Waited for days for the new part and then they let it set again before the repair. Told me I had a second problem but the service representative would not provide me with codes and information I needed to understand what was actually wrong and why the services he was recommending were actually needed. I just had to completely trust that I needed what they were recommending. Not once did they offer any sort of amenities- such as loaner cars. Only after I was frustrated that they kept my family vehicle for a week and demanded a loaner did they give me one. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was made aware of a new issue that I didn't have when I arrived at the dealership. My radio completely went down and my backup camera with it. The representative essentially told us that it was our problem because they couldn't verify it was working when we came in and sent us on our way. After reviewing our paperwork, the multi point inspection revealed that it was in fact working when we brought my vehicle in based off of their assessment of my backup camera. So either they LIED on the multi point inspection or he LIED to me about why the infotainment unit wasn't working. Had to call manager again and they very reluctantly offered to diagnose the issue free of charge. Within a few hours after my 2nd drop off, they said that it just "came on" when doing the diagnosis. I wouldn't ever return back to this dealership or Boniface as a whole because of my experience. I feel I was lied to, talked down to, pushed off, and I taken advantage of.

When we arrived there was an obvious musty odor in the cabin that was never mentioned. I asked directly whether any reconditioning had been done and got a vague answer. I arranged a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby shop. Within ten minutes on the lift the technician showed me extensive rust across the entire underbody, sand in the spare tire compartment, loose wiring in that same compartment, rusted brake rotors, evidence of repaint work, dings on the rear, low and dirty oil, and a filthy air filter consistent with a smoker. His recommendation was not to buy the car. The entire drive back, the salesperson pushed lines like "are you going to let a little surface rust scare you" and "you won't find a better car than this one." I wasted a full day and a hotel night on information I was given over the phone that did not match the vehicle. If you're considering anything from this lot, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
