    I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Imperial Ford working with Lynda Glassey. This was my first experience buying my very own car and Lynda made the process as seamless as possible. I had a day 1 Ford Bronco reservation that I made in July of 2020 and Lynda has worked with me through the entire process. She was very informed about the Bronco, and she was always available when I wanted to talk about modifications. Since my initial order was placed I think I changed everything from the top of the Bronco to the paint color to the interior and the seats. When Ford pushed my Bronco order from the 21MY to the 22MY Lynda was quick to call me and go through my order again to see if I had to change any of my options. After 1.75 years of waiting I was finally able to drive off the lot in my 2-door Eruption Green OBX Bronco at the beginning of March 2022. If anyone was as excited as me about the vehicle arrived it would be Lynda! Lynda had it ready and waiting for me outside the front of the dealership... complete with a giant red bow and a string of balloons!!! Up until that point I had been waiting for so long that it was hard to even process that I'd be driving away in the vehicle I built nearly two years ago. The bow and the balloons quite honestly blew me away--Lynda truly went the extra mile to make the day memorable for me and it's something that I'll never forget. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, or if anyone asks me who they should go to for a car, I'm strapping them down in my Bronco and will be promptly delivering them to Lynda at Imperial Ford!

A year passed and I go back to get an updated quote just in case the quote went up which would be more than understandable. He remembers me and quotes me the same price as at least a year prior. I finally decide to get in his schedule and have this horrible crack from a poorly done repair taken care of. Fast forward to yesterday. Omg it looks beautiful! He kept in contact during the week to communicate about the progress and when it would be ready. I was so happy when my husband brought it home and I finally saw how it looks. Amazing. You'd never know it was there. My family had always gone to be place that had closed due to the owners retiring in Waltham and once we moved out this way we feared we could never find a place that was Honest and friendly and did as good of a job. Well, we've found THE place( though I am hoping to not have to need any repairs done anytime soon lol) Wayne is so personable and fair and does great work! So glad I found this place!

However, more often than not, you'll hear grumbling about incompetent and unfriendly customer service, second rate merchandise or parts, poor quality of work and the list goes on. So, happening upon Tony's Collision in Milford, Massachusetts was definitely a desirable discovery! It began with the frustration of coming out of a grocery store and finding that our SUV had been the victim of a hit and run to driving by Tony's on the way home and deciding to stop in and from there we found that we were about to embark on a journey of superb customer service, high end body work and an entire experience, from start to finish, that reached a level of satisfaction wherein any other provider would be hard pressed to even come close to the type of service we received! The owner/manager, Teresa Goulette, welcomed us with a friendly smile that immediately put us at ease. She explained the process of what had to be done to our SUV in a clear and concise manner and offered us options too, she demystified the part that our insurance company played in the repair so that we understood what they were responsible for, she arranged alternate transportation for us that would meet us on the day we dropped off our vehicle to the day we picked it up and most important, she answered our seemingly endless questions with patience and treated us in an manner that gave us the information and the confidence we needed to make an informed decision. Moreover, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Goulette's brother, who was also friendly and informative and then spoke with a member of their helpful staff and at that point, I was again reassured that our decision to utilize Tony's was the right choice! Last but certainly not least, I was thrilled to find that the flawless body work on our older SUV made it look brand new! And also, when I discovered that they had gone the extra mile to insure that we received some additional work, I was extremely satisfied! I encourage you to take your damaged vehicles or restoration work to Tony's Collision and even if it's only on blind faith because of the review you're reading, I assure you that you'll be happy that you did!

They replaced the bumper on our truck after we were hit at a stoplight-they secured payment and set up a rental car-when it came to pick up today-they released the truck to us and reimbursed us for the car rental-no sooner did we drive away-we noticed the lights on the tail gate were not seated. contacted Tony's and he knew exactly what was wrong-even though the day before we were told they would double check everything prior to pick up today-apparently that didn't happen. We were told we'd get a call when "one of his guys came in"....the business closes at 12pm and since its 1:30pm and still haven't heard anything -I'm sure we won't be today. Disappointing -would have just taken some communication on the business' part-we're reasonable-but won't be back.

    Cannot speak on picking up a vehicle yet, but the sales and purchase process was very good…read more Uncle Mo facilitated our sale and I couldn't be more pleased. He was thrown into the mix last minute, but he gave us care, attention, and quality service. He was extremely open and candid about what we were looking for and looking at. He explained every detail, and even pointed out some items that might need attention in some vehicles we viewed. During the closing, he made sure we understood what was going on and helped us get the best possible deal. I should note that we were cash buyers and didn't have a trade. He outline the fine print before even talking about a deal so we understood what to expect, so there were no surprises. He made sure to call us with all the work being done to the vehicle and strongly advocated for us on certain things that they should cover (and did cover)! I'll update once I pick the vehicle up, but Uncle Mo, Marz, and Gabe made for a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before making the trip, we were told we qualified for a promotional incentive of up to $2,000 over five months. Also Bruno said he would send us coupons. These incentives along with our $6000 downpayment would have been tools to work out a reasonable figure. After arriving, we were told we did not qualify for the promos and the coupons did not arrive. We also discovered the vehicle was priced approximately $1,500 higher than the online listing, even after showing the advertised price. Throughout the process there appeared to be conflicting information regarding the vehicle's pricing, which created a great deal of confusion and we thought the figures initially quoted were too good to be true. We were ready to sign and then the correct numbers were presented. We were prepared to renegotiate as i said we thought the initial offer was too good to be true and we are reasonable but that was never an option that was explored or attempted. I do want to mention that our salesperson was friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the inconsistent information and the overall sales process. The dealership did offer us a very fair trade-in value, which we appreciated. However, they were unwilling to discuss the vehicle's price despite the discrepancies we encountered. After driving more than an hour based on the information we had been given, we left feeling disappointed. My hope is that the dealership and people who explain the promos can improve communication and ensure that online pricing and promotions accurately reflect what customers will actually receive. It would save customers from making long trips based on incorrect expectations and would also help the sales staff avoid being put in difficult situations because of inconsistent information and prevent wasting everyone's time.
