We later found out that it was there first year opening up on the 4th of July!!!!. They were direct and honest with the diagnosis of my friends car. For reference we were coming from the bay to Folsom lake. Car keep turning off and we had to get the car towed. While waiting for triple AAA. Nicole offered us popsicles while we waited. Based on a friend's recommendation I decided to give them a try on helping me with a parasitic draw on my 2017 Honda CRV-EXL. I explained what I knew thus far and they confirmed my statements, even stating that issues I stated with my fuses were incorrect and everything was working fine. I provided the a Service Note from Honda and Sean was honest in sharing that it's been awhile since he did a software update on a Honda, but was willing to do it if I waited for his go-to person to return the next week.
