We called them initially to manage silverfish we discovered in a bathroom. They were placing a powdered substance at the baseboards. All they managed to do was chase the silverfish all over the house until we finally told them to spray something that would kill the silverfish or be fired. The technician complained saying he wouldn't want that chemical in his house which, of course, was not helpful. Maybe he doesn't mind living with bugs but we do!

They came yesterday and all the man did was sprinkle stuff around the tree and bushes. Never looked at the lawn, never went into the side and back yard to look at the lawn. I have cameras all around my house, so know exactly what he did and how long he was here. And for that I am charged $131. I call this theft of the customers money, and that is exactly what I am telling them when canceling the lawn service.

Why not contact him again since we received superior service?!He lowered the soffit and told us if there was a rodent present, there would be evidence that the soffit was moved. Three days later, the soffit remained the same, meaning no animal. Mike checked on it every day and, after the third day, it was safe to reset the soffit, which was performed by his staffer. Mike and staff were so friendly and nice. Made the whole experience very pleasurable! Best part: he didn't charge us!!
