I wanted to have my event at this location. I called in advance to come and see the space. They informed me that they have time and I can come and see the location for my birthday party. I get here and now they put me on hold to speak to someone. They now told me that I'm unable to come and look at the place because they have two parties booked in advance however, the lady was rude on the phone very disrespectful very not understanding and very inappropriate to a customer that she could've had now she lost out a client. I will never review this place and I would never tell anybody to come back here? This is very unacceptable. She could at least reschedule to meet with me and say hey, we can do a different time but no, she fussed at me and snapped on me. I never again when I come back here read more

My wife and I came here for her uncle wedding reception. This place has a decent size parking lot so it was able to fit the guest size of 250. They had 2 security personal but I'm not sure if it was part of a package deal that this place offer. It's a decent size place and the inside is nice. The lighting inside was kind of dark so I couldn't tell if the seat cushion were dirty. The biggest issue here that I saw would be the bathroom. There are 3 urinal but there no cover for privacy here. There is also 1 toilet with a door for privacy but I wouldn't say it's the best. The women bathroom doesn't have a changing station so keep that in mind. The buffet food here was okay but someone also brought Little Ceasars pizza as well. They have 2 projectors here and a special spot for where the wedding cake can be on display. read more

I recently came here to celebrate my cousins wedding. The venue was inside the Victorian Room. The room itself is a little outdated. Light bulbs in the chandelier were burnt out, the power went out TWICE during the reception and in the middle of good songs while everyone was having a good time. The crew seemed to struggle gaining back the power for almost 10 minutes each time it happened. The bathroom situation was absolutely horrendous! The mens bathroom is very small! The owner should really consider updating and expanding the bathrooms here. If the venue is going to host WEDDINGS with large gatherings, there should be more bathrooms. read more

We recently had a Sweet 16 here on Saturday , while the venue was beautiful the service we were provided was absolutely horrible. The room we had rented out was the manor room, so for a backdrop we requested a white backdrop specifically telling James, but when we had arrived to set up our decorations they had put up a black backdrop. We had realized how well the wall behind the backdrop went with our theme so we had asked if they can take it down especially since they provided the wrong color back drop in the first place. They had tried to charge us $200 for the labor fees. The cushions on the seat happened to be very dirty and stained. It was like they don't even wash them, absolutely disgusting. The seats had also felt very wobbly and weak. James had told us that if we needed another table he would add it in there and had never mentioned any type of cost. When it came to the day of the event they were trying to charge us $140 to add another table. We were never informed that we'd be charged for adding a table when we first met and spoke with James so we were under the impression that it would've been free. As soon as we heard that they had wanted to charge us a $140 for another table we were deeply upset about it because we hadn't been informed about it before. We had decided to buy our own alcohol and have the bartender serve an open bar, but when we had called to ask if we need any cups or such things a lady had informed us that supposedly they were going to charge us for every bottle they open. I found this outrageous considering we were buying our own alcohol and cups. It wasn't until we spoke to James that he had said they wouldn't charge us for it. The security that was present that night had seemed rude and unprofessional. My uncle is deaf and there is obviously a language barrier, so my uncle had tried to show those empty beer boxes to security instead of trying to understand that he was deaf the security guard had shoved my uncle. Security had proceeded to threaten to shut down the party if my uncle continues to start things or behave a certain way. We were obviously upset especially since security had shoved him first and didn't expect any reaction from him. This is clearly a sign of audism and shows that this venue and their security doesn't respect those of the deaf community. Overall the experience here was absolutely horrible, while the venue itself was nice the service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this venue to anyone. It seems like all this staff only cares about making extra cash and has no respect for the people who rent out their halls. The price may be good but don't let that fool you, they don't respect anyone. read more

We recently had my sister's baby shower here in the Manor Room, it was everything we were looking for on such short notice. I give this place 4 stars and not 5, because owner's gave us such a hard time, every step of the way was, "it's our way or the highway" type of attitude. St. Anthony's Church hired a company, Panzarello's, also known as Imagine That, to cater their 50th anniversary gala dinner. Let me tell you, I have never in my life experienced such poor, disgusting, horrible, and unprofessional service. Not only was the dinner served two hours late, but the parishioners who had come with so much anticipation and love for the event had to get up, take matters into their own hands, and begin serving dinner to the guests. The company's owner hired teenagers who needed to learn how to serve or what they were doing, but they became frustrated and could only do something. They never came to the tables to serve the drinks, to make sure that nothing was needed, or to clean them; the clergy and parishioners were the ones who cleared most of the dishes. The kitchen was a mess, and the way the dishes were served was so dirty and disgusting. Each dish looked like a TV dinner, some with tiny portions and others dancing in sauce. The chicken had no flavor; the salmon was overcooked, as were the vegetables and the bitter potatoes; the tri-tip they offered was boiled meat that looked like pulled pork for sandwiches. This event was organized with so much love, effort, and joy, with so many beautiful details and decorations that service from Imagine That or Panzarello's, whatever it is called, ruined an evening. Many would only enjoy this event once in a lifetime. James, the owner, saw what was happening, and instead of going out to organize his people, he disappeared. If I could write a review sooner I would, this place has poor service for a wedding reception or wedding in general. We had a rehearsal prior to the wedding, it was scorching hot in the building. James advised they would leave the "AC on over night" so we don't burn the next day. We get there the next day to get ready and such the building is still on fire. They decide to turn on the AC when we arrived. During the wedding everyone was sweating. And the nerve of the bartender that we had to pay for to serve drinks stopped early because he ran out of cups? But received a bunch of tips that wasn't even required. Went to a wedding. It was beautiful because the bride did all the work. The owner of this place seems like a great guy. The room looked great, bridle suite had nothing at all. No where for th he groomsmen to be while waiting. The bride bought the chargers for the tables. The food was not good at all. So I would recommend bring a catering co for food. It's a nice venue. The white cushions and linens are stained. Had our wedding there and paid for 220 people for dinner. Approximately 160-170 attended due to covid. There wasn't enough food for all of our guests! We provided 3 additional disehes to the buffet, so there is absolutely no reason to run out of food!!! Beyond disappointed in this venue and catering. FANTASTIC PARTY! This past weekend 4/20/13 we had my daughters Quinceanera at Imagine That in the Garden Room. My husband and I could not have been happier. The staff was exceptional the entire night. So friendly and helpful! We had to have our dance rehearsal the day of the event due to out of town participants not being able to attend during the week. The staff was accommodating even during that time. I would definitely consider them again for our next big event. My biggest complaint would be this, when they gave me there pamphlet, I went by the address on the back of it when I made the invitations, I found out after they were mailed the address was wrong. Right center but wrong door address number. 1296 vs 1318. So that was a bit embarrassing, but I was able to contact my guests and all was well. I understand not throwing them away, but put a label over the old address with the new address might be a good idea! Our coordinator for the evening was Matrah or something like that. I never quite got it her name right. But what I did get, was she was fantastic! She was there to be my assistant when ever I needed it! She was fantastic. There were several people working the bar area, I forget their names, sorry! But they too were awesome. They made me feel what ever I needed they were going to take care of it! And they did quickly and efficiently! I can't thank each of them enough! They made the night work smoothly! My guests were all very happy! Thank you to all! Reading other reviews I just wanted to add a few things. Our Garden room was very clean. The staff for the evening was wonderful! The bathrooms were clean along with the Brides room. The food was served warm and delicious! I had compliments about the food all evening. All of my guests were very happy. About America, yes she is hard to understand. But once you start working with her it is easier to understand. Just like many people who are in our country with accents, you get used to speaking with that individual. America, does come off a little unfriendly at first, but she got the job done for us. There was no gossip about other staff members, etc. Because I want to over plan things, I went to Imagine That about 10 times before our event. I had many questions about how things were going to work. She took her time and answered all of my questions. If she did not know, she would ask another person. George and James were also very easy to work with. We had started working with George, which is who I wanted to continue to work with, but he is only there certain days, so I worked more with America. Yes, I asked the same questions about prices to each person I spoke with on phone and in person, each time I asked, I received the same prices. I even tried to talk them down a bit, there prices did not change. I knew exactly what I was paying for, so the prices did not change as I spoke with other people. Although I've been impressed by the decor and the look of their rooms, the thing that has impressed me the most has been the fact that they have opened their doors to fundraising events. I personally know of 3 events where they not only waived the fee of the room, but also provided food. Some of the curtains that were promised were not delivered and put up. Excellent venue for sure! The Victorian room is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It has lovely chandeliers throughout and gorgeous pillars in some areas of the room. Imagine that offers great package deals which include catering, decorations, table linens, music, and much more. Plenty of parking and most of all excellent customer service. I recently had a party at imagine that in the Victorian Room. Being that it was short notice and tried to plan a party in less than 2 months Lily did an amazing job. She was very helpful and worked with me through drop offs, setting up, menu tastings, and even helped out putting up decorations. Jovanna and Lily are absolutely amazing everyone at the party enjoy themselves even though it was a smaller turnout than expected it was an amazing time. The food is wonderful, the prices are great and out and recommend anyone to do open bar. My gas had an amazing time and I could not have pulled it off without the help of Lily and Jovanna. We had the ceremony and reception inside the hall and they kicked everyoone out after the reception and made us stand outside for 1.5 hours why they waited to set up the room. First of all the owner who helped my brother was very nice but after everything was set with owner every question we had was answered by someone else i don't know if it was his kids but they are very unprofessional... they let us know about 12 that day before the event we were able to go decorate after 6 pm so that was what we did we packed everything and we were on our way when we called to let them know we were on our way and they said no because they had a small eventso we had to come back home and asked what time we can go the day of event and they said 12 pm when the agreement was we can go at 8:30 am... we get there the next day and tables weren't even set up so we had to wait till they finished... every time we asked for something like ice or where can we throw trash they would ignore usthe point is they are very unprofessional and rude... never again... oh and if you plan on having an event with them in the summer be prepared to sweat and be hot all night because they wouldn't turn on AC... and chairs are wobbly and the cushions are stained and yellow and their linens ain't washed or ironed read more

Dream Wedding!! I cannot even begin to explain how amazing everything turned out. I began working with Jovannah October 2016 when I reserved the Victorian Room for my wedding. I loved working with her because she was very welcoming and helpful since I had no clue as to what all I needed for a wedding. The pricing is unbelievable and they will work with you if needed. I love that they take care of everything from linens to food to drinks. All you have to worry about is center pieces, music and photographers. The food tasting went really well. We went ahead and asked Jovannah for a few different dishes and when we got there she had extra that we hadn't originally requested but she thought we might like. And boy was she right, we wound up choosing those dishes as well. All my guests loved the food and there was no difference in taste or amount from the tasting to the main event. The table setup looked amazing and very very elegant. Overall the whole night went extremely smooth, I wasn't stressed one bit (as every bride should be, relaxed). Everything went according to the schedule. They even did a great job in not starting cleanup until almost all guests had left the venue after the party was over. I have been to other places where the event ends at 12 and they begin cleanup at 11:15 (it's like they are kicking you out practically).But not here! Even my DJ, who has been at many many events, loved the place, said it was very elegant and so convenient that they do everything for you. He also loved the location since its so close to home but still elegant, we didn't have to drive far to have a beautiful wedding. Haven't been back here since my own wedding. Place is clean and service is good, they just need more staff on Fridays. Food is good, staff was courteous, kind of helpful. Not sure if that was the way the couple requested it or if they just aren't very helpful. They really didn't have a coordinator helping in the room, again I'm not sure if that was requested tone like that. They didn't offer drinks other than water and they didn't let us know wether or not there was anything else to drink. Place has gone down since 2006. Probably won't be using this place; their website isn't even very informative anymore. read more

After our company Christmas party, they got a few complaints, and when brought to there attention, the own himself came to our facility and totally made up for it. The empanadas, meatballs and other appetizers were delicious... and the dessert tray was incredible I especially like the chocolate filled eclairs. Thank you so much for the great customer service. Today we signed our contract for our wedding reception next year. Me and my fiancé visited six different venues. We narrowed down to two that we really liked. The reason we chose Imagine that as our venue was because it was in our budget and also because the manager was nice enough to give us a discount. We are very thankful for the customer service we received from Jovanah. She has great communication skills, customer service, and patience. We were asking her all kinds of questions and not once did she seem irritated or frustrated. She answered every question and still said if we had any other questions just to call her or text. Pricing was the best in the area, and was all-inclusive of everything we needed (other than of course a DJ and photographers). They alleviated so much of the headache of planning a wedding, and dealt with everything for us. They supplied everything, from the fully decorated room, beautiful furniture and tableware, the linens (which we got to pick), the cake (which we also got to pick), and an exquisite meal. The food tasting was fun. Of course, it wasn't the food we ended up selecting for our wedding, but the food at the tasting was so delicious, and meant to give you an idea of how food will be in preparation, freshness, quality, etc. The tasting was amazing, but our actual meal at the wedding was even better! The rooms were all so beautifully decorated, it was difficult choosing which we liked best. We went with the one that suited our guest count, and our wedding theme (Mardi Gras). There was more than enough space for the ceremony and seating, and afterwards for dancing. We had a beautiful area for the cake too. I had brought in all of the little extras I wanted placed on tables, etc., and they set everything up for me. They made everything so easy for me, which is so helpful during the high-stress periods. The food was incredible! Very high end catering, and delicious! Lighting and colors in the room were perfect for our special day. We have hundreds of photos and videos that all look just amazing. Our event host was also very helpful and gracious, and stood by to make sure everything went perfect - and it did! All the workers were so fast, meticulous, organized and on time. We had no issues whatsoever. We did have a significant credit at the cash bar for our wedding party, but we forgot to tell anyone, so ended up losing that money - oh well. Also the loss for guests who RSVP but did not show - but that's not the fault of the venue on any level. We couldn't have been happier with how wonderful this venue was for us. It's sad to see all the negative comments. We had no issues and everyone had a fantastic time. I recommend this place to everyone I can! One day when we are celebrating our 10 or 20 year anniversary, we will be coming back for another beautiful party! read more

I would like to say that I had my wedding at Imagine That in March of this year last month actually, and it was more than I could have ever imagined! I knew the decor was going to be super nice but it was beyond beautiful and more than I pictured it to be. I worked with Hilyam and Jimmy the owners frequently discussing plans and ideas up to the final day. They were always extremely helpful discussing the decor, assistance and the food etc. The food we chose was the Chicken Lorraine and Tri Trip with peppercorn, I completely recommend! It was sooo delicious and our guests agreed and we kept receiving compliments the next couple of weeks from guests at the wedding telling us how great the food was. Which we all know is extremely important as you want to make sure your guests are well fed and you will not be disappointed and come to find out they also cater events outside the venue. Our wedding coordinator Yeselle was wonderful! Very organized and kept everything in order including the schedule and always took care of us even when we were thirsty brought us our drinks right away. And of course with the help of Hilyam the owner who I love, she has a wonderful personality always easy to talk to and like I mentioned extremely helpful with ideas for your wedding. We had our ceremony and reception in the Broadway Room/Manor Room it was perfect for our vintage theme, I nearly cried {or actually I did} when I took my first look at it.
