I was shocked and so pleased when the technician, Hunter, was at my house so quickly! He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He also worked outside in a ridiculously heavy downpour! He had my AC working in less than an hour. I needed a new capacitor and some Freon, and the cost was just over $300, much less than I was expecting for a call like this. I am very satisfied and will not call anyone else but Pritchard when I have an HVAC issue in the future. I was comfortably cool in my home much sooner than I had expected! I am a very satisfied customer!
