    Visited here after my car got a super long nail puncturing my tire causing a slow leak. I was recommended by how fast their service is and this was a great experience. Arrived in the early mornings and there was no wait at all essentially. Albert was the mechanic who helped us with the entire process, only needed to fix the leak and wanted to rotate my tires as well which both were completely free. Best part is that the car was done servicing in around 30 minutes, albeit the tasks were easy, it's still a good sign of effective and quick service by all means. I'd say this is one of the best mechanic shops I've visited, they're clean, effective, quick, and friendly. They have plenty of docks so service shouldn't take too long regardless. Great value overall as they seem to do lots of free inspections and requests such as flat repairs, tire rotations, air pressure checks, alignment checks, TPMS checks and various diagnostic checks.

    When the rubber hits the road. Let's roll into this new tire review. American Tire Depot is a full-service auto tire repair and sale facility. They have 94 locations in the country mostly in California. I was looking for new budget tires for my worn out Hankook tires. I went for ATD b/c they're always have SALE and open on Sundays. I went to this location hoping they carry the brand (LionHart A/S) I found online, and fortunately they have it. It cost me OTD $648 which included wheel alignment, balancing, recycling, premium wheel weights, warranty, coupon discount and tax. I was a walk-in and they installed the new tires in 2.5 hours. They will text customers when your vehicle is ready. Staff (Christian V. and tech) were competent and professional. Interior layout was organized. Prices were reasonable. Parking was easy. Service was on point. Overall, I was very satisfied, as a first time customer, with their exquisite service, price and professionalism. I recommend ATD.

    The TPMS came on. I knew one tire had a cracking stem for ages and that was the one with low air. When adding air, the stem decided it had enough, and finally cracked as soon as it was touched. ChatGPT told me to expect to pay $40 to $150 to swap it. GhatGPT was wrong. This shop is only a few blocks from my house. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM Saturday, I showed up but was told the wait would be hours. I had the option to drop off the car or come back the next day at opening. To be fair to them, I made a same day appointment from time of call to arrival within the same hour. I was in at 9:00 AM the next day and was out the door in 20 minutes. They put the repaired tire back on the car and spare back in the trunk. I asked how much I owe and was told it was on the house. Cool! I'll come back next time for new tires and alignment.

    I came in with a flat tire and was told they couldn't repair it because of the tread wear unless I purchased a new set of tires. While I understand shops have policies and safety standards, what really frustrated me was the complete lack of customer service. They didn't have my tire size in stock, and when I asked, "So you can't help me at all?" I was told no -- not unless I bought new tires. There was no offer to help put on my spare, no alternative suggestions, no attempt to assist in any way. I ended up lifting my truck in their parking lot, removing the tire myself, pulling the nail out, plugging it, and refilling it on my own. It would have taken very little effort to at least help me get safely back on the road. I understand policies, but basic customer care goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I won't be returning.

    Appointment was made on website, arrive at 3:30pm to check in but got rejected to service as they said they were closing at 4pm.

    I ordered 4 tires on their website, made an appointment for tire installation at 4pm on Sunday. Arrived at 3:30pm to check in, the front desk staff rudely said" nope, not gonna do it" to inform that they won't honor the appointment as they were closing at 4pm. There were 2 other customers that made appointments like me got denied for service as well. If you can't honor your appointments then fix your website so customers won't waste their time. Also, there are nicely ways to inform customers about appointment issue and reject the service then just said nope.

    I got a flat tire and called American Tire Depot. They are so professional and asked me to bring the car. They fixed my flat tire for free. I am so grateful and appreciate their help in such a quick manner. Thank you so much American Tire Depot.

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience at your shop. My friend had a tire with a nail in it and severe wear, and I accompanied him to your store for a tire repair and wheel alignment. At the front desk, a bearded male employee told us that the schedule was already fully booked for the day and that we would need to make an appointment for the following day. We accepted that explanation and made an appointment for the next day. Immediately afterward, because my friend's tire was losing air, I asked another technician working in the garage whether he could at least help add air to the tire. He kindly agreed. While adding air, he also noticed that my friend's front left tire had a nail in it and was badly worn. Out of concern for safety, he informed us that the tire should be replaced. My friend is from China and is not familiar with how things are handled here in the United States, so he asked whether the tire could be replaced right away. The technician, apparently trying to be helpful, said that if it was only one tire, it might be possible. Because I was worried about my friend driving an unsafe vehicle, I immediately returned to the front desk and informed the bearded employee that there seemed to be a technician available who might be able to replace the tire. Instead of responding professionally, he marched into the garage and demanded to know who told me that. Since there were only two workers in the garage, he quickly identified the technician who had spoken with us and harshly warned him not to "say things like that again" or he would be fired. I found this shocking and unacceptable. The technician was simply trying to help and showed more concern for customer safety than the front desk employee did. At that point, in order to protect the technician, I told the front desk employee that no one had said it and that it was just my own assumption. He then turned on me and accused me of lying. I walked away and relayed the situation to my friend, but I could still see that the front desk employee continued scolding the technician. I then confronted him and explained that my only concern was my friend's safety, because he was driving on a tire with a nail in it and severe wear. I made it clear that I was not trying to cause trouble. I also told him that if he had an issue with me, he should address me directly instead of taking it out on another employee who was only trying to help. He responded by shouting that he had already told me three times that they had no time, that several cars were still waiting, and that there was only about an hour left before closing. I told him that I understood what he was doing and that it seemed obvious he simply did not want to stay late. He denied this and claimed he was "just stating facts," then loudly said that unless my friend was "the only person left on Earth," they could not provide service. He continued raising his voice and repeating that he had already told me three times there was no availability. In the end, because I did not want the helpful technician to get into further trouble because of us, I said, "Fine, it's all my fault." The employee then loudly replied, "That's right, it is your fault." This entire interaction was disgraceful. The most disturbing part was not simply the refusal of service, but the aggressive, humiliating, and intimidating behavior toward both a customer and a technician who was acting in good faith. Refusing same-day service is one thing. Publicly berating an employee for trying to help with a serious safety issue, accusing a customer of lying, shouting, and escalating the situation is something entirely different. Your front desk employee demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, poor judgment, and no respect for customer safety or basic decency. No customer should be spoken to this way, and no employee should be threatened for showing kindness and concern. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously. I strongly urge management to review this incident, identify the employee involved, and take immediate corrective action. At a minimum, this staff member should be retrained on professionalism, customer communication, and how to handle safety-related issues without hostility or retaliation against coworkers. What should have been a simple visit regarding a dangerous tire became an ugly and deeply disappointing experience because of one employee's attitude and behavior.
