We had our doors and windows installed this week…read more We went with A&M HURRICANE PROTECTION LLC. The other three companies totally ghosted us after dropping their quotes. A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows

I'll be honest, I did check out other vendors and decided to go with QDD because of his experience. Well here I am today letting you know my thoughts and experience. From my very first call to the store I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I was not to familiar with the area and they gave me landmarks. I arrived to a clean, organized and with lots of options store. I had the measurements so a very accurate estimate was given. The following day Alex came out to my house to do the final measurements and finalized my order. I was explained the process the day prior by Melisa (I think that was her name, sorry) and she answered all my questions (plenty). Alex also explained to me the work in detail. My order was delayed (COVID) but was kept informed at all times. Upon delivery of my door I was given the choice to come in and inspect but they assured me that they do their own quality check. Installation was scheduled and Roger came out to my home to install. I have recently done lots of jobs on home and I am beyond surprised of the work Roger did. He is clean, detailed, polite a true pleasure. QDD you know how to pick your employees. I like my neighbor recommend QDD for your Windows and Doors with out a dought.

Not only was the work sub-par, and the glass damaged, but she ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ignoring not only me, and my wife, but also our outreach from a third phone number. The shower glass is chipped and scratched and the trim is broken. The patio glass is too big for the table, and extremely dangerous, knowing full well I have a 1 year old and my wife is currently pregnant. Not to mention she put the covers on backwards and half-assed so the rain got underneath the cover and rusted the brand new, never been used table. This person is just evil. She is no different than every other crooked contractor in this town, and given the amount of glass shops in the area, I really plead with you to use someone else.
