Then I get my invoice and the total was $43-3 =$40.00, at lease that's what the ticket said. The other guy said no the $3.00 is for me but your total is $43.00. No allowance for the 20 minutes of my time wasted for coming in time. I will let my toenails fall off before going back to this place. This was my second time here and when I tell you they remembered me and what they did for me and asked about my sister and the baby and about my move to Cali soon. This type of customer service and personable character speaks volumes to me. I love the fact that they really treat you as family in no time. Trust I get it is a business and being polite should be required, but this place goes above and beyond. Twee did another fabulous job on my nails.
