This place sucks. Don't waste your time. Apparently this place closes 10 minutes before they actually close. I arrived at 4:35 PM, and the posted closing time is 4:45 PM. Instead of taking a customer who showed up during business hours, I was told they were already closed and the attitude from the employee made it even worse. Look, I understand if a business needs time to shut down equipment, but then maybe post the real closing time instead of turning people away while the sign still says you're open. What really made the experience disappointing wasn't just being turned away it was the rude tone like I was inconveniencing them by showing up during their own posted hours. I bought a new MB GLA250 so wanted to try their hand wash services. I ordered the basic wash with Armor All on the tires. They did a decent job on my car and vacuumed the inside as well. I don't like businesses that provide a service and are not transparent with their prices. I pulled up and the man tried upselling me and then priced me differently than I had seen on other receipts posted online, so I called him on it and he lowered the price. Then he said my car was really dirty (umm...obviously) so that I should go with a higher priced wash. I said no. They are cash only but he said they would accept Zelle one time. I highly recommend they display their prices for sedans, suvs, trucks, etc. and stop pressuring people. I won't be returning. Too shady for my liking. read more

The first time I went here it was great without any issues. I put badges on my car and asked them not to pressure wash there (back trunk) and to be extra careful because they may come off. The guy reassured me that they'll be careful and they were. Everything went well. The wash and dry looked great. Recently, I went again and just like the first time I asked to be careful and showed them the badges. The guy said okay and told the man that's going to wash about it. He even asked if I put them on and I said yes and he said oh that's why. After the wash, before the full drying, he came to tell me that one came off. But it turns out, 2 came off (one is lost and the other I have) and another is flimsy and looks to fall off soon. SMH. Aside from the badges, my first time there was great. Car was cleaned and dried properly. Second time, I see spots on the glass panels of the car (like they didn't fully dry it and the water dried there) and multiple windows weren't fully cleaned. First off I hate posting negative post. Because people just can just be mean. But, this I could not say anything. Iam going to be as kind as I can. I'll start off by saying that the first person I spoke to way very nice. I enter in and and where do I go. He explained where to enter. I then continued by asking how much would it be. He quoted me $30 or $35. So I asked for the $35. They handed me the slip which I didn't look at it right away due to me being on the phone. After I noticed my car was almost done and I got my slipped and asked where to pay. When I looked at the slip. It stated it was $45. I explained to the man, why did you tell. Me it was $30-$35? He said well there is other prices. I tried not to be rude. I was going to pay it, then the guy that I going to take my payment I handed him my credit card. He stated that they only take cash. Or if you have Zelle. I went back to that guy and said. I had mentioned that I have not been there, I would recommend them telling customers that a head of time. He said just charge her the $35. I left a $5 tip even though I was not happy . I went to go in my car and noticed dirt in the inside. I asked if I could borrow a rag or if someone could wipe it. Which they did. I left home. As soon as I got home I went to look at the back. I will say this. I am never going back. They did not fully vacuum the back of my car or wipe it all. My cup holder still needed to be cleaned. I am honestly sad. I never go get my car washed by someone . I go through the drive thru and clean the inside myself. Lesson learned. I have not checked the rest of my car. They try and force a more expensive car wash on you and give you an attitude when you decline. We take all of our cars here to get washed. They do a great job and you don't have to wait too long for good work. They are very reliable and honest workers. I forgot I had money in the center console and the gentleman washing my car gave it to me, and then told me he found $100 bill under my seat and gave it back to me. When they were in the middle of raising prices, one of the employees gave me a ticket and told me to hang onto it- basically a spray wax wash for me would be good for $40 if I showed the ticket. Scratched my new car. Left blotches of armor all stains on my interior doors and dash that I had to scrub out myself. Pricey.

Location is very convenient, but only on weekends because it's close to my home and not work. That's where the issues lie. The long wait times are horrendous and you have to stay in your car and pull your car up every few minutes. A kid that looks like he is 12 keeps asking you to pull closer to car in front and makes me nervous. It doesn't make that much difference, but since their staging area for waiting cars is so limited, I guess they feel it's something they have to do. The kicker was, there were obviously little yellow spots all over my truck. I'm sure I drove in with them, but isn't the point of a car wash to clean them off? I had to bring it to their attention before they did anything about it. They were nice about it, but it was so obvious, they should have just taken care of it. I would go back, but either very early in the morning or on a weekday. Also, know that you pay the person who washes your car, which is new to me. If you happen to be hungry, Taco Sabroso is a short walk away and has pretty good food. read more

The car wash is good for the price you pay ($15 car, $20 suv, $25 truck as of 11/14/20). I will say that most times even after I take my car in ANYWHERE there are always some touch-up spots that I find when I get home. I think that that's understandable given I may be a little more particular than others which is why I usually wash my own car, but every once in a while it's nice to kick back and let someone else do the dirty work! However, my car is already pretty clean as I wash it every week or so and there was the most simple attention to details missed with my car wash this time - dashboard not wiped down, driver side floor not vacuumed well, trunk not vacuumed (small suv so easily accessed), center console not wiped, and even left mud on my passenger side from using as step to access the roof. Since I do my own touch-ups anyways I'm sure I'll be back, but only because it's a fairly priced wash to begin with. Just keep that in mind :) read more
