Imagining Partners is an excellent testing facility, it's conveniently located close to downtown Orange (The Circle) This location is very clean and the staff, friendly and accommodating. This review is to commend MR Tech Lindsey Dragon. I sometimes get claustrophobic during the MRI testing....Lindsey was xtra patient, and understanding, explaining the procedure and getting me through the MRI without me having to take any kind of sedative... While the staff does this on a daily basis, some patients like myself, kinda freak out, so a tech like Lindsey is very much appreciated in getting through the process...... Kudos to Lindsey, I hope he gets some sort of recognition for a job well done.... No one likes going to get these type of tests done, but Imaging Partners makes it a pleasant experience. Dr. Scudday and his office would have receievd 5 starts but for the imaging center I was referred to, Imaging Parnters! Getting or activating the account after waiting days with no return calls was a nightmare and I spent over 2 hours calling different folks and leaving messages. And they want to manage my records "for years to come". I'll never go here again. I liked dr. If you are ever going to need a CD for your doctor to see your images, don't go here. They make you download the images on your own CD which is very complicated and comes with no instruction. read more

Imaging Partners, 1931 W.Chapman Ave.,Orange, Ca. Is the best beyond compare of any diagnostic imaging center I have experienced with above excellence in care for their patients. I had an early appointment, they were open early which I have not encountered with all of my appointments with healthcare. I was greeted with a positive happy receptionist which shows she loves her job. The ultra sound personnel Ciana was pleasant and caring. I told her that I was so impressed with my experience at Imaging Partners. I told her the excellence started with management and trickles down with staff. The management should be so proud of the employees that represent them. I left a note for manger to call me and did not say why. Got a call from manager Eva, told her she must be an excellent manager because all staff were excellent with my care. She was pleased and told me they pride themselves in providing the best care to everyone. I highly recommend this diagnostic medical imaging! read more

I was seen today for an ultrasound. I was able to get in same day and the lady that scheduled me was super courteous and worked me in. The facility itself is super clean an efficient. RUDE. Hate this place. I have had to go here numerous times and have had the same problems as others have.. rude, hard to make an appt, they grill you on order details when the doctor had already sent it. I don't know why they do that, I'm not a doctor! FIND THE ORDER THAT WAS SENT TO YOU. I have not encountered any nice people there. They are all rude and make you feel liks sh*t. Lori was super rude and really doesnt sound like she likes her job at all. She sounds completely annoyed as soon as she answers the phone. I realize its hard to find good help these days and people are short handed but wow. Impossible to get your images because of their stupid portal that you have to pay 5 bucks for each time.. I actually never received the ones I requested recently. I dread having to use this place.. I will try to see if I can get a referral to another place but.. you know how that can be. I was just trolled at Imaging Partners. Two people were working the front desk. I walked up to the free one. The woman told me to wait behind a sign. She then spoke importantly to her colleague, shuffled papers, and said "Next" to me. I was the only person there, and I became a "Next." She asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I was there for an x-ray, which meant I couldn't have an appointment. She said there were no more openings for x-rays. "Come back after 1." When I asked what time after 1 would be best, she said "I have no idea." When I said "Thanks" and turned away, she called "Have a nice day" after me, in that tone people use that makes the phrase a brush-off. I felt I was in a Saturday Night Live routine. We run into rude, self-important people everywhere, I guess, but Image Partners compounds the problem by preventing you from having an appointment for x-rays, so you need to guess when they might have openings. read more

-Came here to get an ultrasound done. The building itself it is a little hard to get to because it is in a middle of a busy street. There is a lot of parking so no problem in that. I had an appointment and I was seen a little after my appoitnment was sheduled. After I was called in I was asked to change into a robe and leave my belongings in a locker/ changing area which is great because I had a key to lock the locker. Very nice! -The girl that did the ultrasound was great! I wish I could remember her name but, she was friendly, patient and made me feel confortable while she was doing the ultrasound. I think I was in and out in less than an hour. I had gotten other ultrasounds before at not so many great places and hands down this place was the best. Their front office staff were also very friendly and helpful. -I will try and come back to this place if I need to get future ultrasounds because of their staff and how great everyone was. read more

I really appreciate all the staff at this facility. I have been here several times either for myself or my daughter and any wait has been minimal. Xrays are walk in so the wait is a little longer at peak times but the waiting area is quiet and comfortable. Appointment times for other procedures are honored. This imaging center is great! I've always been sent to Orange Imaging, but with insurance changes, this is my second time here. I'm very pleased with the staff and how the center runs on time with appointments. The radiologist I had for my first visit was super sweet and kind.(especially for a not so comfortable ultra sound that women have to do...if you know what I mean.) For my second visit of an MRI for my ankle, the tech was great as well, and gave me a "blanket" to help keep me warm since my jacket had metal on it (zipper) and I could not wear it during the MRI. Overall, my experience's have been amazing thus far. And for those that are getting ultra sounds done to check the sex of their babies; by law, the radiologist are not allowed to tell you the sex...your referring doctor is the one that is to provide you with that information and the radiologist have to go by the confidentiality compliance guidelines for HIPAA and have to do an imaging report to confirm the gender. read more

Let me tell you that this imaging location is very accommodating.....the front desk lady named Kathryn was very nice and took out time to help me with some financial questions I had and she also helped me with obtaining results....she was very quick I and efficient!....the technician lady named Andrea was very understanding with my circumstances and helped me by being very calm and inviting....I was very nervous going to my appointment but these two ladies made my appointment easy and pleasant.....I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great experience while having a not so nice issue to deal with.....I will definitely be coming back here again if need be ......five stars from this happy customer. read more
