Excellent customer service. I need a new screen for my I phone 7 plus. They were fast courteous and efficient and I got a screen protector. The screen wasn't as responsive as it should be. Foolishly I thought it might be the protector so I removed it but it made no difference. I took it back a few days later and told them about the issues and that I'd removed the protector. I was hesitant in calling them in the first place, due to my previous experience. However, it is extremely close to my home. WARNING HE WILL BREAK YOUR PHONE AND NOT REFUND YOU I called him to repair my phone because I was having battery issues. He changed the battery and when he handed me my phone my screen was turning all sorts of colors, he took my phone back and said it's because he had not put the phone back correctly. A day later my phone won't even turn on. He comes back changes the battery AGAIN, at this point I ask for my original battery back. He says he may have it. (Sounds fishy already) He tells me he would give me some type of credit so I can purchase a new iphone and says he has contacts I could purchased one for cheap. Anyways I did not get any money back and he broke my iphone completely. Very unsatisfied. I asked how he learned to "fix" phones and he said he just picked it up on his own, he does not know...clearly. read more
