We were able to make informed decisions regarding each part chosen to build her skateboard. We originally came just to look and see what they had, but we decided to get her skateboard here because the staff was superb! The new selection is bigger but still small enough to clear your way through entirely in about thirty minutes. Their rap section was bigger than most stores thrice BMS' size and, again, was very well curated. If you go to the store and come out without having seen anything you want to purchase, you probably need to reassess your musical taste. I wish we'd have dropped in earlier so I could have checked out the hoodie and clothes section. It looked rad.

And even though I couldn't find my size of choice I left feeling like I had a ton more wealth of knowledge. Every person in the store who's ever assisted me has always had impeccable customer service and always attempting to just help a friend out. Much appreciated! After having to hunt down an associate to locate one pair of boots and having her just walk away and ignore then having to interrupt the staff speaking with a manager about drama with an ex to get any kind of service I'm happy to report we left without buying a thing and will not be returning. The store was empty and had just my mother and I in it. Horrible customer service. I will be going to REI for my hiking needs.
