Eric, the owner, is legit! I already purchased an Air Lift 5000 Air Bag kit for my 2022 Ford F-350 Tremor. I was going to put them on myself but my schedule got too hectic and I didn't have the time. I went to Import Masters after no one in town answered or had time for an oil charge. I have a Ford Expedition so was unsure if they would work on my suv. The owner was great and took care of the oil change within the same hour I showed up. I had an issue with my AC so I asked the owner to take a look while I was there. I was able to get that fixed same day as well which was a huge relief because we were leaving for a road trip the next day. The owner even offered to drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready! Best service I have ever received at a mechanics shop. I felt the owner was very fair with pricing as well. read more
