The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. ​When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged.
