhancements and showed up to my appt. After reading some reviews I requested a specific nail tech to do my nails. Everything started fine she buffed my nails with electric drill as expected without too much pressure. No cuticle prep what so ever. After applying the basecoat she just painting three layer of builder gel as normal gel. I thought oh she's a professional she must know what she is doing. When I do it at home I would flow the product and make sure I have an apex. The 3d gel nail art she added is cute but she got lazy at the end and it didn't cure one by one. So some of the raised texture turned out flat. She got some of the product into my side walls so she tried to file it off but it actually filed my skin (didn't realize until I got home and washed my hands). I left for a trip 2 days after and one nail will break every day of my trip. I know the builder gel should last if applied properly since I used the exact same one at home. read more

People are really friendly and the service is great. Prices are reasonable. Even when it's crowded, they tend to get you in and out fairly quickly.
