I recently went to Christina at Imperfect Artistry for a fine line tattoo. The experience was great from start to finish. The location is pretty centrally located in the valley with plenty of parking. The inside is super aesthetic, so for the folks looking to post pics on social media, it's perfect. Christina is super sweet, professional, and easy to work with. She was attentive during my service, making sure to do frequent checks to gauge my comfort. I can see this being helpful for someone getting a first tattoo because she doesn't want a client white-knuckling it through pain or discomfort. Fortunately, the location of my tattoos and Christina's technique kept me very comfortable the whole time. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about her craft and loved that she shared education with me throughout our time. Obviously, a hand tattoo carries a risk of fading quickly, which she was transparent about. That knowledge and honesty are qualities that make me trust my artist. When we initially discussed pricing for my piece, I had a brief moment of sticker shock. However, I want to emphasize that I found her pricing extremely fair considering the quality. You can see in my photos just how delicate her lines are compared to the lines in my other work. When making permanent alterations to your body, you don't want the cheapest option available. You want the person whose pricing is fair, but reflects the high quality of their work. To that end, you need not look further. Now that I've sat with her, I'm looking forward to my next session with Christina. If you're looking for a fine line artist, I would emphatically recommend her.
