These guys are total professionals. Tom and Stephen absolutely know their stuff. On top of that, they have hearts of teachers, and will patiently explain any and all details regarding the job. I had a .22 rifle from my childhood that was not firing. I took it in and within a business day I got a call back telling me what the plan was and asking if it was ok to proceed with the repair, complete with the expected cost. It was two days later and the gun was good to go, and the cost estimate was spot on. I love doing business with these kinds of people. They love their jobs, and it shows in the quality workmanship that they do. I give Tom and Stephen my highest recommendation, and will definitely be doing business with them in the future. read more

Steve is extremely knowledgeable about all types of firearms. He has performed many gunsmith jobs for me. Steve does excellent work and I highly recommend him. He works by appointment and is always very responsive and friendly to everyone. Steve explains in detail the work he does to your firearm. I would not consider going anywhere else for my gunsmith work. read more

$120, 2 weeks and fixed NOTHING. Go anywhere else. Remington 700 has have been around since I was born (I'm old now) but these guys didn't have a clue on how to repair one. read more

This is an outstanding place to take care of your guns. I needed some service done on a firearm of mine, and the work was was well beyond my own skills to do so. I went looking for a gunsmith, and this place came highly recommended. I now know why. They were courteous and polite, had very reasonable prices, and were extremely fast in the turnaround time. Had a problem with a firearm I own. Did a search and found Impact Armory around the corner from where I work. Took it to Stephen. He gave me an estimated time of repair. Called me and explained what he found. He had it fixed within a week. When I went to pick it up, he showed me the problem that was fixed and how to field strip, then do a function check on the firearm. Very reasonably priced. Showed me a ceracote job they did. I took one of my old milsurps with a bolt issue. Service was great, price was beyond reasonable. Stephen went above and beyond to help me preserve this piece of history. This is the place to go. I also pointed out how about 80% of their bullets for loading do not incur the fee but quite a few bullets do. I'm new to loading ammo and checked with multiple reloading groups. This is not right or normal. Someone just doesn't want to do their job or they're really money grabbing scum. Either way avoid them. I also have posted before and after pictures of the damage done to the slide during the process. Overall for paying over $130, I expected better results and service.

Robin made my visit very pleasant! This establishment does quite a bit of drop off laundry service, three staff members were busy folding and ironing laundry for customers. For individuals who opt for self-serve washing and drying, they have a variety of different sized washing machines, and an entire wall of new dryers. All the machines are wiped down after each load and appear super clean. The cost is reasonable for the self-serve washing/drying. I did not inquire about the drop-off service so I am unable to provide insight on that service. They offer two coin machines, as well as vending machines and an ATM. The staff informed me that they are completely remodeling the business, they are adding six new big washing machines (60 lb and 80 lb load capacity), they are putting in new flooring, painting, closing off the back right section (which is where they will be performing the drop-off service tasks of folding, ironing, and bagging laundry. They are also going to add a patio table outside of the entrance and changing the name to "The Laundry Room". The remodel should be completed by the end of June 2025. When I need external laundry services I will definitely return to this business.

They worked hard but were tired and careless- damaging 5 pieces of furniture (1of which was not repairable and will cost me as much money to replace because it was part of a set). As a result of being late, I did not get moved out of my house by the deadline. I should have known items would be damaged as the truck looked like the Clampetts truck from the Beverly Hillbillies. This was frustrating because I had spent hours prepping the boxes for this move and had moved most items to a central location for them to load from. Upon arrival to our new home, the items were just thrown randomly into the garage- found several boxes I had marked fragile turned upside down. The most disappointing part of this experience is that I was charged the quoted full price for the move and only offered a small reimbursement for the chair that was broken. I was told multiple times "what can we do to make this right"; however, these were just hollow words. My request was just refund me the move. I was told they were unable to do this, but offered me a credit for a future move up to the price of this move. So you can't refund me this move, but can offer credit- puzzling. Like I said, everyone has a off day. When that happens, the key is how does the company rectify the issue. This company spoke a good game but failed to deliver.

We have used Impact Armory and Service for several years now. They have always been amazing with our company guns and everyone we have ever recommended to them.. They take their time to properly fit recoil pads (Little things like accounting for the angle at the toe of the gun, wet/finish sanding so the pads look stock, helping ensure the gun is properly fitted, etc.) We have also used them on laser etching which turned out AMAZING, and currently have a cerakote job with them (Which we cant wait to see)..
