I was surprised when she handed me the mirror, but I didn't even know what to say and didn't want her to intentionally botch the job if I asked her to fix it. I would think lower lashes would be included, and the before & after pictures they publish definitely have both upper and lower lashes done. Then she charged me $85 for the service, which is $10 more than what is currently listed on both their website and the printed material I received at my appointment. False advertising in more than one respect... take your money and time elsewhere. Edit: I saw the owner's comment so I am coming back to add 2 photos. Both show the price at $75. The model used in the printed material also very clearly shows that the lower lashes have been tinted. However, the owner of the business did make it right, so I am adding a star. As long as you know what you're getting, it's a nice place and the person who did my service was sweet and easy to talk to.

I just want to start by congratulating this amazing human for being a BOSS and building her own company into an empire. I am so proud of her and lucky to have her in my life! Here we go: Holly - not only is she funny, fun to be around, and one of the kindest humans, but she has never stops grinding. She has always been hard working and dedicated towards her craft, being, in my opinion, the best in the field. She has been great to me and my family in so many ways and I am thankful to know her. Lashes - I started getting my lashes done from Holly after discovering her on instagram about 3ish years ago. I literally never stopped getting them done. I hate to admit it, but I lash cheated on her ONCE for a cheaper rate and BOYYYYY was I sorry. I immediately contacted her and she took them off for me and gave me a whole new set with no guilt or shame, but with kindness and empathy. Not only do they look better than any other artist I HAVE EVER SEEN, but they LASSTTTTT, okay? Like I mean after 3-4 weeks you don't even NEED a fill. I have since moved to Oklahoma temporarily and I can not find ANYONE NEAR AS GOOD and trust me, I have been searching and experimenting for over a year. She ruined me because now my expectations are so high that I can't get them anymore until I move back to AZ. Seriously, she is THAT GOOD. I would pay her a million dollars to do my lashes for life if I could :D Brows - I have had my brows microbladed twice by different people (not HOLLY) and I would say I am fairly happy. However, next time I definitely will be getting them done by her.... not microblading, but a corrective ombre powder brow, which is both better for your skin, longer lasting, and way more flattering. She learned from the best and has seriously mastered this craft as well. I referred my best friend to her for a corrective brow service for her wedding and WOW, she KILLED IT! Her brows were faded, gray, and not a great size or shape for her face. Holly corrected the color, shape, size, EVERYTHING... they look more natural and are truly a work of art. Who new brows could make such a HUGE difference!? I hope to move back to AZ one day and learn from from her! Love you girl! read more

I had such a wonderful experience getting a tattoo in memory of my cat. Christina was incredible from start to finish. She helped me take a few inspiration photos and turned them into a completely custom single-line design that still feels like mine. She even added subtle touches to make the cat resemble my own, which meant so much to me. Booking with Christina was super easy, and the price was clearly agreed upon ahead of time with no surprises. This is the second time I've been tattooed by Holly and I have not regretted this decision one bit. My first tattoo by her was done in 2023 and it was when I experienced 3 intense losses and was navigating the trenches of postpartum. Holly shared with me how she got into tattooing and I was absolutely amazed by her journey and when I saw my completed work, I knew I would come back again. Fast forward to today, I'm right back in her chair and still to this day; Holly showed up very responsive, honest, supportive and kind. I came to her with a botched heart tattoo I'd been living with (and regretting) for over 13 years, and she completely transformed it into a delicate floral fineline cover-up in black and white ink. I needed to purchase new jewelry and have it put in because my stud fell out a day or two prior…read more The piercer put in a ring that was too tight for my nostril, that was very strong and hard to remove because of being so tight. It was soooooo tight that it was lifting my nostril up and left an indent in my nose. I had suspicions it was too tight, but when I called about my concerns and whether I could come back in the same day to have him look it over again and switch it out - he was kinda dismissive... mind you this was literally maybe 15 minutes after I left the shop. I wish I listened to my gut and just went to a different piercer the same day, because I left in the jewelry ONE DAY and it left a darkened mark that's still on my nose 2-3 days later. I'm really hoping it doesn't permanently scar and this mark goes away eventually. :( Went to another piercer who switched it out for me and put in a new ring, who educated me on multiple things that were wrong and that a ring should NEVER be so tight to lift up your nostril or pull on your piercing. It was very easy for this new piercer to find the appropriate size for me. When he took it out, I felt instant relief!
