    I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Imperial Ford working with Lynda Glassey. This was my first experience buying my very own car and Lynda made the process as seamless as possible. I had a day 1 Ford Bronco reservation that I made in July of 2020 and Lynda has worked with me through the entire process. She was very informed about the Bronco, and she was always available when I wanted to talk about modifications. Since my initial order was placed I think I changed everything from the top of the Bronco to the paint color to the interior and the seats. When Ford pushed my Bronco order from the 21MY to the 22MY Lynda was quick to call me and go through my order again to see if I had to change any of my options. After 1.75 years of waiting I was finally able to drive off the lot in my 2-door Eruption Green OBX Bronco at the beginning of March 2022. If anyone was as excited as me about the vehicle arrived it would be Lynda! Lynda had it ready and waiting for me outside the front of the dealership... complete with a giant red bow and a string of balloons!!! Up until that point I had been waiting for so long that it was hard to even process that I'd be driving away in the vehicle I built nearly two years ago. The bow and the balloons quite honestly blew me away--Lynda truly went the extra mile to make the day memorable for me and it's something that I'll never forget. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, or if anyone asks me who they should go to for a car, I'm strapping them down in my Bronco and will be promptly delivering them to Lynda at Imperial Ford!

During the closing, he made sure we understood what was going on and helped us get the best possible deal. I should note that we were cash buyers and didn't have a trade. He outline the fine print before even talking about a deal so we understood what to expect, so there were no surprises. He made sure to call us with all the work being done to the vehicle and strongly advocated for us on certain things that they should cover (and did cover)! Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before making the trip, we were told we qualified for a promotional incentive of up to $2,000 over five months. Also Bruno said he would send us coupons. These incentives along with our $6000 downpayment would have been tools to work out a reasonable figure. After arriving, we were told we did not qualify for the promos and the coupons did not arrive. We also discovered the vehicle was priced approximately $1,500 higher than the online listing, even after showing the advertised price. Throughout the process there appeared to be conflicting information regarding the vehicle's pricing, which created a great deal of confusion and we thought the figures initially quoted were too good to be true. We were ready to sign and then the correct numbers were presented. We were prepared to renegotiate as i said we thought the initial offer was too good to be true and we are reasonable but that was never an option that was explored or attempted. I do want to mention that our salesperson was friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the inconsistent information and the overall sales process. The dealership did offer us a very fair trade-in value, which we appreciated. However, they were unwilling to discuss the vehicle's price despite the discrepancies we encountered. After driving more than an hour based on the information we had been given, we left feeling disappointed. My hope is that the dealership and people who explain the promos can improve communication and ensure that online pricing and promotions accurately reflect what customers will actually receive. It would save customers from making long trips based on incorrect expectations and would also help the sales staff avoid being put in difficult situations because of inconsistent information and prevent wasting everyone's time.

I found personal items in the car (wallet, Apple CarPlay cable, paperwork), which the salesperson said belonged to the other staff member when I asked. Advertised features on their website, such as wheel locks, were not included. The online listing was misleading: the "Buy For" price effectively adds $1,000 if you do not have a trade‑in; in small print it states a $1,000 trade‑in bonus is included in the sale price while dealer fees are not. The salesperson sent the front‑desk receptionist I met earlier instead of a manager, saying they could not drop the price because another customer was ready to buy it with a trade‑in; I stood up to leave, then the manager came and said they would give me the advertised price. If you wonder why they sold me the vehicle instead of the other customer with a trade‑in (who would have generated more profit), it is because no one else was actually looking at the vehicle. During paperwork the finance manager added a $215 Protection Plus charge I never authorized or signed for and pressured me to purchase a $2,900 warranty, even making an unprofessional remark when I declined: "I will let you make that mistake." I made a second trip to the dealership and they removed that charge because it violates Chapter 93A of the Massachusetts General Laws. The overall lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling scammed, deeply disappointed, and deceived. A few months ago I bought the same make and model from a Subaru dealership and the experience was the opposite: I was treated with respect, the online price matched the in‑person price (aside from disclosed dealer fees), and there were no hidden fees or games. Prospective buyers should verify advertised features and review every line of paperwork before signing.

I explained that I had received it, but it was about 15 minutes long and I wasn't planning to spend that much time on it. The representative then offered an incentive, my choice of a free car detail or a free oil change if I completed the survey. It felt like they were trying to hit an end-of-month or quarterly quota. Which is fine, we all have quotas to hit. I'm always skeptical of "free" offers, so I asked how I would redeem the oil change. Based on past experiences, this dealership hasn't been great at following through on promises. I also clarified that while the car is for my daughter, everything is under my name. The advisor assured me that once she saw the completed survey, she would email me with the details later that day. Since I was commuting home on the train, I went ahead and completed the survey. Free oil change, why not. The next day, I called and left a message saying I had completed it. The following day, I followed up again and sent an email with the same update. By Thursday, after no response, I called again and left a message expressing my frustration and telling them to keep the "free" oil change. At that point, it felt like I was chasing/begging for something that had been promised to me, which is unacceptable and just not cool To anyone considering this dealership: if they promise you anything, get it in writing. Based on my experience, I would not rely on verbal commitments. Also, I want to add. The last time I was there for an oil change was because they sent an email offer with the special price. It was difficult to get them to honor their own special from their website. Ridiculous I will say that Wassim Kafal, the General Manager, was great to work with. Very professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, as the GM, he's not someone you're likely to interact with unless you're closing a deal or escalating an issue. As he has a dealership to run which is understandable.

My lift gate had a bad crack and was definitely starting to Rust and slowly get worse each passing year. Wayne quoted me a fair price and I went home to think about it. A year passed and I go back to get an updated quote just in case the quote went up which would be more than understandable. He remembers me and quotes me the same price as at least a year prior. I finally decide to get in his schedule and have this horrible crack from a poorly done repair taken care of. Fast forward to yesterday. Omg it looks beautiful! He kept in contact during the week to communicate about the progress and when it would be ready. I was so happy when my husband brought it home and I finally saw how it looks. Amazing. You'd never know it was there. My family had always gone to be place that had closed due to the owners retiring in Waltham and once we moved out this way we feared we could never find a place that was Honest and friendly and did as good of a job. Well, we've found THE place( though I am hoping to not have to need any repairs done anytime soon lol) Wayne is so personable and fair and does great work! So glad I found this place!
