I finally have found a place to do tire rotation for my tesla! It's been more than a month until I drop a review. It's done professionally and quick on Sat evening without any appointment. When they took your car and they put the seat cover to wrap around your driver seat to make sure that your seat is well protected. I feel so much appreciated this professional and thoughtful work. The price is almost half of the Tesla recommended location. I'll keep coming back once I need the tire service again! read more

I took my brother's car yesterday the male secretary that looks like pro skater Bam Margera (current Bam) at the front desk asked which one was my car. We walked outside to my car he asked to pop the hood. He took out his flashlight (even though the sun was was in the middle of the sky and it was 98 degrees outside but ok) shined his light on the engine said they couldn't do it because engine was leaking oil and there was oil residue all over... I didn't argue I just said ok and left because why would I force/trust a business to touch my vehicle who clearly lacks Knowledge and competence LOL like my guy you make appointments what are you doing looking at my engine for ?? Anyways don't go here I ended up getting an oil change shortly after elsewhere and they were cracking up at this story just like I am now writing this review.. what a joke read more

The tire pressure on our Tesla was low so I went to our neighborhood gas station to fill the air to the correct pressure. The air pump didn't work properly so I left disappointed. Then I drove out to this tire shop to request an air pressure check on the tires. There was no hesitation from the employee and he filled all four tires with a 'professional' air pump. This just tires is *tiny*! There's two seats in the waiting area and no water or coffee like the other nearby just tires location. To be honest, I thought I'd booked my appointment at the other location, and I'll be more careful to do so in the future. The staff I spoke with seemed tired, but pleasant enough. To be fair, my appointment was on Saturday at 8am, so I can definitely understand being tired! I had purchased my tires at the other just tires at the end of February and my appointment was the middle of April, so the tires are still under their warranty. I made this appointment because I had a large screw/bolt in my tire causing a slow leak. Couldn't have asked for better service and on a Saturday morning, no less! We loved that our sales person wasn't pushing for a bunch of stuff we couldn't afford and didn't want. He sold us exactly what we needed (3 tires) and gave us a coupon discount that was most helpful. We were told the wait would be about 2 hours and that's exactly what it was. He (Kin) offered up a free consultation after being explained what was going on with the car and he walked me through the options without any industry specific slang which I appreciated big time. What truly impressed me was how open he was about what needed fixing ASAP, what could wait, and what could be tweaked when the budget had more flexibility. On my own, at a nearby gas station, I was successfully able to put air into 3 out of 4 tires, but for the life of me couldn't get air INTO the last tire. In fact, the more I tried, the more it felt like I was letting air out! I came here after as a last resort as I was thinking of possibly just throwing the whole tire away and get a whole new tire ( I know I can be a bit too dramatic sometimes) since it was late and I was surprised there was still a tire shop opened! As soon as I pulled in, a really kind gentleman came out, listened to my story, and without a second to waste filled my air in that one awful tire! He didn't judge me at all when I told him I just couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong with this tire. He let me know that some of these gas station air nozzles are a bit shorter for some tires, and that it would all be okay. I was in and out in UNDER 5 minutes! I have never been to a Just Tires before today, and I am now a fan (especially of this location.) I ended up getting a flat tire and had to go in Christmas Eve afternoon to change out my donut. The attendant working the front desk, Damien, was such a pleasant person to deal with and even though he was working on the holiday he stayed in good spirits and helped all of us disgruntled customers feel at ease and even laugh a little. I called Mario for a same day appointment for an oil change and said it's ok to bring in my 2019 Toyota SUV. When I got there, it turns out they didn't have the oil type OW-16 needed for my car. I drove 12 miles one way + 30mins with traffic for nothing. I would have appreciated letting me know that the oil (which isn't even rare considering I have a Toyota and not a European car) isn't available so I don't waste my time and gas as basic courtesy. They told me to go to Jiffy Lube instead. WTH! I found EZ tires nearby along Garfield Ave, and they were much more flexible and cheap too- $66 out the door for premium Mobil 1 oil already (10k miles). They do free tire rotations too! I hate to write this negative review but I'd like others to simply enjoy basic courtesy & professionalism from a business. Thank you to Damian , assistant store manager who accommodated me on short notice. I had an emergency since I had a flat tire 6/22 morning since I hit a pothole in the 91E freeway from Corona freeway. I called at 12 noon to ask if they had the tires for my Prius and asked if he can help me and he was able to squeeze me in . When I arrived after a 1 hour drive from Corona , Damien helped me right away and was out by around 2 pm as he promised . He gave me a reasonable price . Just Tires have a comfortable waiting area and aircon was very cold during hot day. I was originally getting my tires at Americas tires off at Corona where I had Triple A change me to my spare but they made me wait 2 hours and still couldn't help me. I got frustrated at Americas Tires and thankfully after having a really bad day, Just Tires saved the day. read more

I got a flat tire on my way home from work today. I purchased my tires from here in 2022 and remembered I had added a roadside assistance when I purchased them. I found. My invoice and noticed it was good for 3 years. But unfortunately the roadside assistance people were not very helpful and tried to charge me. I came back here and was helped by Jeremy. I explained to him what happened and he was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. He honored my roadside assistance purchase and I was only charged for labor. Thank you Jeremy. Update to my review from a couple of years ago: some names have changed due to employee turnover but same solid service, nonetheless. I stopped by trusty ol Just Tires in Alhambra for tire tread measurement to confirm whether I needed new tires, followed by wheel alignment a few days later, upon replacing my old tires. Mario helped me with the tire measurements and he was very diligent in documenting exact tread for all 5 rows of treads per tire. He then explained to me how my tire wear was oddly slanted toward one side of the tire and also one side of the car. And that 1 out of 4 tires was totally inconsistent with the other 3. Then, interpreting what exactly may be causing it and how I should go about the process of replacing the tires but immediately followed by a wheel alignments. Few days later, I returned upon replacing my tires and Jimmy handled by wheel alignment. He was as diligent in approaching the tuning of each wheel as Mario had with identifying issues with each tire. I watched Jimmy taking the necessary time and care to get each wheel just right, which wasn't easy in my case. And proving that Mario was right about my original wheels being totally out of spec. Tam was the manager on both visits handling my requests and assigning the right person for the job in each instance. Tam was responsive and professional on the phone when I called ahead for an appointment, and personally came over to my car when I pulled into the lot at the agreed upon time. Top notch team at this store just like years ago per my original review! I hope that they keep the employee turnover to a minimal as they have a strong team who are equally great with cars and customers. Thank you. read more

Females be careful. I came in with a nail in my tire and was inquiring for patching. There was a gentleman with longish hair ( piercings ) ( im not judging his appearance, just dont remember his name ) He ended up telling me he couldnt work on my tire because the nail was too close to the sides of the tire. And proceeded to give me an estimate of about $500 for 2 tires. I ended up calling a family member and sending pictures to them along with the estimate. They told me to leave the establishment and referred me to another place that charged me $35 to patch my tire. I will not be coming here again as i felt i could be taken advantage of. I came here months ago and an older asian gentleman helped me out and i had the best experience then.... I dont know what happened to that kind angel. But the new staff, i dont trust. Elmer and Marcos were life savers for me yesterday! I called the shop in tears after receiving service from a random tire shop in DTLA. Elmer was kind and patient with me on the phone. Marcos took care of my car and educated me on what the issue was and what to look for in the future. Neither made me feel bad for being overly emotional. Prior to arriving there I had a nail removed and tire patched, at a different shop. Once I drove away my car shook and made a horrible rattling noise. I knew I was in trouble but couldn't go back to shop I came from. Marcos told me the tire could have fallen off had I not stopped to get it properly tightened. This place WILL try to take advantage of you so beware. They quoted me 5k for my truck when it just needed new shocks and struts. Took it to 2 other mechanics and both said my estimate for 5k was CRAZY. Valuable life lesson: get as many estimates and quotes as you can and don't be afraid to get a second opinion. read more
