I did spend a lot of time there in the reception area waiting, but I can appreciate the fact that they needed to make sure they knew exactly where the oil leak was coming from so as to do the job correctly, the first time. I just had to completely trust that I needed what they were recommending. Not once did they offer any sort of amenities- such as loaner cars. Only after I was frustrated that they kept my family vehicle for a week and demanded a loaner did they give me one. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was made aware of a new issue that I didn't have when I arrived at the dealership. My radio completely went down and my backup camera with it. The representative essentially told us that it was our problem because they couldn't verify it was working when we came in and sent us on our way. After reviewing our paperwork, the multi point inspection revealed that it was in fact working when we brought my vehicle in based off of their assessment of my backup camera. So either they LIED on the multi point inspection or he LIED to me about why the infotainment unit wasn't working. Had to call manager again and they very reluctantly offered to diagnose the issue free of charge. Within a few hours after my 2nd drop off, they said that it just "came on" when doing the diagnosis. I wouldn't ever return back to this dealership or Boniface as a whole because of my experience. I feel I was lied to, talked down to, pushed off, and I taken advantage of.
