It was my first time here. My car really needed to be washed (inside and out). I came on a Sunday. Its super easy. You choose what package you want. You tell the attendant so he can make a note and give you a receipt. You then walk inside where you can see the cars going through the wash. There is also a cute boutique inside. Towards the exit on the other side of the shop is the cashier. You pay and thats it. You can look around or go outside and sit in the waiting area for your car to be ready. It does get busy. Prepare to wait a while. I was there for about 40min but I was already expecting that since usually thats how long I have waited at any car wash. My car looked good once it was done. No streaks on windows or scratches. There was some trash left in the inside. I threw it away when i went to the gas station. Not a big deal. The over all experience was smooth. The price was good. A good car wash for a quick wash. Don't expect much more than that. It's a fair price, about $30, for a basic wash, and that's what you get. They do offer detailing, but I personally wouldn't get it done here... their attention to detail is lacking, so paying $150 for a detail here is probably not a great idea. When I plan to go here I make sure to fully empty my car of all objects and trash out of my trunk, cup holders, and anything important out of glove box and center console. It's just a good idea to do this in my opinion ANYWHERE you have someone wash your car. This way I don't have to worry about anything and everything gets cleaned. I've attached some "whole inside photos" to show a good job, and some close up detail photos to show the lack of details. If your car gets covered in bird poop like mine, this is a great, quick option! But if your looking for you car to be brand new again, hire a mobile detail service and pay a few hundred for the quality because that's not really offered here... read more

i've been coming to imperial carwash since i was eighteen years old - a grand total of eleven years. it used to be super affordable, the service workers all used to care, and the manager was really friendly. granted, he still is, but the quality of everything has dropped way too much for it to be this goddamn pricey. the whole point of a hand wash is for workers to cover every inch of your car. that's why you pay them so much. for the labor and what not. the last two times i've come here with my mother, these employees have completely missed huge parts of the car. the last guy even argued with my mother saying that if she wanted the trunk area clean then she had to keep the trunk up ???? you know, you really don't have to get defensive if you're doing a good job. getting combative just proves how lazy their work ethic is. time to find a new car wash! read more

THE WORST CARWASH EVER! They're CROOKS! And practicing horrible business! We took our Tesla in last week they cracked the windshield all through the middle! HUGE CRACK! mind you my Tesla had Nothing! No prior damage!!!!! And their manager admitted to accepting liability for their mistake in causing the broken windshield! We demanded for him to provide their insurance info, he gave it. Once we called the insurance to file the claim, they reached out to him & he Denied everything to the insurance! What a SCUMBAG!!!! Got my car washed today and right after I pulled out of the driveway I got a notification tire pressure was low. By the time I got to a red light to see what it was, it was so low that I just kept going to my house which was closer than turning back. I called to let them know my tire went flat while getting a car wash and they said there is nothing they can do because I already left. I was unable to drive back because my tire was completely flat. Horrible service when it comes down to the manager. Car was brought in and the machine scratched the trunk. I brought it to his attention and he got hostile right away. I explained to him that I didn't have that scratch and it's not the end of the world. That's what insurance is for. Asked what the solution will be and instead blamed it on me. Stating it wasn't the machine. This carwash is in a pretty convenient location for me so I would love to keep going back but unfortunately they really do not give you your money's worth. I even tipped like 30% but I was disappointed when I saw the condition of my car. They did a really mediocre lazy job on the car wash. I had to spend a while cleaning all the spots they did not even touch. They also charge more for their packages than other car washes that do a better job than them. I used to come here all the time and for the 30 something dollar car wash it would be amazing. They would take their time detailing, vacuuming and wiping every crevice of the car. But as for the last year, every time I've gone here it has been horrible, the vacuum job looks like they didn't even try. You have to re-ask them to wipe everything down, it doesn't look like they touch anything. They just drive it through the actual car wash and hand you the keys. I tipped them well every time prior to them getting my car and hope that they would do better. I've given them three chances in the last year and it is horrible. Went there yesterday to treat my car to a real wash, it was MEH. But my real complaint is I chose the super wash for $31.99 and this morning I noticed on my bank transactions because I used a debit card they charged me $319.99!! I called my bank immediately and they started a claim but now I have to wait up to 10 days before this money is available. I checked my receipt that they gave me thank goodness I held onto it and it says $31.99 on it so I don't know how the bank transaction is different from the receipt, they ripped me off. Came here because someone gave me a gift certificate 2 years ago for 18.99. Car wash is now 25.99. How times have changed. Severely disappointed with the results. Hard water stains on the windshield even though the worker "cleaned" them. I have a small one and still found crumbs in the seams. They do a poor job of vacuuming. With all the rain lately, there are marks in the door jambs and they did wipe some but not all. If I had to pay the full price, I'd be super upset. They need to do some major quality control. I wish I had seen reviews before coming here. I brought in my Volvo XC90 for a was. Paid for the $29.99 and was so disappointed! They didn't clean the inside. There was trash on the mats that hadn't been vacuumed. The doors and dash were dirty, left untouched. First time here and upgraded to the hand wax option which first provided the car wash and wax and then moved over to the hand wax area and was detailed out in a covered area. VERY thorough on both inside and outside and to be honest I was looking for a full detail and these guys did a great job for a very reasonable price in comparison to local alternatives. I will be using Imperial for future washes and waxes. When I asked the guy can you please clean these things he went through w damp rag and wiped down my car. Not even spraying the car down. They I asked the guy that I got the ticket from what about the inside of my car you said this was included with my wax and he talked to the manager and then came and rewipped my car down without spray a damp rag. Just got my car washed here and it was the worst job ever. The guy that was supposed to be doing my car did not walking around and talking to the other guys than he did working . When I walked up to it I could still see pollen on it and on the rear still dirt. On the inside dust on my dash waterspouts on my windows dust on the gearshift grass on my floorboard. What a waste of gas, time, and not getting my car washed for an important day tomorrow. When I asked employee why it said online, they are open till five he told me they take the last car at 4:45. I just paid for a hand wax and extra interior cleaning with protectant for the vinyl and i got back a barely cleaned car. If they really did wax it, they waxed over the mud and bugs that didn't come off in the wash. I came to this Carwash because my usual place is not open today. They shut down due to maintenance. Their customer service is not the greatest. The supervisor got into a verbal altercation with a customer over damages to the vehicle. The supervisor resorted to insults when he felt attacked. I get it, it's hard to keep your composure when someone is being rude. However, you do run a business and as a supervisor you should remain professional unless your safety is being threatened. When I arrived to the car wash and the supervisor came to ask what type of service I needed, I specifically asked him if they vacuumed the carpets and wipe down the interior. I told him I had just returned from a long trip and needed the inside taken care of. He replied "yes, we do all that." I asked for the second row seats to be cleaned (I have 2 kids) and third row as well. I felt confident after talking to him and telling him what I needed. He acknowledged my requests and confirmed it would be done. Long story short... I came back to my car, once they were done, and almost flipped out. I get every person gets tired of doing whatever job they do, myself included. However, we pay a pretty penny to get our vehicles cleaned and it's only right for it to be done correctly. My door frames were still covered in dirt, my cup holders still had spills and a piece of trash that was left there. My back seats were not vacuumed or wiped down... needless to say, my trunk space was not even touched. I was livid... still am. Anyway, I remained there and cleaned it myself in their lot while they stared. Lesson learned. I'll be washing it myself next time. read more
