His car was parked right outside the door and there were no customers inside the store. It was drizzling outside and he was told that they didn't install in inclement weather. He returned the blade and went on his way (with limited visibility). Arrived at Oreilly in Milford, purchased the wiper at a considerably lower price and they installed it. Never again!!
