They now told me that I'm unable to come and look at the place because they have two parties booked in advance however, the lady was rude on the phone very disrespectful very not understanding and very inappropriate to a customer that she could've had now she lost out a client. I will never review this place and I would never tell anybody to come back here? This is very unacceptable. She could at least reschedule to meet with me and say hey, we can do a different time but no, she fussed at me and snapped on me. I never again when I come back here

Janice was very communicative throughout the process, providing ideas and sketches while she was planning everything out. The day of, the venue we booked decided to cut our setup time short because there was a party that booked lunchtime and was running late. Despite this setback, Janice and her team were there on time working on setting up while the restaurant workers were cleaning up. I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Overall great experience working with Janice and extremely happy with the result.

One of our guests told us that the second he finished his beer, Mia swooped in and offered him a fresh one. Even though we had a signature cocktail list, our guests were raving about the customizations they were able to make and all the options she provided. My husband had to go around being the event planner when Tracy just checked out halfway through. He had to get the alcohol before the event started that she said her bartender would plan for. we paid her over 10k and did pretty much everything ourselves on the day of. Tracy's service is the worst, I would have been far better off having no event planner at all and doing it myself. This lady is all talk and no walk.

A few not so appealing things: -It was a hot day around 4pm and there is limited shade where the ceremony was taking place.
