Great shop full of friendly people, got my windows tinted here for a little over 200 I believe for full round (except windshield). They offer a lot of different tint options, mine being the cheapest but even than I am pleased with the way it came out and I have not had an issues at all with it. I wanted a better sounding system in my new CRV. The "factory premium" system is just ok. After discussing many options with Marc, he advised to keep the factory head unit and use a JL Fix 82 to send a clean signal to the amp. Amp is powering the 6.5" component speakers in the front doors and the Focal Flax 8'' shallow mount sub in back side panel. The amp is under driver seat and entire system looks factory. The sound is unbelieveable. My wife and I are so happy with the system. It makes road trips so much better. Clean smooth low end bass with speakers that reproduce everything so well. Best sound system I ever had. The install was flawless. We decided to get the windows tinted also which was recommended by Tim. We do drive many miles and wanted some sun protection and we are pleased with the tints. Both sides and windshield were done. Sun glare and night glare are gone. UNTIL one day I gave a deposit for service and when i came back with competitive pricing they then lied about their MATCH policy and would not match the competitor and then i asked for a return of my deposit and they would not return my deposit. I was told that i needed to buy their product or they were going to keep my money.I had to file a dispute claim with Visa bc they wanted to keep my money bc i didn't want to get the job done by them. I called to ask for an estimate for a car audio installation and told them I had purchased my own equipment/hardware. I was immediately told the labor rates would be higher; which I expected. Then he proceeded with this little gem "that's like going to a steak house and bringing your own steak" Then suggested I return my purchases and buy from them, otherwise if the install fails "their hands are tied". Thankfully, their first impression has saved me from future headaches. The other great reviews led me to believe their customer service was exceptional, sadly that was not the case for me. I called Imagine Audio not knowing what my problem was, but I knew that my left speaker wasn't working, and I needed it fixed. I was worried that this would give me issues, I could be told anything, but Jackson and his team at Imagine Audio diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed a new OEM amplifier . Jackson called me, told me he found a well priced replacement on eBay and emailed me the link. A few days later the amplifier is in my hands and the car is at his shop, installed and ready to go. I've read that the Bose system in my Miata is a huge PITA to deal with, but his guys got it done fast. The prices were reasonable, the team was neat and responsive, and the work was done right. Great shop - I would buy another car just to use their services again. Installed a Sirius/SM adapter that I provided into a Mercedes CLK 430 Convertible in a open space - looks as if it was mounted at the factory - blends perfectly into the dashboard. Had a slight problem with the signal receivers - they run wires in 5 mins that would take you an afternoon to figure out. Wish I had more cars to bring them. read more

issue: climate control lights dead after Imagine Audio completed installation of new radio head unit; here is testament to true customer satisfaction! i am a repeat customer having had IA install aftermarket auto-start back in 2012/13 time frame. when considering an installer for new head unit, while IA is further distance than others, i decided i was going with them again because of their commitment to customer satisfaction knowing the installation would be professional and guaranteed. after driving down to the shop once, i scheduled my installation for Tues May 7. i dropped the truck off in the morning and picked up mid afternoon that day. all seemed well, they did exactly what i had asked and i was very pleased with the installation. i even had an issue with my A frame molding that they some how secured! however that night (while driving @ night) i immediately noticed my climate control lights were out. i obviously knew they were working the night before dropping off @ IA. its like your dash lights being out @ night, you immediately notice. i spoke with my sales rep Thurs morning and agreed to bring vehicle back for them to inspect. i had not known they would be removing the climate control unit/module. after leaving there that morning and doing more research, i decided it was best to contact the owner. once i spoke with the owner, he immediately reassured me he cared, i mattered as a customer, and he was going to make things right. the owner went over and above in coming to my house (as i had already made 3 round trips to his shop) to grab the climate control unit/module unit, take it back to his shop for his technicians to repair (not an easy repair. the module has to be opened, circuit board removed, tiny little bulbs unsoldered, new bulbs re-soldered in place), then return to my house that afternoon and re-install the climate control unit/module. by far a true testament to the meaning of customer satisfaction! i would most certainly recommend IA and will be customer in the future! thank you IA! read more

Do what you want with this. I generally don't post negative reviews because I feel people have off days ( not going to bash a place after one bad meal. Next time could be the best meal). But I f-ing hate bullshit artists. I went here after running into a snag doing an amp install myself. Already had most of the work done myself ( all wires were run to their locations etc). The only thing I was looking for was to trouble shoot and correct a wiring issue at my stock head unit. Made it clear i wasn't going to put a lot of money into it. I was told the charge was $95 an hour. Fair enough. I put down a $25 deposit for an appointment time. Understandable. When I arrived for my appointment, Mr. Dishonest Scam Artist explains that they are mainly going to troubleshoot and if it turns out to be something big, they would have to reschedule for another day. They take my car in, the installer explained what he felt the issue was and he would like to take everything out and reinstall. Mr Dishonest Scam Artist joins the conversation and says "Take everything out and reinstall, $525." We usually charge $120 an hour, but we'll cut it back a bit." I reminded him that he quoted $95 during the estimate and appointment set up. "That's right, That's what I have on your paperwork." G, no shit. Excuse my language, but I fucking hate dishonest people. Later jerk off, I'll figure it out myself. read more

I had a Viper Responder One remote starter installed in my 2011 Acura TSX on October 06, 2011 at Imagine Audio in Cherry Hill, NJ. They were the only place out of the three that I checked that had the Viper Responder One (or any one-button, two-way remote starter). The other places sell Viper, but not the Responder One. Imagine Audio also solders the connections (at least that's what they told me) and offers a lifetime parts and labor warranty on this unit. Pluses: * They have a large, multicar garage and let me drop my car off and leave it overnight. This was convenient for me so that I didn't have to drop it off in the morning. * My car came back clean and I didn't see any obvious scratches. Minuses (I'm just being real picky, but they did a decent job overall): * The sheathing over the antennae wire is about 1/8" short so I can see the colored wiring underneath. It's not in plain sight since it's high up on the windshield, behind the rearview mirror, but you'd figure that a professional installer would not leave it like that. * I had asked the salesperson several times if anything visible would be installed other than the antennae and he told me no. Well it turns out that there's a toggle switch to disable the remote starter and it was installed in the driver's foot well area. I guess that's normal, but he should have told me about it. I don't like people installing stuff in my car without me knowing about it beforehand. What if I wanted that switch to be located somewhere else? * The same sales person had told me that the system can be programed to turn off the car in 14 minute increments. The owner's manual states "Your system can be programmed to allow the vehicle to run for 12, 24, or 60 minutes when remote started. Can be set up to minute increments by your installer." Not a huge issue, but he told me it was 14 minutes on multiple occasions. That system is one of their most popular, so he should have known better. * When my wife came to pick up the car, whoever showed her how to use the remote starter told her that to shut off the engine, press the button for 5 seconds. The manual states 3 seconds. More conflicting info! And he didn't even show her the toggle switch. * There's a warning sticker that's supposed to be installed somewhere (I guess in the engine bay?) so that anyone working on the car will know that it has a remote starter. No one told me about this or advised me on where to put it. read more

He listened to what I really wanted with my install (clean stock look without taking up valuable trunk space). They put the wrong remote start and security system in our car even though we paid for a whole other system then they tried calling us liars about the whole situation until I called viper corporate to confirm that we did get a quote on a system that they didn't put in. We kindly asked Imagine Audio that we get a refund but they said that there was nothing wrong with the system even though they put in the WRONG system. Thank god for viper corporation because after we called them then Imagine Audio wanted to refund us and apologize to us after they realized we called corporate and we didn't want to hear it because of the way we were treated. They had no intention on giving our money back, they thought we were stupid and tried to take advantage of us. I would never recommend going to this place for remote start and security system. I'm saving you time and money, DONT GO HERE! The guy below that works for imagine Audio is trying to defend it after seeing my comment now and he's not telling the truth because no matter what you say the model I got a quoted and was told was being installed on my vehicle just like anyone else would of thought after getting a quote was not installed and I have the proof of everything so save your breath. You guys were wrong and don't want to admit it. Please stop making excuses for the bad service because when I was upset you guys didn't care UNTIL you knew that I wasn't going to leave it alone and viper called you guys. read more
