I've been coming here since January 2026 and have really enjoyed my experience every single time I've come in. I always leave satisfied and really happy with the end results of my manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere, ambience and decor of the place is elegant and nothing like other salons in town. I've only had to make an appointment one time, and I was seen right away, on time with the nail technician I requested. I'm reading that this isn't always the case for most appointments...? But I didn't have a negative experience when I booked mine and was seen immediately when I arrived for it. Also, it has been getting busier and busier upon each visit I've made here. I recommend coming earlier in the day and during the weekdays if you can! Amy does an amazing job with my manicures!! She shapes the nails as I request perfectly (I've had square and almond shapes done), and she has even done a beautiful design I wanted on my most recent visit. It looks better than the image I showed her. If you don't like your nails or if you have any issues after leaving the salon, just come back! They'll fix it for you!! I haven't had to have this done, but they let me know every time if I'm ever not satisfied or if my nails break or chip or anything to just come back and they'll fix it for free. I stopped in for a fill, I always get french tips. I have a regular salon but my tech has been out and without an appointment, so there I was, a walk-in customer. The salon is nice, newer, but there are still some things that look unfinished from construction. They have so many pedi chairs! And they do a steam service, interesting! They first told me 10 minutes, it took 25, but hey, what's a girl to do? When ya need a fill, ya need it. They were nice and offered me a water while I waited. Amy helped me, and did a pretty good job. Short and thin, just how I like. French tips gel. The man who charged me gave me a discount and a coupon, otherwise I would have given three stars. I do think they are trying to get some repeat clients. I may or may not return, we shall see. read more

Came in today for the first time and had an appointment confirmed for 9:15 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until a little after 10. I did mention how important it is to respect clients' time when appointments are scheduled, and to their credit it was acknowledged and my services began within about five minutes after that. The good part is that the spa itself is beautiful--very open, airy, and designed as a relaxing space with state-of-the-art services and equipment. Cherish and Kayla took care of my pedicure and nails, and they were both incredibly sweet and accommodating. They did a great job, and my nails turned out so pretty. Overall, despite the initial delay, the service and atmosphere were great, and I will most definitely be going back. read more

I visited this place after receiving a recommendation and was looking forward to trying it, especially since they advertised 20% off for new customers. Unfortunately, the promotion was not applied as expected, which was disappointing. There seemed to be some confusion about whether I had visited before, and at one point another lady employee even intervened with the guy that was checking me out, making it feel like I was being treated as if I was lying, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable. In addition, I did experience a long wait for service. Overall, the visit didn't quite meet my expectations, and I will not be returning. read more

I received a gift card for this place and I was really excited because I had seen multiple reviews online. The salon is open and clean I got a pedicure and my nail tech was friendly and polite. She did ask me if I wanted my nails trimmed or filed down and I told her I just wanted them filed down. I got the jelly pedicure and it was a positive experience. When I got home, I did look at my toenails closer up and I did notice that they were all filed down differently some round and some look like they weren't filed down at all. So for that, I'll give it a four out of five experience. read more

Terry and Annie were so kind and comforting, since sometimes I get pretty tense when getting my nails done. Not horrible, but not great. Waited almost 50 minutes after being seated. I got a pedicure done, which went really well. A young man did it, and that turned out really well. My gel manicure on the other hand was rushed and has specs of white all over it because the lady didn't even give me an opportunity to go wash them after she filed my nails. She also did not clean up my cuticles at all. It felt very rushed. And the color did not match the one that I had selected. read more

I'm new to the area and was looking for a place where I can get my nails done. I am very particular about where I go because I have eczema on my hands so my skin around the nails are very thin so even with the slightest rub with the nail file will cut my skin and can be very painful. I was greeted at the door with smiles and very welcoming hellos and OMG the place looked amazing and so beautiful you feel like a million bucks just walking in. I've been to many places where it looks great and fancy but walked out with unhappy nails and experience so I was kind of worried. Luckily I was set with Annie and I explained to her about my hand situation so that she is more gentle with my hand and not file my nails so aggressively like others usually do even though I've asked them not to. Annie seemed very concerned and examined my nails and hand and said "I will take care of you, no worried". She started to work on my nails and we got to talkin and boom, bam I look down and nails were on, and shaped. I went with this look because Christmas was coming up and I wanted to be festive but not too much so I can enjoy them, the detail and the dedication that went into doing this design, I was amazed at Annie's talent. She didn't scratch or cut my skin not one bit, even though I was on the edge of my seat here and there preparing myself. Price was more than fair considering how careful and slower she had to be and even got 20% off because of their special promotion. It was worth every dollar and had to tip her well for her effort and care she showed me. I have decided this will be my nail place, Annie is now my official "Nail Diva". I also saw some one getting their Pedicure done with some kind of interesting wrapping thing and messaging, I'm gonna look into that for the next refill, I didn't have time to ask her about it but definitely need to try. This place is about 2 months new. It definitely runs that way. The wait is insane. I recommend NOT coming on a weekend or prepare to wait. They told us, we can get you in 10 minutes. Yes, 10 mins til they sit you for a pedi. Have you sitting in the pedi chair in the back corner waiting for 60 more minutes. Staff kept going to back, not saying anything. Just staring that we are waiting. It was horrible. I was watching to see if they helped other people who came after us. People with nail set. Yes. We had 1 person get helped before one person in our party. My sister was pissed! I was even more pissed for her since I told her...Let's try this place. Bad idea. Out of the 3 people servicing our pedicures, mine seemed decent. Spoke a little English. Knew what she was doing. One lady was really nice and talkative. But looked like she didnt know what she was doing. Then the other guy, he was just quite and rude. Would we come back, my sister said hell no. My likes- they steam your feet. I came here 5-6-26 with my husband as an early Mother's Day treat because nail salons are always crazy on the weekends. I had really high hopes. I wanted to get a builder gel manicure and a pedicure. My husband and I both got the camomile pedicure. I asked twice for a manicure to the person doing my pedicure and when I checked in but never got anyone to give me one. They started 2 other girls mani/pedi after me so it wasn't for a lack of available techs. The chamomile pedicure comes with a 15 minute massage my husbands tech only set his time for 10. I had also mentioned again at check out that I wanted a manicure but no one came and they gave me a 20% off for next time that cannot be used with any other discounts... they are already running a 20% off everything so basically this coupon does not do anything. My toes are done sloppy and pretty much need to be re done. Super bummed that the quality is so low but to be spending $138 on two pedicures and the results to be this bad at a new salon is disappointing read more

Never did I expect for them to put me in a chair and have my feet soaking for over 45 minutes without even acknowledging me after I started soaking. Several (8) came in after me and were seated and service started. He said they all had appointments which I find hard to believe but, either way, definitely not the type of service I want to pay for. i started coming here around february and got my nails done here three times. the first two times were amazing, they did such a great job! but when i came in for a 3rd time, they had given me someone new thats never done my nails before and she did not do my nails good at all. it looked nothing like the picture. when i tried correcting her on the shape, she had a bad attitude as if she was irritated but playing it off like its a joke. i just stayed quiet after that because i was getting nervous as thats never happened to me before. the amount of coats on the base made my nails really bulky and the french tips were messy. i was really disappointed and i could tell the staff noticed i wasn't too happy about my nails so they offered me a discount next time i come. i'll definitely be back soon but maybe having the same person who did my nails in the past do them next time. (the designed ones and the cateye nails are the good nails and the video of the french tips is the bad nails) i'm only leaving this review so maybe they could learn from this because i really do love this place! read more
