Edit: I guess lemongrass chicken is a "specialty" item now? Seems like a pretty standard dish to me. Regardless, if the lemongrass "specialty" chicken is $17, then just say that on the sign. And it was not 20 minutes to get my food, I checked on it at the 20 minute mark and still had to wait at least another 5 minutes after that. I don't have a problem with the time, but you should say it will take that long when the order is placed, especially when the order is just a single item.
