Went back to the person that needed the arms installed them using the existing bolts that were in place as apparently seems to be universal. Things seem to workout and the arms were set aside tagged for me so when I went to the front desk I was able to ask for them. Looks like a store where you'll find most of the medical supplies you might need for your accessories as well as wheelchairs etcetera. I'm guessing there's not a lot of competition locally for it so I'd imagine you'd find it here if you're looking for it and need it in a pinch rather than ordering it online and waiting for delivery. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. I was looking for something durable, powder-free, comfortable, and available in a large size. I picked up a 100-count box of disposable vinyl examination gloves, and they were exactly what I needed. They're non-sterile, ambidextrous, single-use, and most importantly, very soft. When I'm assembling freshly painted vehicles, I have to be extremely careful not to scratch or damage the finished paint. These gloves give me the protection I need while still being soft enough for handling freshly painted parts. I also purchased a 50-count box of Level 3, three-ply disposable medical face masks. Since I interact with customers, I like having that extra layer of protection. The masks fit comfortably over the nose and chin, and the stretchy ear loops make them easy and comfortable to wear. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They were able to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service makes a big difference, and I definitely appreciated their help. I came in looking to protect my hands and my health, and I found both in one place!
