Why allow appointments and then expect customers to wait. Then when I got to the pedicure chair the technician clearly was inexperienced. The way he manipulated my feet was borderline kiddish. He did a horrible job cleaning up after the polish; my toenails look like my 10-year old granddaughter did them. Then I get my invoice and the total was $43-3 =$40.00, at lease that's what the ticket said. The other guy said no the $3.00 is for me but your total is $43.00. No allowance for the 20 minutes of my time wasted for coming in time. I will let my toenails fall off before going back to this place. I wish I could give zero stars - the worse in the Reisterstown area!

I told her THREE times about my shape and she still filed them however she wanted to. She KEPT cutting my cuticles while drilling my nails! For the design, I had to pick out my own base color.... I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and that's never happened. I show a design and they pick the colors. I picked the color and the brand that was being used I'm guessing is not very pigmented. She did THREE coats and the polish was still streaky. SHE ASKED "do you want me to take off the polish" because she KNEW it was not looking good. I said yes please because you're almost on the fourth coat and it still doesn't look good. After filing the color off, she just gets up and leaves. No one says anything to me. A new tech comes off and just hands me the different polishes. No hi hello I'll be taking over.... I tell the new tech to not even worry about polishing my nails because at this point, I'm annoyed now. I own a business work on making your customer's experience excellent. I wasn't nasty to her, I wasn't rude, I was politely telling her what I preferred etc.... WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I opted for the deluxe pedicure ($80) which didn't quite feel "deluxe" the massage was hard and fast (going through the process instead of giving an actual short massage for a $80 pedicure), there was no candle wax (I can't think of the proper name but you know what I mean) and I wear the same polish every time but I was given 2 coats and it shows my imperfections - I should've checked before I left but for $80 you know when it looks off so at least ask.
