I was taking him for an x-ray, everything was clearly explained as to the procedure and within 10 minutes I was up. Total time 21 minutes and I was in and out. And will tell my friends and family this sad story. This is the first Review of my life. On May 5th, 2026,  I went there for an X-Ray with the indication: "Left shoulder pain for 6 months. Inability to elevate the left arm" I have been needing help even to get dressed and wash my hair. They performed the x-rays of both shoulders, 2 views, fine. When the Report arrived, it only mentioned the right shoulder , which has never been the one hurting me and it has never prevented me from being able to perform my daily activities/needs. It was a surprise! so, I call there, they told me that I had to call my primary Doctor, and that's what I did. My Doctor's office nurse called them and had to do it several times. Finally, May the 12th, the Report arrived again with the  "Addendum". The "Addendum" is one sentence that says there is nothing in my left arm and that: "Findings are on the Right as stated below" And then, they "copy and paste" the same previous report. Which, makes it very clear that this Radiologist did not look at the images, He did not even bother to review them, despite my insistence that my left arm is hurting and it does not let me to perform many activities of my daily life, including getting dressed without help. Radiologist: Dr. Donald Dawson, MD. During an entire week, I called the center, left a message at the recording machine at the Radiologist Dpt., telling my pain, I spoke with Melissa twice, I spoke with Lucia, and I spoke with Maria, and she transferred me to a supervisor on May 13, 2026 and I spoke to supervisor Saúl!, I explained to him, about my LEFT ARM PAIN, He apologized several times during the conversation. I begged him to repeat the X-Ray of my left arm/shoulder, and he told me that be waiting for a phone call from them, He Said: "Be aware of your phone" Today is May 20th, and NOBODY HAS CALLED ME, just as the supervisor said would happen. I went to your office between 3:00 and 3:30, then went by the pharmacy around 6:30 and they had no prescriptions from the office. MARIA BALCOM the person that claims to be the office manager, gives out her cell phones and then blocks the patients because I can't even reach her. So not sure why she does that. This is very unprofessional for her to tell me that the doctor is going to send the medication and then forget about it. This is extremely unprofessional. This is going to force me to go into an urgent care and pay a high copayment just to get the same medication that they could've sent me. This is a medical facility, not a retail store. You guys need to get your act together. Either that or Maria BALCOM needs some serious training. Because that's not the way to treat patients. This is very unprofessional to say the least. You don't promise a patient to send their antibiotics and prednisone that they desperately need and then forget about it and not send it. Did you forget to tell the Dr? I checked again at 8:50pm and the medicine was not a Walgreens. I checked again this morning and there's no sign of any prescription being sent. Another disappointment from this Palmetto Bay center. I came…read morehere first for a gynecology appointment about a year ago, and they helped me navigate a series of reproductive problems I've experience since I was a teen. And then when I found out I was pregnant, and I started going more regularly for OB visits, I knew I'd made the right choice of doctors. The doctors and ultrasound tech (who operates right in the office) detected a rare complication I have, and even when they were 100% right about what they saw, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a high risk specialist for a second opinion, which makes me feel very comfortable and confident. They take the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I need to know to feel comfortable about my complication and the health of my baby. I appreciate the quality time they spend with me at each appointment and the fact that they make me feel like I'm HEARD, which is so important after years of other doctors dismissing my women's health problems. Additionally, the office is clean and comfortable, and very quiet and zen. It is managed efficiently by kind and helpful staff, and I am never seen late for an appointment, EVER. It's also close to the turnpike exit, so it's convenient to get there. My pregnancy journey has been very enjoyable, thanks to this office. I look forward to the delivery experience with Drs. Bedell, and continuing my care there for years to come.
