They estimated a week earlier than other estimates and they had no issues getting parts unlike other shops that said this would be an issue. Their work etihic and attention to both detail and customer satisfaction cannot be overstated. My family has been using Minucci for more than 30 years. My older brother travels 2 hours out of the way to use this business because they are so trustworthy. I recently had an unfortunate run-in with a poor raccoon on the mass pike (going about 72 0 yikes!) it caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. I just received my repaired jeep back from Minucci Auto Body and I had to write this review. They are definitely the best Auto Body shop in all of Metrowest. They are extremely professional and caring. I needed my car back to go on vacation and John had it ready when he said. He worked closely with the adjuster to get the estimate changed and I am so pleased. Not to mention that my car was detailed and cleaned to perfection. They were kind enough to fix a small dent that had nothing to do with my accident for no charge AND replace the battery on my key which was low! I was referred to Minucci's by a friend and I have to say from start to finish it was a great experience! My son was sitting in bridge traffic heading to the cape and was rear ended by someone who wasn't paying attention in a brick (aka Volvo)... so the volvo hit the Altima (my car) and pushed it into a truck - both Volvo and truck had bruises - our Altima ended up with $8200 in damages - yikes!! John Minucci was awesome from the get go. He offered to have a rental ready at his shop, explained the insurance appraisal process and gave me an estimate as to when the car would be ready - which he met. But what I really appreciated was the quality of the repair - while most of the work was cosmetic (the frame was fine) - front and rear - plastic and metal - lights, mufflers, etc needed repair/replacement. I have to say that EVERYTHING was repaired perfectly and the paint job was AWESOME - to the level where I couldn't see any imperfections and I'm really really picky - trust me - the last near total at a different repair shop down the road was a totally different experience and left me me super critical and looking for issues. No need to worry with Minucci's I can't say enough of how happy I am with the way the car looks - it's honestly as good or better than the accident. And while I say that the most important factor was the quality of the repair, it was extremely nice to work with John, very professional and sincere. John made every effort to minimize the impact of having a car out of commission. I highly recommend Minucci's. While I hope not to have future collisions, if I do, I will definitely return to John's shop. read more

I have a beautiful CTS4 named Chantilly Lace. Someone backed into her in a parking lot and I was heartbroken. To make matters worse, the insurance company gave me a hard time because no-one left a note claiming responsibility for the accident. Well, John explained the procedure and stuck with me through the insurance ordeal. Finally, I handed my broken, ugly Chantilly over to the Minucci Team. John arranged a temp car for me and kept me in the loop through the whole repair process. When Chantilly was repaired, John asked me if the team could keep it one more day because they noticed a warning light and the part wouldn't be in until tomorrow. This was above the call of duty since the warning wasn't caused by the accident! Chantilly Lace is beautiful once again. THANK YOU TEAM MINUCCI !!!! read more

I'm not surprised that this shop has a 5 star rating. I could not be happier with my decision to get my car repaired here. The initial reason was pure convenience-they work with a rental car company so that you can simply drop your car off and drive off in a rental. Convenience aside, my car was PRISTINE when I picked it up. They had detailed the interior and exterior, and even repaired a few deep scratches free of charge. They obviously take a lot of pride in what they do, and I've already recommended them to a few friends who need some bodywork done. read more

These guys did a great job on my 2008 RAV4. Better than I expected actually. They repaired a damaged hood, damaged side panel and buffed the rest of the car so that it looks nearly new. Even the inside looks great. They are friendly, professional, and got the car completed faster than they quoted to me. Overall, great experience. read more

They really took good care of me. Minucci not only did a fantastic job fixing my car that had been rearended but they went above an beyond and fixed another little eye sore my car had without charging me. My car seriously looks better than it did when I bought it. They also took care of the insurance piece for me and had the rental car there waiting for me when I dropped my car off. John and staff at Minucci did a flawless repair to my car. They are a Commerce-approved shop and have a relationship with Enterprise Car Rental so it was convenient. My car had both front and rear damage from a chain reaction accident. The original estimate only included repair of bumpers but John correctly predicted that there would be hidden damage and he wanted to be sure of a perfect color match, so he worked with adjuster to expand the estimate. I'm sure he could have just done the repair authorized in the initial estimate, but I am glad he took the time to do it the right way. My car is only a year old but Minucci absolutely made it look brand new again. I highly recommend them. read more

I just picked up my 22 year old Jaguar XJS from Minucci Auto Body after having some work done and was really impressed with their level of workmanship. The car was damaged while in transport from California and I was a little nervous to let just any shop work on my near antique car.
