Khachik, was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. Me and my wife planned our civil wedding and they were able to accommodate us on a very short notice, all the food including the sides, the main dishes and the appetizers were absolutely amazing. A lot of banquet halls are just for show and lack the substance but impressions, both had beautiful styling and a wonderful hall, but also had amazing quality all around from the food to the service. I attended couples of events on this place and it was cool but this last one that they served very cold and rubbery bread, I believed it was microwaved to thaw. We celebrated our wedding on 07/22/2022 (lucky numbers and what a lucky night it was) at Impressions Banquet and I'm so so so glad that we chose this banquet hall!! When we first met with the owner Khachik, he had such a positive and angelic energy to him and made us feel like we were his family. He spoke to us with the most respectful and professional tone while still being extremely down to earth and nurturing. We didn't hire a wedding coordinator because of the cost of inflations everywhere causing us to really be tight on our budget. Impressions pricing is extremely great! The day before the wedding, I came by and gave him all the items I had like the flutes, cutters, cake topper, party favors, and our sign with an easel and he set everything up beautifully and exactly how I wanted it creating a smooth and stress free night of celebration! His wife Alissa was also very patient with me in regards to the guest list and counts! I've never planned a wedding before and it was pretty obvious loll but Alissa made sure to be as detailed as possible and contacted me to confirm that the information I gave was correct so the event could be perfect and it was! I would also contact her last minute on last minute info and she always handled it smooth, calm, and collected and that was really what I needed with the amount of anxiety I was having! I came to find out that I have two separate family relatives who have been long time clients of his and it's obvious why! Khachik and Alissa know what they're doing and they perfect it all while helping you make sure you have the best event possible! By the end of the night my NEW HUSBAND walked towards the kitchen and already saw that our food was wrapped up and ready to be taken home! They handled everything while I completely forgot my responsibilities and danced on that floor until the last hour! Talk about a happy bride! Yelp deleted my first review but Khachik & Alisa are worth coming back to write another one. Our wedding was on August 28, 2022. We booked with Impressions in January & from that moment forward we were engulfed in the love and warmth of Impressions. I have never seen customer service & dedication to this incredible standard. Khachik & Alisa quickly became family in our eyes & we will be coming back for every single event we ever host from this point on. I truly believe Khachik's warmth contributed to the blessings of our marriage. They both made the stress of event planning disappear- they are well organized, efficient, and so comforting. Aside from the amazing family-like service, the food is amazing (and they accommodate vegan / vegetarian diets). Their waiters are super kind and respectful. Plus, their hall is newly renovated and beautiful (photographs well also). I cannot recommend them enough in every way. You will not regret choosing Impressions, I know we didn't. Horrible place worse food ever. I had a catering for my birthday and I ordered food for 25 people and when food arrived and I opened boxes there was food only for 10 people. My guests were hungry and I was still looking for food in boxes!!! I was very angry and I went there to complain to them but these people do not take any responsibility for their horrible service and attitude. The chef tried to tell me that he actually gave food for 30 people what a lie . They ruined my party with their junk and no apology They charged me $878 to give me salads for 10 people' what a rip off Zero star to them I hope they will go out of business soon read more

This banquet hall wasn't the best I had ever seen, but for its size it definitely served its purpose. There are pros and cons of this place that definitely need to be mentioned: Pros: * The lighting was fantastic, every party goer knows the lighting makes a big difference in the mood of the event. New Impressions has definitely done a great job of that. * The food was one of the best I've ever had at a banquet hall. With banquet halls it's either hit or miss and New Impressions was definitely a hit... the kebab, white fish, and lule were to die for, the salat a la rus (which is one of my favorites) was delicious, the shrimp cocktail was fresh, the tabbouleh was fresh and flavorful, the julienne (creamed mushrooms and cheese) was to DIE for, the Greek salad was tasty, the fruit plate was refreshing, and the berag was WONDERFUL. The only thing I would have changed would be to add more cracked wheat to their chi kufteh as it was too meaty with an imbalance of meat to cracked wheat (bulgur) ratio. * The dance floor was able to accommodate all of the party goers... and trust me... we were ALL up dancing. * The staff was extremely attentive and prompt. When plates needed to be cleared off they were quick to clear them. When glasses were empty, they were prompt to refill. The smiles helped! * and with most Armenian parties... the alcohol was flowing like water. The also had seltzer water, cranberry juice, coke, and water on the table. So this meant you could mix and match your alcohol - cranberry and vodka... etc. Cons: * The bathrooms were VERY small and definitely not handicapped friendly. If anyone attended an event there who was wheelchair bound or walker bound would definitely not be able to use the restrooms. * The acoustics were WAY too loud... when we left my ears were screaming and I am still recovering from the over-stimulation of my eardrums. * The chairs were beat up and torn which doesn't look appealing, and did not maneuver on the carpet very well. * They crammed way too many people at one table and it was a bit difficult to eat/drink without bumping into the people on either side of you... and that's while using your best table manners and keeping your arms as close to you as possible. * The temperature inside the hall was very cold! It was 43 degrees outside and they had the AC on. Even when people were dancing it was still cold. I ended up wearing my coat most of the time we were there. Even though this hall had its good points I wouldn't rent it for any events. The thing that deters me from the possibility is the small bathrooms... I have family members that are walker bound and definitely would not be accommodating for them. read more
