I am giving him a two star because I have used him before(two-three years ago) and he replaced my glass on my previous iPhone. My new one, had a shattered glad front and I tried calling iPhone repair five time with two voicemails left and no call backs after 72 hours. Unfortunately, I did not have the same service from this business. When I dropped my iPhone, I needed a quick fix. Based on the reviews here and the website, I called iMobile Repair several times. No call back. I emailed them. No email back. Their website claims to accept phone calls 24/7 and provide service M-Su 9a-9p. Not true. When my iPhone smashed, I needed service immediately; not in a day - not in two days - and not in three days at the time of writing this review. If you want a lighter iphone that dies 3 times a day, choose Miles... Never trust someone who says your name every other word. I had my phone fixed same day and he matched a competitor's price... But my phone felt lighter (which I dismissed at the time but my husband noticed and mentioned it too) and ever since then the battery keeps dying 2-3 times day. Before the repair I was charging it once a day or every day and a half. I have contacted the company and am awaiting a reply. Had one of those multiple expletive experiences while walking my iPhone off leash. It fell on the pavement and now it feels very cracked and sad. While at the friendly neighborhood bank, the concierge recommended Miles at iMobile Repair. Said he was fantastic. Would make my iPhone 5s all happy again. Tail wagging and everything. So like anyone who hopefully trusts good reports of people in business, I called Miles. A radio voiced used car salesman answered the phone. I really thought it was a recording. He paused enough for me to actually tell him a small bit of my plight. Then the recording started. We do blah blah blah blah blah ad infa-nauseam. He stopped to take a breath, I got a word in edgewise. He promised to call me back in 30 minutes after the appointment he had just arrived to help some other iPhone in distress. Miles asked me to send him my details via message/text. I immediately did. Didn't want anything to prevent my getting my little pet iPhone happy again. 30 minutes - nothing. 3 hours nothing. Next day nothing. I called left messages. Sent more texts to his service. All I got was a radio voice used car sales man telling me at the end of his message to have a great day. Can't write about his service - didn't experience it - in any way. I can write about his professionalism - non-existant. Worthless. There is an acronymic palindrome that Miles needs to tattoo on his wrist: DWYSYWD in large type. Translation: Do What You Say You Will Do. Not sure it will help but it just may remind him. So, I can strongly recommend that you never use Miles if you need a professional. He sucks. BTW: I left this as a message on his message service. An addendum: I called Mike at Mobile Iphone Glass. He actually answered the phone. Wow! Quite a different experience. Professional, prompt, did great work. Was able to get the part immediately and arrived when promised. Definitely fast and cheap repair but really disappointed that he replaced it with a fake screen that is not as clear as the original iPhone screen and definitively not as sensitive. I have to tap a letter 2-3 times to type so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I called Miles on a Monday to schedule an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. He informed me that he will call the Friday before just to reconfirm the appointment...didn't happen. No big deal though. 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time on Saturday, no Miles, no phone call. 7 hours later and not so much as a phone call. Called iMobile and Miles answered. Not a good first impression, but try not to judge a book by it's cover. Gave him my prob, shattered screen, and where I lived. He said he starts work at 9am, I asked if the 9am the following morning was avail, if so i'd like it. He ok, but he'd be there about 9:15-:30. Not really a 9am appointment then but figured I could do some work around the house. He said he'd call when he was 15 mins out. About 9:25 the next morning I hadn't heard anything so I called. His phone went straight to voice mail which said his mailbox was full. Never heard from him again. My guess: if you are close and he can make a quick trip to get to you and make his money he'll be right there. I'm on the edge of Phoenix so I'm guessing he got something closer and decided to blow me off. If you don't want to drive to the west valley no prob, just tell me. I'm so happy I found Miles with iMobile Repair. Both the front and the back of my iphone were shattered and I put off repairing it for months because it was so expensive to fix it at Apple. I finally searched elsewhere and found this company. I called and Miles came about 15 minutes later to my house and fixed my phone for over $100 cheaper than Apple (who requires an appointment and a drive). The added bonus is he has multiple colors and you can change the color of your iphone if you want! I found iMobile and their highly rated profile here on Yelp. His quote and response time was immediate. He asked some basic questions, nothing complicated, gave me a very competitive estimate, his availability and we were all set, oh and yeah, he drove all the way out to me on a Saturday afternoon. He texted me throughout the day prior to our appointment, to keep me posted on his status. He arrived on time, to my house in South East Vally and presented himself very professionally with his iMobile branded vehicle/mobile workstation. Brought the phone out to Miles and he was off to the races! While he was repairing my iPhone like a Rubix Cube Wizard, he was sharing all sorts of tips, tricks and trends about iPhones that I found super helpful. Like I said, Miles really knows his stuff! He has me reconsidering a different strategy when it comes to phone insurance, replacing or repairing my phone. His work is solid, backed by a 1 year warranty, prices are more than reasonable and his entire business model is centered around convenience and making things easy with online appointment booking, listed book pricing, mobile credit card payment and onsite repairs! Im so happy to have found this site. I'm from San Francisco visiting family here in Arizona. My iPhone 4 screen fell and shattered while I was plugging it into the wall to recharge. I was freaking out til I found this place. This guy Miles has 5 stars for a reason. Not only was he polite on the phone but also timely. The service was prompt and friendly but the warranty was not at all good. I called and Miles came as promised and quickly repaired my cracked screen. All was fine for the first 5 days then lines began appearing on the new screen. I called and was told that even though there was no sign of damage that the warranty would not be honored. Verizon instantly said that the phone had been tampered with and that the replacement screen was not OEM as Miles had indicated when I asked about the part prior to installation. As such it is costing me more for repair. I would not recommend the product as it is now costing me more to have it fixed again. Miles is a nice guy and provides good initial service but the warranty is not good and the phone company does know the phone has been repaired. read more
