The owner Gibran started talking to my daughter about making her a custom T-shirt and she said she wanted a velociraptor on it He said " how about a T Rex?" And she said "no a RAPTOR!" He and my daughter sat down (found a raptor template) and designed her shirt and when it was done she loved it. Then next time I went in, I was shopping for myself. I gravitated towards my normal looks, then Gibran brought me a few items. At first, I was like this is totally not me, I will look terrible in this and I tried it on and boy was I wrong. Everything he brought me looked amazing. There were a few things I was not convinced about, only because I didn't think I could pull them off, but I ended up buying two awesome sweaters and one shirt. Today my seven-year-old and I went in to check out some of their new things and again Gibran helped style me. He knows that I wear tights/leggings all the time, but that I want to expand my look. He showed me pieces that I could wear with leggings and new things that were a little bit different. Not only did he do that, but he explained why certain things looked good on my body type. I bought a few different pieces, including one that I wasn't sure about last time. My 7 year old asked for another custom shirt and she snagged a cool tiger hat. I got a Phinney Ridge hat for my 14 year old son too. This is the place you can go and know that what you are walking out with looks amazing on you and It's not just some sales person saying "oh yeah you look great" when you clearly don't. You will get so many compliments on your outfits. Go, visit them. You definitely won't be sorry.

Ironically, the people are not the friendliest in the Ballard location- I've shopped there for years but am often ignored by the hipster sales staff even if I'm the only other person. I called the physical store location a minimum of 7x but no answer. So I used the Help portal again. No response. After a month of no response or order update, I contacted Paypal to cancel my order. And wouldn't you know it--a day later, I finally get a response. The excuse given by Desteenation: "Your message got sent to junk mail"--I didn't send an email though. I contacted them through their portal, so how would it end up in junk mail? I get that there are businesses that aren't great at customer service, but I don't like being lied to. After another week of no update, I finally got my money back. The business didn't send me the refund--Paypal got my money back. If you feel like you really want to order from this site, use Paypal or a credit card. That way you can get your money back if the company doesn't respond.
