They did a good job, they kept in touch and the damage fixed correctly and everything handled with the insurance company. Everything seems straight, they even cleaned the car which it needed badly! I was recently involved in an accident involving a side swipe of my new Subaru Legacy only 2 months old. Went thru my insurance and Imperial Auto was on the list of Preferred repair clinics. I have to be honest as I was hesitant not going thru my dealer though once talking to Darek I felt comfortable on having him doing the work. I met him on a Friday and review the damage and made arrangements to drop off my car on a Tuesday the following week. I picked up my car that Friday to have my car look like the day I picked it up at the dealer. My car was repaired like nothing ever happened and to have the car shining and clean in and out. My insurance company recommended this auto body which made me choose them after getting into an accident with my Chrysler 300. After only a couple days I regretted choosing them. They do not return calls, don't follow schedule or dates they tell you, and are generally rude over the phone and in person. Not to mention lazy. Liberty Mutual reached out to them multiple times to discuss the price they were given to fix my car and the refused to even attempt it. My car sat in the lot for weeks. After deeming my car "totaled" for the second time when it was clearly not, I called them to ask if they could take the plates off for when I come to clean the car out of my personal belongings. I arrived and the plates were not off. They made me sit and wait for a half hour, making me late for work, just to perform a simple 1 minute task. I asked them to remove the grill I purchased myself after the fact, they said "maybe." Liberty Mutual said they would not tow to salvage the car until the grill was removed. I bought this car on my own at the age of 17, it meant so much to me and I was going to put the grill on my new car or at least save it as a memory, but instead Imperial Auto towed it themselves and removed it without consulting myself of my insurance company. This company is unprofessional and impossible to work with, especially their worker Derek. Do not go to them for work on your car, plenty of other viable options in the area. read more

I was first in need of an auto body shop in my area after wanting to replace my bumpers with a more aggressive look (2013 F30 BMW 328i Xdrive). Went to several places to get quotes but wanted to use a local shop instead of one "insisting on going through my insurance provider". There was no damage to my vehicle, only swapping parts and paint, making me assume other places only wanted to rip off my insurance company. Imperial Auto was brought in to fix my brand new 2014 Nissan Rouge when I was rear-ended on Route 93. I cannot say enough about the job that Darek did on the car. From my sight, I thought it was only just the bumper was out of place. When he took it off, noticed additional damage, which Liberty Mutual confirmed needed repair. Darek kept me informed about the status of the car, and when it would be ready. The day before, he called to let me know it was ready on Tuesday, and mid morning - he called again to tell me it was ready. When I got there, the car looked brand new. With the wonderful winter road salt, my car was a little dirty when I dropped it off. He had everything looking fresh and clean. It even looks like they cleaned the interior for me! My insurance company provided us a Auto Body Shop to repair our 2015 Honda Civic. I did some research on the Auto Body Shop they provided and the reviews and results was not good. I then research other Auto Body Shops within my area and the one that interested me was Imperial Auto LLC, Wilmington, MA due to their reviews and 5 star ratings. I called the shop, spoke to Darek and informed him of my situation. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding in every way. The overall process was stress free. My insurance appraised the damages of the car and I showed Darek the total cost/estimate of the damages. Later, Darek informed me the estimated damages were changed due to the actual repairs being conducted to the car. He was working closely with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) making sure all went well. The paper work and billing was all taken care of and we just had to wait until Darek gave us a call when the car was completed. It took them only two weeks to complete the repairs and it went by really quick. The overall repairs was outstanding and superb. It was like seeing a brand new car. I checked the area where the damage was and the end results were amazing. I couldn't see any imperfections, it was flawless, and the feel of receiving a brand new car but even better.
