The customer service was friendly and fast. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes to get inside and since I only had a head CT scan done it was roughly pretty quick. The equipment look brand new and the place was clean and well kept. Please Note: I have read all the reviews about the wait times and about staff. To create a solution for the wait times try and get an appointment as earlier as possible I would suggest 7am to avoid the long wait times. They do have multiple rooms with various machines and they do all types of scans like mammograms, CT, MRI, etc. Wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry because any metal they will tell you to take it off unless you have metal in your interior.

On top of that, she had an unprofessional attitude, was rude, and showed very little respect or empathy toward patients. I do not recommend this place if you value your time or expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by the front desk staff. I do want to recognize the MRI technicians, who were excellent. They were kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. They were the only positive part of my experience.

When I tried to make the appointment for a sick visit, the next available appointment was mid-August! As of today, 7/29/2026, I have had 1 physical visit which only resolved to send me for an X-Ray of the knee (after that no follow up). Then I had another dislocation, call on demand to see if I could get a referral for an orthopedic doctor or an MRI. That was a no-no, instead they told me I had to go in person again (I had just been there 1 week ago). Then my patella dislocated for 3rd time, went to one of their urgent care centers which proceeded to try to give me another x-ray and informed me they could not give me a referral for an MRI. But the silver lining they could give me a referral for an Orthopedic Doctor. Long story short, that was on July 22, and I am still waiting for that referral. Already had my 4th patellar subluxation. And only God knows when I will receive the referral and hopefully the orthopedic doctor can see me sometime this year. Their team is truly kind and professional but unfortunately that does not get my knee fixed. This day and age animals get better health care than humans! Sanitas shame on you!

And then when I found out I was pregnant, and I started going more regularly for OB visits, I knew I'd made the right choice of doctors. The doctors and ultrasound tech (who operates right in the office) detected a rare complication I have, and even when they were 100% right about what they saw, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a high risk specialist for a second opinion, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I need to know to feel comfortable about my complication and the health of my baby. I appreciate the quality time they spend with me at each appointment and the fact that they make me feel like I'm HEARD, which is so important after years of other doctors dismissing my women's health problems. Additionally, the office is clean and comfortable, and very quiet and zen. It is managed efficiently by kind and helpful staff, and I am never seen late for an appointment, EVER. It's also close to the turnpike exit, so it's convenient to get there. My pregnancy journey has been very enjoyable, thanks to this office. I look forward to the delivery experience with Drs. Bedell, and continuing my care there for years to come.
