Went to celebration on a Sunday during the market day which was so much fun. Met up with a friend to eat at the imperium food and wine & we had the brunch menu. My friend and I got the eggs Benedict with salmon and it was delish! My other friend got the avacado toast that had goat cheese & it was definitely really cheesy! Ay yi yi. This was painful. The menu sounded AMAZING and the venue is decorated beautifully. It definitely gives off a classy but friendly vibe. I got to the venue earlier than my party, so i ordered a beer at the bar the bar before going to the table. It was $7 for a kona big wave. We were a party of 10 celebrating my birthday. Everyone was seated and ready to order by about 515. We didn't get our first round of drinks until 620. Here are some highlights (aka things servers shouldnt say) of things said to us from our really very terrible server: - "oh you want that glass of wine? Well, I'm not sure I'll be able to find it. What do you want as a backup?" (She never mentioned the wine again, but brought the back up beer) - "I'm not sure if the sliders come with fries, I'll check and let you know: (35 minutes later, they do not come with fries) - when presenting the wine flight "these go in the order they are listed on the card" (we asked from left to right or right to left) "oh, um you can just tell by the color" Other complaints: - we were there for 2.5 hours and water was filled only once, after we asked, after everyone was out of water and still hadn't received cocktails 1 hour into our visit - we ordered $12 truffle fries, with genuinely not an drizzle of truffle. So we asked for truffle oil/sauce/butter/whatever should be on there. She came back 27 minutes later and when I said the fries were cold so didn't need the truffle anymore she just said "sorry" and left the plate of cold fries and the truffle oil. Paid full price. - ordered a side of truffle fries, with no cheese. She brought an appetizer size plate, with no cheese, truffle, or scallion. 100% plain fries. Asked for truffle and scallion. Only ever received truffle and then they tried to charge us the full price for the appetizer truffle fries - ordered 2 Kentucky bourbon ales. Received a 16 ounce glass the first time and 12 ounces the second, but was charged the same price for both - all of the chicken items were incredibly dry. - when we asked why drinks were taking an hour, we were advised she was working on it, when in fact, there was no one behind the bar and they were not being worked on. - no flat breads, no salmon, and apparently no wine that wasn't part of a wine flight. Everyone who tried to order a glass of wine was told to order beer instead. Only positives: - our second round of drinks came in a slightly more timely manner. - the spinach dip and bakes brie were yummy Just save yourself so much time and money and go literally anywhere else in celebration. Wow! Although street parking is a nightmare (unless you're a pro at parallel parking like me), this is such an inviting place with a wide array of offerings. The interior design and furnishings are very comfortable, no matter what your preference is. Inside/ outside, booth, high tops, you name it. They also play classic rock music, which is my favorite kind. I met my sister here for lunch and sat by a front window. We were able to people watch the entire time, I'm posting several photos from the menu to the layout of the restaurant and they are dedicated wine room. Our server, James was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We ordered a small cheese plate for sharing, and loved it! Cheeses, fruit, olives, nuts, honey, crackers & bread. Yum! She had a Caprese salad and I had Ceasar salad with tofu (thinly sliced and lightly grilled). Delicious, all of it. I've done lunch at Imperium a few times but today was my first time trying brunch. The menu features all the usual suspects: eggs Bennie, breakfast burger, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, salads, flatbreads and more. Food was ok. We briefly stopped at Imperium for a nightcap on our way home from the lovely town of Celebration. We love Imperium's location right in the center of Market Street which around the Holiday Season closes down for pedestrian traffic only and offer all kinds of outdoor "winter" activities for children and adults alike. A huge Christmas tree sits in the middle of Market Street, right outside Imperium's entrance and sidewalk tables. You can sit back and enjoy the merry surroundings for hours. This time of the year, each hour from 6pm to 9pm, it "snows" in the town of Celebration! It is quite a sight to see the enjoyment of all when the flakes start to fall!!! As the name of the establishment tells, the food offerings at Imperium are limited to light fare, mostly hand helds and tapas. They have quite a selection of wines which makes it a perfect pair to their food choices. If you come to this place hoping for a gourmet sit down meal you are in the wrong place. Their food is true to the establishment's name. My husband enjoyed the popular the Tomato/Basil soup which was served with warm Pita bread. We both enjoyed a Charcuterie Plate, (Chef's selection of meats, cheese, berries and nuts) which we found a bit over priced but had an acceptable selection. Oh my stars! So so yummy! I have been coming here for 20 years. Love this place! They have new owners! Well they have done a great job with revamping the menu and upgrading the quality of the favorites like flat breads, charcuterie, boards, and so on. Let's start with tuna tare tare. So fresh avocado, small cut up sizes of tuna, just a drop of slaw in the middle on the top and the sauce was creamy, little tang and a lots of flavor. The flat bread was out of this world with a ton of flavor from the figs "they must soak them in something" prosciutto was a little crispy on top but lots of it and drizzle with a glaze. The flat bread taste like it was home made and baked fresh to order. Yummy! Husband had the steak&goat cheese salad he said it was good. Asked for medium rare came out done. But he said it was still juicy and had flavor. Another day I came for happy hour. I Love their wine selection and the wine glasses. Happy hours is m-f 11-5pm. service is always excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. Love the new look. Inside is modern, sleek and edgy. They have a sitting area for everybody. A fun bar on main street Celebration. I loved the inside vibe and they have a small back patio with some seating, which was very nice and semi-private. We were greeted right away and took a seat towards the back. They did have a few high-chairs for littles if you have yours with you. They have happy hour specials, so ask about those if you are there earlier in the afternoon. We only came in for some drinks before we were meeting family for dinner nearby. The server brought us our drinks quickly and helped us cash out as well so we could be on the move once we were done. Went for brunch with two girlfriends on Sunday. Service was slow, so I asked for a bottle of sparkling wine and some juice so we could make our own mimosas. We were presented with this. A lunch date with my hubby. It was about 1:30 -2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday when we stopped at Imperium; a trendy little hole in the wall in Celebration that definitely had character. The lighting was dim, and there were only two other patrons. In addition to indoor seating, there are a few tables on the front sidewalk and a small back patio. There was some cool art work along the walls, and a big screen TV behind the bar. We sat at the bar, as we often like to do, which was a good choice (minus the AC unit that was dripping from the ceiling on and beside us occasionally) because it appeared as if there was only the bartender, and one other person in the small kitchen located behind the bar. While we looked over the menu, we ordered two beers, the Orange Blossom Pilsner, that was very cold and refreshing. I ended up ordering a small Tomato Basal Soup and a half order of the Pork & Apple Flatbread. My husband ordered a whole Smoked Salmon Flatbread. The service was just ok. Most of the bartender/waiter's attention was focused on a young lady sitting at the bar in front of her laptop, and they appeared to be discussing restaurant management issues. With that said, he was nice, and our needs were met, but that was all. No pleasantries or small talk, and my husband did have to let him know at one point that another woman had entered the restaurant and was standing just behind him (bartender), to his left, and waiting for service. The soup was served almost immediately, piping hot, with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese and chives that decorated the center of the bowl. The soup was very good, and I enjoyed every bit of it, but it was a little on the sweet side. This was one of the first cooler fall days in Florida, so the warm soup was very comforting and the main reason I ordered it. I did share a couple tastings with the hubby, who commented that it was too sweet and like eating dessert. Of course he was exaggerating; it wasn't that extreme. My half order of Pork & Apple Flatbread consisted of 4 small pieces for $9. The combination of contrasting flavors (pulled pork, granny smith apple, goat cheese and tangy BBQ sauce) actually made the dish more interesting, as I thought it would. My mouth perked up after the first bite. Although I liked it, I couldn't eat more than 2 pieces. It was just too tangy, for me, to enjoy much more. I was glad that I didn't order the full flatbread. My husband also liked it, but had the same opinion. At $14, the full order of Smoked Salmon Flatbread (smoked salmon, pesto cream cheese, red onion, field greens, topped with lemon caper aioli) was the real winner of the lunch, and its savoriness helped to balance the sweet and tangy taste that was lingering a bit too long on my tastebuds. Delicious! This wasn't our first time here. We have been here before a few years ago, and look forward to our next visit. read more

This is such a little hidden gem in Celebration! (Ok maybe not so hidden if you've lived here a while like I have but you get the point). As if the town wasn't lovely enough, they have Imperium, which is the perfect after work, after the parks, or honestly ANY time of day place to visit. They have a pretty nice selection of food, but I love coming for their wine flights and charcuterie boards! It's perfect for 2-4 people to share. As far as pricing goes, they're very fair on pricing and the staff is so sweet and eager to provide recommendations. It's not the biggest location, so sometimes seating can be limited. It's usually only two of us visiting, so we don't typically have an issue sitting at the inside bar, or at a small table on the patio. Love this place! read more

The one semi-redeeming item was the pretzel but the beer cheese was more like white nacho cheese. Got to wash it down with one corona. Thats because I was never asked if they could get me another. It was fantastic, BEST TRUFFLE FRIES EVER! So crunchy and flavorful! The cheese sandwich was amazing as well as the filet mignon flatbread. We weren't a fan of the prosciutto flatbread just because it had way too much balsamic glaze and in our opinion that overpowered the rest of the ingredients, you really couldn't taste anything else. The Pork belly tacos had a great seasoning we only wished it came with some kind of dipping sauce as the bread it came with is a tad dry, just to elevate the flavor a bit. We came for an event and we just didn't have a good experience in general. We were seated outside and unfortunately the summer invites a bunch of flies. Waitress was alright, she tried her best to attend to us as she had several other tables to attend to. That aside, we had a party of three: one got the 3 tender meal with fries, and the other two were the roast beef sliders. Each were very small portions, which I'm looking back and thinking that if you're not there for the wine, your visit is not worth it. I personally don't drink alcohol but they ran out of the high noon I wanted, which was more of a blessing in disguise. The chicken tender meal came out grilled, which was confusing but I welcomed it. The sliders were only two sliders with no side included, which is crazy. The two who ordered this also ordered fries on the side, which altogether was about the same portion size as a 4 for $4 wendy's meal but these meals were $17. Soda is served but no refills because they serve a small glass bottle for $4.50. The menu is expensive for no particular reason, they are not exactly serving exceptional food cause I've had better food at the alehouse. Their prices are high to basically rip off the locals and incoming tourists of the area because they don't know any better. I would not recommend this place at all, it was quite daunting how anybody could spend their money here. I know the Celebration locals don't travel that far but please, y'all need to branch out or hold these bar/restaurants accountable for mid food. read more

Imperium is a nice spot in downtown Celebration with perfect street side tables and a cozy inside area for a quick glass of wine and some food. The food is nice for the space, don't expect anything too fancy in this spot as the menu is mostly flatbreads, wraps, and salads. Although, each are good. The herbed chicken flatbread was very nice and the half order is large enough for one person - unless you are very hungry. I still love this place! I have become a more frequent visitor. Through my most recent visits I've been trying different flat breads. My current favorite is a salmon one they have. However I've tried about three at this point and they're all incredibly good. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to wines. They are very accommodating as well. They have a nice variety of standard wines. The only criticism I have is I wish there was more not so common wines. Oh! I also wish they would bring back their breakfast throughout the whole week instead of just on the weekends. But that is kind of out of their hands. read more

So, I've been to this restaurant on several occasions, and here's what they excel in: Wine and tapas -- I mean, that is in their name :) They also have larger table spaces both inside and outside on the patio to accommodate groups. This is perfect for after work happy hours or brunch outings. I've never been a huge fan of their food, especially for the prices. I recently went for brunch and was starving. I got the veggie scrambler with hashbrown. It was plated very nicely, but was such a small portion. I ended up scarfing down a granola bar in my car after the brunch because I was still so hungry. I thought the price for the amount of what I got was a little steep. In general, their food is good, but I would go here for light bites / tapas and not for a bigger meal when you are really hungry. I do enjoy their wine selection and appreciate that they have several rosé options (my fav!) I do also like the availability of all the outdoor seating, since we have such nice weather in florida! This is a really cute spot. I went for brunch on a Sunday, and even in the daylight got the vibes of: we're a pretty jazzy place, but aren't trying to hard, and are nailing it. I feel as though nights would be bumping here. Cool art work on the wall and the servers were super friendly. My friends started the morn with the sunset cocktail and they LOVED it, they got a few rounds of those doubles. For food I personally got the California tacos - they have corn tortillas which are so superior to flour ones. I thought the tacos were okay.... they had potential but the guacamole was definitely one of those general ones you buy in publix, and I think just sliced avocado would've made them way better. In the future I would've gotten the salmon tacos which the lady at the table next door got, and they looked BOMB. The homefries that came with the dish were definitely those precut and frozen ones that they popped in the oven quickly. Sadly, no seasoning on them. Overall, I didn't really love the food at all, but everyone that I was with really enjoyed there's. Came here on our way back home to lunch. This is a small little bar in Celebration. The hostess was really nice and made some food suggestions. We started with the tuna tartar and it was good. When it came to our meals we ordered their sweet chili chicken wrap. It was not bad just that after a few bites, the sweetness was too much to handle. That was the only negative about our meal.
