When I got home, it occurred to me I needed an oil change so I called them up and added an oil change and tire rotation and referenced a coupon I recently previously received. when I picked up my vehicle, I was told they actually have a better special than the coupon I received in the mail and I saved another five dollars. Had a legitimate review about Tiffany on google. They preceded to remove it and never address the issue. I would not recommend buying from them. I felt harassed and needed to block their business from calling me due to Tiffany. If you look at reviews like I do before going to a dealership, look at the Yelp reviews. I never realized how easy google reviews are to remove. After this happened I preceded to go through and look (as the almost 5 star being the reason I drove out of my way to look there) a majority of their google reviews are fake accounts that also mention Tiffany... My first time at this specific location. Recently brought my car in for an oil change at the express lane. Service desk gentleman were very polite and quick to schedule me in. It was about an hour wait, but it was pretty busy as expected for a first come. first serve type deal. Now compared to other mopar service areas, this one did a phenomenal job with looking every inch of the care over. Suggested repairs, some of which I already knew about, and talked me through what they were and estimated price. Never tried pushing things on me like some mechanics can try to do. Dealer service garages get bad reps and im one to rep on them but this one was great for a change. I've bought and leased several new cars ... Including a few Jeeps from Planet. I honestly have not had a better buying experience ever. Planet is no nonsense, no games ... They don't pull the BS of going back and forth into the sales manager 20 times like other dealers and unlike other dealers, they will roll the honest to goodness lease price into one number vs. hiding down payments, fees, taxes, etc. in a lower price. The guy I work with there is Mike P. He's helped me through a couple sales and is as thorough as they come. Don't expect the typical back slapping, overly friendly, fake cheery car salesman. Mike gets right to the point and asks what you are looking for because he doesn't play the typical games. If Mike can't make a deal happen, trust me, it can't be done. And he is very thorough ... You can expect everything to be meticulously prepared and you'll leave the lot with no questions/worries. You'll see what I mean when you meet him. I made the mistake of shopping around an offer he gave me at another Jeep dealership which was closer to me. They told me they could do much better than Planet, if I came in. Of course when I did, they said the best they could do was match the offer and not give me what Planet gave me ... The choice of color F-That. I should have known not to shop an offer ... Planet wants you to be happy right off the bat and if they can't do the deal, they aren't going to spin your wheels. I live an hour away from Planet and go there anyways. Mike knew this and did a lot of stuff over text/phone to save me from driving in after we actually did the deal on the lot. He also got me a very hard to find model/color combo that they had to get from another dealer. Trust me, most dealerships don't go to this length. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Planet. It might not be the prettiest car dealership and you won't get an authentic Italian Macchiato, car wash or your nails manicured in their lobby. However you will get great service, honest dealings and most importantly low prices. I have 3 friends who have all bought at Planet and would never go elsewhere either. My experience in trying to buy a car here was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. My Sales person, Peter Tasho was argumentative, misinformed and unprofessional. There are so many good car sales people out there and it's people like Mr. Tasho that reinforce all the bad stereotypes. After a couple of uneducated comments I indicated that I wasn't interested in purchasing the vehicle and asked for my car registration and key back so I could leave, he pulled it back and told me to hold on. I asked for it a second time and asked please and indicated I wanted to leave, he held it back again. I then had to raise my voice and demand he give me my property. On my way home, I called the dealership and asked to speak to the General Manger to walk them through my experience. The receptionist asked my first and then last name which seemed irrelevant to my request and then my call was passed to 3 different people and the last person told me the GM wasn't available. First once we showed up we were passed off to a sales rep who clearly had no interest in taking the time out to explain the features and everything to us. Just handed us the keys & let us go alone for the test drive. Once we got back & said we were interested in learning more they immediately just started writing up the paperwork. They were EXTREMELY pushy. We were trading in our old car & before they even gave us our approved rates for the new car wanted to take the plates off the old one. We just bought our first Jeep ever from Planet Jeep. Tough experience. [Sunday, 6/26]: Sales guy Joey, was pleasant & helpful from my first call inquiring about a Jeep on their website, to taking us on a true test drive. We told him we were ready to deal that day & would like to get the Jeep home as soon as possible. He worked hard to get all of our information & took it to the Sales Manager (SM), Joe. We weren't negotiating the price of the Wrangler because it was very fair However, our trade-in was 15 month old Subaru, in excellent condition & were only trading it in because we ALWAYS wanted a Jeep. Prior to visiting Planet, we checked both Kelly Blue Book & Cars.com to get a good idea of its true value was. SM Joe offered a trade-in price about $4K less than the KBB value & current market value. We negotiated a bit & got him to install a trailer hitch. It was the end of the day, so rather than haggling any longer, we put down a deposit & planned to finish negotiating the next day. [Monday, 6/27]: We called our Subaru dealer & they offered to buy our Subaru outright for $1800 more than the offer given by Planet. Subaru was willing to write a check right there. With the Subaru offer in hand we went back to Planet to negotiate the trade & hopefully purchase the Jeep. We made an appointment & upon arrival, told salesman Joey we still had concerns about the trade. Joey told SM Joe about our concerns. After waiting 30 minutes, the finance guy (Mike) finally came to give us the paperwork. We went into Mike's office & asked him if they were able to do anything about the trade. Mike wasn't aware of the change in the situation, which floored my husband & I as that is why we thought they made us wait so long! We were trying to give them FULL PRICE for the Wrangler & were just asking for a fair trade for the Subaru! SM Joe came into the office very cocky & said 'yesterday the trade was fine with you", to which we said, "no, we told you we were uncomfortable & decided to get additional back-up". We told Joe that if it was better for them, he could throw in a few add-ons, as the dealer cost was less then retail, so we would both win. Joe didn't like this idea & insisted it was a fair trade value, even with the offer from Subaru & printouts of other Subaru's of the same make, year & mileage. By now, we were upset & ready to walk away. When Joe saw we weren't ready to cave, he agreed to throw in a soft-top. We agreed, signed the paperwork & signed over our Subaru. Since it was past closing time, we had to schedule an appointment for Tuesday to pick-up the Jeep. We were told it would be ready by 1pm, with the hitch installed & the soft-top ready to get home. [Tuesday, 6/28]: About 11 am, SM Joe called to tell me there was some "issues" getting the Jeep ready by 1 pm. I told him my husband would call him back as he had taken the day off, in part, to play in his new Jeep, & would handle it. When hubby called back, Joe told him the service dept was still working on the hitch & the Jeep would be ready by 5:00. Around 4:30. SM Joe called hubby & said that it wouldn't be ready until WEDNESDAY! My husband, his day wasted, was PISSED BEYOND BELIEF! At this point, we had signed over our car (still had possession) & signed the sales agreement & loan for the Jeep - now we are HOSTAGES of PLANET JEEP & SM Joe! My husband informed Joe of his disappointment & wasted day & told him the Jeep better be ready by 4:45 pm on Wednesday. SM Joe apologized for over-promising & said it would be ready Wednesday. [Wednesday, 6/29]: Didn't hear from Planet Jeep all day, so Hubby called around 4:30 to see if we could pick-up our Jeep. They said we could, but they still didn't have all of the parts they needed for the soft-top & it would be at least a week before they would be in. When we arrived, we talked to SM Joe, who explained the situation with the soft-top. We took the time to share some constructive criticism regarding our experience. SM Joe was naturally a bit defensive, but was willing to listen & apologized. Sales guy Joey gave us the usual tour of the Jeep & we were off (but not topless due to not having the soft top). [Saturday, 7/9]: Didn't hear from Planet yet, so called to check on the soft-top. SM Joe wasn't in, so we spoke with sales guy Joey. He wasn't aware we still didn't have the top, so said he'd check into it. He called us back every few hours with an update, with a final call around 4pm to tell us he had found all the parts & could pick up our top on Sunday. [Sunday, 7/10]: We FINALLY got our soft-top installed. Both sales guy Joey & SM Joe helped install the soft-top & showed hubby how to operate. Everything was in working order & we finally had the deal complete. The only reason we rated them 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the sales guy, Joey. Bottom line: If you want to be very frustrated & spend countless hours getting a new car, then go to Planet. Otherwise, find another dealer! read more

Service dept. Still not sure if they are crooks or idiots. Took my Jeep in for a new steering rack. They found other things to fix also. Went home, car pulled to the right a lot. Snowed so used 4WD and really, really pulled to the right and then something seemed broken PLUS the 4WD did not turn off when I turned it off. Took it back and they said nothing was related to the prior repair but during they comprehensive check last time, they must have missed an almost broken or broken CV joint. Another $1000 gone and my 4WD still does not shut off when I turn it off. I wouldn't go back even if I had any money left. read more

I purchased a used car from this dealership and my experience could not have been better. My sales person was Joe Shell. I was trading in an old, high mileage 1997 Honda Civic and I told Joe that if trying to get rid of my old car would complicate things, I'd gladly leave it out of the equation. He told me that it's actually a smoother process when there is a trade-in because it's easier to transfer plates than go through the process of getting new ones. He even called an third party dealer and secured a fair deal for my trade-in sight unseen. I had just a few specific models in mind that I was looking for (Honda Civic, Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra), and although none of the makes were affiliated with his dealership, he agreed to be on the lookout for me. Within a week, he called to tell me about a trade-in that was pending, a 2007 Honda Civic with only 29,000 miles. Yes, he even faxed me a CarFax, showing the car was clean. He actually understated the car, saying the body/paint was average for a 2007. When I saw the car, it was definitely far better than average. It was beautiful outside and in. Even though the car was in excellent condition, I still got it for $1,500 under Kelly Blue Book value private seller estimate. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and Joe was mindful of my drive, so after I had accepted delivery of the car on premises, a few days later my wife dropped by to pick up the registration. Joe had a $29 check made out to me to compensate me for the inspection, knowing I was opting to get my inspection sticker locally so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the dealership. Joe was straightforward throughout the process and was actually a lot of fun too. I'd recommend him and this location to buy a car. read more

Then finally we got stuck with a girl, i think her name was jessica. She didn't know anything about the cars. Then even though I had called and said what cars I wanted to drive they did not have cars ready for me! We ended up waiting over 45 minutes just to get into a car! Then they couldn't give me a price. I went in for an oil changes on my 2012 Sahara which has been a great vehicle and Peter Tasho (my salesman) told me they were doing some really great leases on the 2014 Rams. We got to talking a bit more and over the course of the next hour we got numbers crunched on trading in my 2012 Sahara and I was able to pick up a 2014 Dodge Ram, loaded. Saved a ton of money and no aggravation. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in terms of dealers. no headaches, no pressure, no games. The service department is great to work with as well. I want to start by saying, this is only a review of what I can guess is their sales policies. I went in to trade my 2016 Tacoma because I wanted to get back into a full sized Ram. It was a Sunday and was greeted by a friendly sales person outside. We talked for a few and she showed me a couple of Rams that fit. Went back on the following Wednesday to actually talk trade and pricing. We could not agree on prices , either for my trade or their truck. After a few back and forth trips with a manager , whom I never meet , it was clear they will not negotiate pricing and if they do its not much. I am not unreasonable , however I know the car sales game , yes it is a game , and how dealers make money on every aspect of it. These guys are far better than any other car dealership I've been to; they did not pressure me or try to get me to do things that worked for them rather than for me like I've felt in past dealings with other dealerships. I got everything I wanted and wasn't pushed into anything I didn't want. I really can't say enough nice things about these guys. Their service department was awesome too. They had all my dealer options installed for me by the time I made it out there to pick the car up and they did a nice clean job of it too! VERY disappointed on my first experience at Planet. My Jeep died because apparently the oil was low so I had it towed to Planet since it's local and close to where I was on the road. I get a call from Nick Aldo the next day letting me know it's the oil. I let him know besides that I had a few other concerns mainly a shaking in the rear and a TPMS service light. He calls me back and is so adamant it's my tires for the shaking, ok... Little does he know I'm a former tech and advisor I've sold cars I've done it all and that story doesn't make sense at all after what the complaint was. I go to pick up the car after hours to find my TPMS wasn't even added on the RO nor was it fixed. Even if I did not mention it how does a warrantable fix not get done anyways? Overall disgusted with his selling tactics and the service was extremely sub par and I'm very upset after reading all the good reviews here. End of story my Jeep is at another dealer currently and they found the shaking problem before trying to sell me anything. Read the other bad reviews and you'll see similarities with my experience. I'm not sure how much the other reviewers were getting paid to promote this place, but it must have been a lot. I seriously hate Planet Jeep. I've never bought a car here, only had one worked on in their service department and I cannot stress how terrible of an experience that's been every time. The people that work in the service department and their master are lucky they have jobs at Planet, because I can't imagine anyone else ever employing them. They're unprofessional. They're rude. They lie to your face. They have chips on their shoulder like you wouldn't believe. I don't even think the service writers know what a car is (ask them to explain something that's being done to your car, it's almost comical... until they tell you how much it'll cost.) You spend WAY too much on simple procedures and the prices they quote you are never the price it ends up costing. They try to justify the difference by telling you they weren't including "shop fees and taxes". My advice is that when you get a quote, get a break down of the price of the parts and write that down. Then when you go pick up your vehicle and get hit with the sticker shock, compare the parts prices. You'll find that they're charging you more for parts than they originally say they're going to and it'll be some glitch in the computer that's responsible for the discrepancy. Once you pick up your car after the over-priced never ending repair is completed, you'll drive off the lot thankful that you never have to deal with those skeezeballs again. Except that your check engine light will come on after about 50 miles. Awesome! Then you'll take the car back, they'll deny that it has anything to do with the repair they just completed (even if it's the exact same thing thats gone wrong again) and they'll charge you a diagnostic and try to soak you for another exorbitant amount of money. Honestly, I can't even think of a single nice thing to say about this company. Their people suck, their building needs to be condemned, their service sucks, their hours suck, their parking lot needs to be repaved, their location sucks, their repair prices suck, and if you travel out of this tiny part of Mass you'll find dealers with much better inventory at much better prices. read more

Fisheyes and dirt spots in the clear the body work came back through and when I dropped it off to have them fix it they only buffed it and left all the compound residue in my brand new flat black grill, compound spots and residue all over my car and the same fish eyes and dirt are still there?!?!? He or anyone else at planet was pushy and thief finance guy mike supra was great as well their service department took great care of me and let me set the time for my sticker and did a great job detailing my jeep before I got it. When I started the process I was still in Afghanistan and my friend went in talked to mike power and he took care of everything and stayed in contact with me until everything was final!
