Through their help and programming, I was able to not just rehabilitate my health. They helped to rehabilitate my mind. They were able to do for me in 3 months what I was incapable of doing for myself. Because of Lighthouse, I have my life back. My marriage is back on track, my kids have their father back but most importantly I restored my relationship with God during my stay. I couldn't have done this without their help or support. I was failing on my own. Lighthouse made it so that I was able to focus on healing myself from the inside out. They hunt you down the get your signature for classes/groups that never happened. 50 people sit around vaping, and chit chatting, witht a leader both giving not a crap, but ensuring we sign that we did a group called like " relapse prevention " when in reality we did absolutely nothing!. But the people staying don't care.... they get free housing for 90 days. so why even push for any recovery. Total, total. Scam. How this is legal is beyond me.

The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by everyone at Sun Mar is truly remarkable. No matter the situation, their staff consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Every issue was addressed and resolved in a timely and caring manner, and my dad's needs were always their top priority. From the nurses and physical therapists to the staff who assisted with meals, bathing, and medication, every single person played an important role in my dad's recovery. This facility has a great schedule for activities to keep them active or something fun like getting her nails painted or coloring. I remember walking in on the patients in a circle and they were hitting an air ball around. It was just too cute! They even take out all the patients once a month or so to a restaurant just to change things up! They provide costumes for fun parties and Halloween. Its so nice! They also have board games and playing cards and i loved borrowing their cards to play Go Fish with my lola. I love my lola with all my heart and the last time i visited her, I was very pleased to learn how much the staff truly cares about her as well as the other patients. There are all those horror stories of other nursing homes that are just inhumane and cruel and breaks your heart to find out the mistreatment from a nurse. Doctor Purshell is very compassionate, and tireless in her efforts and her commitment to her patients. The dietary department takes great care to ask what the patients likes and dislikes are. The food leaves a lot to be desired, however, but this is an extremely common problem in this type of facility. Physical therapy has been helpful, too. They have helped me regain my strength. I should add that my husband was here in 2025 for five months, recovering from a broken hip, and I visited him almost daily. When I arrived for my convalescence, everyone here remembered us, and were sad to hear that my husband had since passed away. I hope to not need to return to any skilled nursing facility in the near future, but it's nice to know that Anaheim Healthcare is here, should I need their help.

This program provides you with everything you need to rebuild yourself to be successful and sober for the rest of your life. The program understands that sobriety should be fun so all enjoy access to 2 fitness areas, huge pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, bowling alley, library, movie room, giant day room with awesome couches to watch the main big screen, pool tables, ping pong, Xbox, PlayStation, Wii and other handhelds, snack shack with dining tables area for late night cravings, beautiful dining hall with coffee, meals and snacks provided throughout the day (we eat good here!). We are taken to Angel Stadium for baseball games and concerts, Honda Center for hockey, the beach, have baseball tournaments, BBQs with music and fellowship, paintballing, the theaters, and so much more. You also have the opportunity to visit and call family throughout your program or have them join chapel and visit you. You are not locked up here. We get 4hr and 8hr time periods to check out from the facility after our work day so lots of freedom. We are treated like adults so given trust and respect. Job responsibilities vary from warehouse positions, kitchen duties, night Watchman, maintenance, deskman, landscaping, and more depending on experience. Having skin in the game and working throughout my stay has prepped me for my current job and I couldn't be more grateful. The facility is clean and open, air-conditioned and maintained daily. All have a room with with roommate size ranging from 1 to 4. Tons of space in each room and you have your own locker with lock that provides your stuff with security. You are given an entire wardrobe upon admittance into program where you can choose your clothes. You are given hygiene and fresh towels and bedding with access to laundry room daily to stay fresh. Bathrooms and showers are great with hot water. The Captains who run the facility are Captain Tim and Tanya Pemberton. They understand what it means to turn life around and live one of joy and fulfillment. I have made friends here with guys who have gone through the struggles I have experienced. We learn to build our life on a foundation rooted in Christ which is unshakeable. I now have a support group I can carry for life. This has led to job networking and a plan for life after program. If you want to give yourself a chance at completely turning your life around from addiction and being FREE from the obsession of using drugs and alcohol come here. As a spouse to someone suffering, it's a difficult thing to go through - and some places can be really cold and unhelpful towards spouses who want to support the client. My husband has shared all amazing things about the different classes and groups they offer. I see the camaraderie amongst the men when I visit or drop something off, and can tell they all have each other's backs and want each other to succeed. I want to give a special shoutout to one of the therapists Jocelyn, who was a God send and provided us family counseling. She did her best to help save our marriage and help my husband to see my point of view as a sober person. I also would like to thank the staff Summer and Carol for constantly showing kindness towards us, and patience whenever I had any questions. Nothing is worse than someone being MEAN or rude on the phone when you are trying to gather information with your spouse at the facility! It's hard enough as is that you are going through this in your life. No one thinks of the spouses! These three were like a breath of fresh air for us after having a very negative experience at another rehab. We are so grateful and blessed for Hope House. They also ran out of my medication and allowed me only one phone call to try to get more. Needless to say, abruptly stopping psychiatric medication is not recommended. I ended up running away to be homeless because that was easier and I wasn't forced to be there by the courts. Also they really encouraged snitching on others to the point that they will make you sit in the bench for hours until you snitch. Bad vibes. Most the people I know from there relapsed or went back to prison or i saw a few at the local homeless shelter. Fun times.

The physical and occupational therapists put forth a tremendous effort, providing dedicated care and support during my mom's stay. I saw noticeable progress in her condition through her therapy sessions, and I deeply appreciate the clinical expertise at The Grove Post-Acute. Many thanks to Earl, Faye, Nicole, Niki, and Albert. The facility truly offers a family environment where my mom was given excellent care, comfort, entertainment, and spiritual enrichment. The food board and kitchen staff were absolutely awesome--thank you for your nutritious menu! The CNAs and housekeeping staff were on their feet 24/7 to keep the facility spotless. Thanks to Anita, Dana, and Jasmin. My sister even flew in from France to visit our mom, and she was amazed by the cleanliness of the building, the hospitality of all the staff, and the diligence and expertise of the therapists.
