We came here for a birthday dinner one evening. Ambiance was luxury. Nestled inside the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, arrive a little early so you can grab a complimentary glass of Champagne in the lobby, browse the gift shop, and hangout in The Stanley Hotel-esque bar while watching some sports and waiting for your table. Inside the restaurant itself, the vibe is dark dungeon. Very low lighting, extremely plush chairs that you just sink into, and tables that are borderline too big and tall for you lean on with your elbows. It's cozy. It feels like date night. Service was also luxury. It was the service team of a restaurant chasing a Michelin Star. Multiple servers with specific jobs, all introduced themselves to us and made us feel like a valued guest. And the food all came out pretty timely. The evening had a good flow to it. As for the food, it was pretty good. We started off the evening with the Duck Foie Gras Terrine (Seasonal Accoutrement, Frisee, Vinaigrette, Truffle Salt). Our main server recommended that we get the foie gras prepared a different way, I think grilled instead of the intended way. I forget. But wow, the recommendation really hit with us. Warm, buttery, slightly charred, and paired well with the frise, the pickles, the jam it was served with. A really good app. Then we got to the reason we came here, the Bull and Bear Carving Board (Tomahawk Steak, Fried Chicken, Maine Lobster Tail, Choice of Two Sides). Our sides were Mashed Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon Mac & Cheese and Creamed Corn. We did order creamed spinach, but they brought us the corn instead. What can you do. So anyway, the carving board came out, and it was presented to us as a whole, beautiful, and then the server carved it all up and plated it for us. They did the same thing with the dessert, too. And I saw them set something on sparkly fire for a nearby kid, too. Tableside antics seem to be their thing. Nice touch. As for the food on the board, that fried chicken was the best, most luxurious fried chicken I've ever had in my life. There's lore behind it. Something about a multi-day cook process, the use of sous vide, the unattaching and reattaching of the skin to increase crispiness. Whatever they did, A+, 10/10, this was the best bite of food all night. Order this however you can. The lobster was tiny and overcooked and under-seasoned. The steak was cooked to perfection, carved masterfully, and served to me with the bone on the plate for me to gnaw on. This type of steak presentation, though, you Have to nail the seasoning. Or dry age it. Or something. Cooked meat isn't enough for this price point. You need the style and the substance. Still quite the meal, though. We finished off with the aforementioned Vanilla Napoleon (Caramelized Mille Feuille, Tahitian Vanilla Bean Custard, Vanilla Crème Chantilly, Pineapple Chutney and Coquito Gelato) for dessert. Not many places have a Napoleon on the menu. This was a fun thing to experience. Crispy pastry, delicious cream, pineapple for natural sweetness. So nice. Overall, Bull & Bear attempts to hit that Michelin Star level of restaurant. I think it comes quite close. If you come here for dinner, you won't be dissatisfied, but prioritize the chicken, don't get anything with lobster involved, and maybe go after a steak with something extra, like the dry aged one on their menu.

Finally made it to Bulls & Bear for my birthday dinner! While it was definitely on the expensive side, the experience overall was really good. My husband's steak was a bit overcooked at first, but the staff handled it very well, they removed it from our bill and brought out a new one, which we really appreciated. The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, the bread service was amazing, and I loved the tableside Caesar salad. That was such a fun touch! The steak issue is really the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Pros: Ambiance was insane. First of all, getting there through the hotel lobby is glamorous and you enjoy a free champagne while you explore. Then the inside is elegant and dark and seemingly lit by candlelight. It's really beautiful. Service was just as elegant. Many different servers doing many different things for you. They did a lot of prep work tableside, which was a very nice touch. The food was pretty good. And the cutting board that we ordered was really outstanding to look at. And that fried chicken was absolutely perfect. Cons: The cutting board also had a few places for improvement. For the price and the Michelin hype, you need to serve a better lobster tail than that. Tips: I know it's hard to pass up, but pass up the cutting board and get some things a la carte that you want. Get that fried chicken, and get that foie gras.

Service is excellent. Highly recommend ordering the bone marrow & seared foie gras as a main course add-on. Pasta explosion is really great as an appetizer. Exactly as it sounds, flavor blast in a small bite. Satiates the pasta craving.

From start to finish this was an exceptional experience. The team of servers made sure everything was perfect. The table side presentation of the fried chicken was amazing. Beautiful restaurant where everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious!

Had an amazing time here, we had the Wagyu carpaccio, the filet, creamed corn (amazing), and the Dover Sole. Once they brought out the fish they took the bone back and fried it so that it could be eaten like potato chips. While the food was all amazing, the attentiveness by the staff cannot be under stated, they were amazing! While I enjoyed my filet, I will say the tomahawk looked incredible!!! A few tables around us ordered it and I need to go back for it!!!

Wow. What an expensive letdown. I came here about six months ago and it was absolutely out of this world. So good that I talked it up and proudly brought some very high level guests with me this time. That decision aged like milk. Let me start with the good. The front reception was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Big smiles, great energy, and we were shown to a beautiful table. For a brief, shining moment, hope was alive. We sat down in what can only be described as a candlelit cave, and things went sideways quickly. We ordered drinks right away. Within the first couple of minutes, three different servers stopped by our table. Sounds great, right? Not really. No smiles, no welcome, no personality. Our main server looked like he'd rather be anywhere else on Earth and possibly several neighboring galaxies. If enthusiasm were a menu item, they were completely sold out. We ordered drinks "The Diet Coke"... well, that's a story with a long, dramatic arc. More on that in a moment. We had questions about the menu. Those questions were met with answers that somehow managed to be both lackluster and completely unhelpful, leaving us more confused than when we started. That confusion was then followed by "I see you're not ready to order, I'll come back," which was ironic since he was the reason we weren't ready. After the third visit to our table, we still hadn't seen the Diet Coke, but we went ahead and ordered our food anyway, hoping it might eventually surface. That's where things fully unraveled. Almost every dish was delivered to the wrong person. No exaggeration. It was like an upscale game of musical chairs, except no one knew when the music stopped. Forty minutes into the meal, the first Diet Coke finally arrived. Mind you after three request for it. Over the course of a two and a half hour dinner, we received exactly three Diet Cokes total, all only after multiple requests and a small scavenger hunt to track down a server. The mocktail we ordered never showed up at all. Credit where it's due: the water service was elite. That guy must have watched The Waterboy movie on repeat because our glasses never went dry. He clearly took hydration very seriously. At one point, what appeared to be a manager stepped in, apologized, and personally brought another Diet Coke. We appreciated the apology, though acquiring a soft drink should not feel like a survival exercise. We ordered nearly every specialty item on the menu. The tableside Caesar salad was prepared somewhere behind us, completely out of view, which was impressive considering the whole point is watching it happen. The Bull & Bear cutting board was excellent, thank God, but again carved a few feet away from the table. Same story with the Dover sole, prepared about 5 feet from our table. Not sure why it's advertised as tableside when it's more like "general vicinity side." The restaurant is extremely dark. We asked for a light, which they did bring, but it didn't help much. Nearly every table around us was using phone flashlights just to read the menu. Either this is a known issue or everyone suddenly forgot how light works. Maybe this forty something is officially aging, but I'm fairly confident restaurants should be visible to what we're eating. Now, the saving grace. The food. Every single dish from soups to salads to the pasta explosion to steak and fried chicken was phenomenal. Truly outstanding. Exactly as I remembered. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing. We almost skipped dessert because of how frustrating the service had been, but we're glad we didn't. The peanut butter dessert was extraordinary. The lemon dessert was excellent. The strawberry shortcake, which was sadly prepared about 5 feet way, was still outstanding and easily the highlight of the night. The bill was dropped off by a different server, we paid, and never saw our main server again. Honestly, that was probably for the best. Six months ago, this place nailed it. This visit missed badly on service. If your experience starts going south, I'd strongly recommend asking for a manager immediately so you don't go through what we did. They clearly know how to get it right. They just didn't this time. Sadly, I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon, The food was phenomenal, but feeling embarrassed for recommending it, when the service makes you feel like an inconvenience and the bill looks like it should come with an interest rate, it's hard to justify a return visit.

Enjoyed dining here for a special occasion. Service is great, love the ambiance especially since we got a window seat so we could watch the sunset and then fireworks! Great cocktail and wine menu Loved the option to pick our breads, recommend the Parmesan one. Caesar salad was fun to watch, but nothing spectacular in terms of flavor Filets were cooked correctly, sides were good as well. Creamed corn had a unique flavor, which we enjoyed. Ended the night with a yummy dessert - all in all good experience!

Easily one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at anywhere in the world. You will find it inside of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Holy smokes is this place out of this world phenomenal! The service here is outstanding as there is a: Hostess Server Maître d Water guy Bread girl Food Runner All of the service people are dressed up, and really know their stuff. The $22 espresso martini was exactly on point. My sister really liked her $22 blossom drink. Next time I want to try the flaming flight of drinks. We both liked our tomato and wedge salads. Most importantly the steak was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor! We got the $140 Chateaubriand for two. We got it medium and it was cooked exactly how we like it. We also got a side of $18 mushrooms. Some of the best mushrooms I've had anywhere. Overall, we spent $287 here before tip. If you are looking for a top tier fine dining experience in Orlando, then this is your spot!

This was our first visit to Bull and Bear. To say we were ecstatic with our dining experience would be an understatement. The appetizer, pasta explosion, and chicken was easily the best I've ever experienced.

Pretty disappointed. I've been wanting to come here for a while and when my friend asked if I wanted to accompany her, I said of course. The service started off great and they were very attentive. After putting a starter in we were asked if we'd like to put our main entrees in and we said we weren't ready. A few minutes later someone else came and asked if we were ready. Feeling rushed at this point, we put our entrees in. Then after being rushed, an hour passed and no entrees. We asked someone walking by, who happened to be the manager, who checked and said it was being plated. For the food: Tomato Salad: Delicious. It was so fresh and I love that they make the burrata look like a tomato. Filet: I loved the charred outside, but I expected it to be tender and melt in my mouth. I had to make multiple cuts to get a piece of steak and although it looked cooked to a perfect medium rare, it was very chewy. Applewood Bacon Mac n Cheese: I really enjoyed it, but something I'd have to order again, no. I ate maybe half of my steak, so I had it packed up. The waiter switched my friend and I's steak, so instead of having half a filet, I got the one piece she had left over. This place is not cheap, so coming home and seeing that did not make me happy.

Amazing service, and consistently yummy fried chicken with mashed potatoes and desserts. We tried their caesar salad (which I liked but my husband didn't love), chicken and mashed potatoes (always a hit) and peanut butter chocolate cake for dessert (also a hit). Everything was delicious and they are always so nice and attentive. This was our second time here and we had the same food, but a strawberry dessert last night which was somehow even better. Valet is validated if you dine here as well!

Excellent service paired with a great menu makes this spot an excellent dining experience. Oyster Rockefeller are a nice start, the tomahawk for 2 with tallow doesn't disappoint but the Veal Oscar could be sleeper king of the menu.

Located at Disney Springs Shopping complex at DisneyWorld. Ample parking available at the various garages on the property; we parked in the Lime garage I believe. Visitors/Guests will have to pass thru a security checkpoint before walking onto Disney property, fyi. 3. Reservation made via Open Table. I made a dinner res as early as possible so I could secure the date and time I wanted. I'd definitely recommend making a res versus doing a walk-up so you won't have to wait long. We had a res on a Friday night, and Disney Springs was packed honestly. 4. I want to give a commendation to DFG Guide (YouTube channel) for always speaking highly of WBG. The constant praise encouraged us to visit on our trip last year. 5. The restaurant is 2 floors, and also has a takeout window for specific items. 6. We checked in slightly early for our res (6:45pm), and the hostess kindly took my number so she could call when the table was ready. We waited about 10-15 minutes before her call came thru. My partner and I were seated on the 2nd floor, which I found to be a bit smaller than expected (that is, until I observed a bar and a private room took up a bit of the space on the 2nd level). The hostess sat us by the window and left us to peruse and menu while we waited for our server. We ordered drinks to start: a glass of Pinot Noir for myself, and my partner ordered an Espresso Martini (thanks to the recommendation of Wright Down Main Street, also a YouTube channel). After watching numerous vlogs from DFB Guide mentioning or profiling WBG, we had an idea of some of the starters we wanted to order. For the appetisers, we shared the fried mac and cheese and the Meatballs, while we chose another shareable, the Skirt Steak platter (served with roasted potatoes, broccolini, and chimichurri sauce ) for our dinner entree. While waiting for the check, we began a debate about which appetiser was superior. I was partial to the meatballs, while he thought the mac and cheese was far superior. And the mac and cheese was good, very good honestly, I just thought the meatballs were better. In case, both were delicious and consumed down to the last morsel. The skirt steak was incredibly good. A generous portion prepared well, while the accompaniments complimented the dish adequately. We finished all of the meat and most of the vegetables, but left some of the potatoes. This dish/portion will easily feed two famished travellers, or two tourists walking around Disney Springs amongst throngs of other tourists. In any case, we loved this dish. side NOTES 1. We were quite full (and also thinking about a visit to Salt and Straw) so we chose to pass on dessert. 2. The table next to us (2 guys and 2 girls ) also chose the Skirt Steak platter to share.......though we did wonder if it was enough food for all four. SERVICE. Very good. Our server, a knowledgeable young man, was very patient while answering our questions about the wine and food menus. Though we didn't see much of him after the food was served, we appreciated his friendly demeanour and knowledge of the menu. BOTTOM LINE Good food, good drinks. A hearty meal that was definitely worth the wait. I can see why AJ from DFG guide is fan of this restaurant. Recommended. We will definitely be back. Reservations recommended.

We stopped here for my birthday dinner and I had never been but had been recommended it many times. The first thing I noticed is it is very dark and very loud/noisy. The service was lost on us as we really had to flag people down if we needed anything the gentleman who said he was our server spent our whole meal polishing glasses. So that was a miss. The win here though was the food. For three people we got the Mac and cheese bites, hummus appetizer, and the skirt steak to share (advertised for two people but definitely can feed 3!). The whole meal cost around $45 per person and for a meal that delicious and quality was quite a great price! The charcuterie board was a really good spread with a nice variety. The potatoes were excellent and probably one of my favorite sides of the night. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the sauce on them, but my fiancé loved it, so that just comes down to preference. The ribeye had great flavor, but it wasn't cooked evenly medium throughout as ordered. The cheesecake was solid and a good way to end the meal. Overall, definitely a spot we'd come back to for the views, atmosphere, and service alone.

I opted for the sweet wine because I like more flavor. I tried 8 different wines. They were all good! The bartenders were friendly and knew their wines. They were good at explaining the different flavors and selections. The bar area for wine tasting is first come, first serve, so it was crowded by the time I got there. I suggest getting there early if you want to grab a good spot. They do tastings all day every day so going during the week might be a better option if you want to avoid crowds. I went on a Friday and even though it was crowded, the vibe was nice. This is a great place to chill for a couple of hours and its not expensive. You honestly cant go wrong!!

We have been incredibly loyal patrons over the years, which is why it is disappointing to write this review regarding our experience at the iDrive location. Tonight's service fell far below the standard we have come to expect, particularly on a night that was not busy. The timeline of our meal was highly inconsistent: Service Gaps: We sat with empty glasses for 10+ minutes on two separate occasions. Pacing Issues: Appetizers took roughly 30 minutes to arrive, and our main entrées took an additional 45 minutes. Food Quality: Because of the kitchen and (or) service delays, the entrées had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period, resulting in one of the dishes in our party arriving at room temperature. While we know Ambassador status doesn't necessarily come with significant perks, it does reflect a long history of brand loyalty. Over the past six months, the service at this specific location has been hit-or-miss, but tonight was a definitive miss. I sincerely hope management addresses these operational issues so the location can return to the high standards we know Cooper's Hawk is capable of.

We went to celebrate a birthday so we already had great energy and vibes and Formosa and the staff just added on. We went for brunch early Saturday morning and sat outside. We expected cooler weather but it was amazing. The had big umbrellas for the sun so that was helpful! Everything came out in perfect timing and correctly! Also Kid friendly just in cause you're wanting to bring the little ones! No bottomless mimosas but you can buy a bottle of champagne and the juices, everyone was able to get at least 1 mimosa so that was cool. Now let's get into the food... Everything not only looked good but tasted good as well. I wanted to taste everyone's food and thankfully I was with my family so I did! Now the self guided wine tour wasn't my favorite but the experience was still really good. It like an arcade for grownups add the funding ( $20 or $25 minimum) go to the machine with the drink of your choice. Insert your card and the drink comes out. My favorite wine ( that we end up purchasing a bottle of ) was the Formosa gold which is one of their in house wines !! S/ O to the manager Kelvin!!

The wine setup is a self‑pour tasting style: you load money onto a card and get your wine from the machines. It's fun and easy, but if you're expecting a traditional winery with vineyards and a tasting room, this isn't that. It's more of an event space that happens to serve food and wine. They host brunch, painting classes, music nights, trivia, and events of all sizes. I ordered the prosciutto and brie focaccia with apples, arugula, apricot jam, balsamic, and chips. It sounded like a party in your mouth, and honestly... it was. My husband had the Farmhouse chicken sandwich with spicy honey, a sweet roll, lettuce, tomato, onion jam, and chips, and he really enjoyed his too. I like listing the ingredients because it shows how thoughtful the flavor combinations were; they didn't just slap a sandwich together and call it a day. Overall, it's a very nice place to stop in, enjoy a good lunch and some wine. Unless you're having or attending an event, it's more of a "sip, snack, and stroll out" kind of spot, and that's perfectly fine for what it is.
