Everyone I've spoken and interacted with has been professional, friendly, patient, and more than willing to answer any questions and have encouraged me to reach out should there be any in the future. So far from what seen while walking through part of the school and some classrooms, it was clean, had engaging and educational decor, and definitely seems like a place I would consider enrolling my child from what I've experienced if I were to go the route of public school (due to her age I'm currently homeschooling).

The teachers worked very closely with my son and also provided him with a math tutoring for 2 years at no additional cost. He ended up graduating a year early!! He loved his time at the school, lots of adventure, great teachers and good friends. He is now enjoying a year off before starting College in 2025. My daughter has been attending since 1st grade and is now a freshman (9th grade) she has held a 4.0 GPA, she loves going to school and is really enjoying her electives, she is taking ELA and Literature. She was elected Student President 2 years in a row! She really loves her teacher, the one on one help she gets as well as the smaller class sizes that allow her to get more time with the teachers and she has full access to additional tutoring in any subject she needs. Extremely please with this school and love the amazing staff and Executive Director.

There's less than 20 kids that attend from k-12th and the school breaks it up into 2 class rooms primary and secondary. Your child will not be issued standard text books for this/her grade level. This is the worst school ever. My daughter has been bullied for a while now and the school did…read morenothing to protect my child. Instead of hearing what my daughter had to say they asked the bullier and his friend if my daughter was the bully. My daughter is super sweet she has never gotten into trouble. My child does not want to go this school anymore. They say they are against bullies but in truth they really don't give 2 shits. My child has told me that she does not feel safe and refused to go to school this week. She has told her teacher which he has made her switch tables to get away from the kid. He has been bullying my child and making rude remarks due to her birthmark on her forehead stating did your mom drop you on your face when you were a baby or did she hit you with the frying pan. We have tried to have a one on one with the school but they refused. They talked to my child without a parent present, she felt as if they were retaliated her for being honest. They would not take my child's statement that she has done nothing wrong. They asked the bullies friend and of course being a friend is going to stick up for them. They didn't even talk to her teacher about this, my child has developed anxiety due to this torment and how they treat her. This is by far the worst school to send your child to. They are not there for the kids that are getting picked on. Don't send your child to this school if you care for their safety. My daughter does not feel safe at all with this school. We are removing her and will enroll her to a better school where the teachers actually give a damn. If I could I would not rate this school at all!!!!!

This school is wonderful. Parking and pick up can be frustrating sometimes but that's on the lazy parents who do not want to park appropriately and walk a few feet to pick up their children. The staff tho is amazing I've never had any issues or back talk or rudeness from anyone. If my kid wasn't feeling well they would call me immediately. If my kid had an issue with another child they would call me and explain the situation or I could easily text the teacher and she would handle it. The teachers seemed very interested in my kids education as both of them also require IEP for speech delay and autism. I just felt really heard with any concerns and they show genuine interest in my kids me tal well being as well as education I hope they can stay here instead of starting at another school. The other two options don't look very good.

One teacher I would especially love to recognize is Miss Langman. She is one of the most professional yet fun teachers around. If I was in elementary school, I would want her as my teacher and if I had a kid, I would want her as my kids teacher. She always makes it a fun experience with singing and dancing, even connecting songs and dances to lessons to help the kiddos remember, but also keeps it grounded by doing meditations and affirmations with the kids. She maintains an amazing patience with her kids and always lends a helping hand when teaching. She loves each and every kid and those kids love her. Seeing them grow up and go through different grades and still getting excited to see Miss Langman in the halls is truly heartwarming. Everyone across the school knows her for her hard work, dedication, and just in general brightness. Kids from other kindergarten classes even love coming into her room. She truly pours her heart and soul into this school and these kiddos and it shines through in everything she does each and every day. I truly cannot express enough how much of an amazing teacher she is. She makes school fun and makes the kids excited to come in everyday. Thank you Miss Langman for everything you do for this school and thank you to all the other staff as well that make this school such a great and loving environment. My child was abused and assaulted by another student and the school REFUSED to hold that student accountable. My poor baby suffered. The school also does an amazing job creating fun events for families, like the book fair, Books & Burgers, the Halloween Bash, and so much more. These events make learning exciting, and my son genuinely loves going to school. I feel incredibly grateful that my son was selected through the lottery to attend Somerset Academy Lone Mountain. My baby attends this school and she will not be returning next year. Today they went on a field trip where they walked to the Santa Fe to watch a movie. All the kids parents and teachers where there walking with the kids. After the teacher which I won't say her name but posted almost 20 pictures of all the kids sitting down eating their popcorn and having a good time. My baby wasn't in not one of those pictures to the point I had to call the school and ask was she even there. That upset me so bad and really there is nothing they can say to make me understand this. I would never send my kid back to this school I thought I was sending her to a good school but this school is not it. I'm very disappointed.
