I only have had one item dry cleaned here--a heavy quilt that I had cleaned at the end of last winter. It came out just fine, nice and clean. This place really shines when it comes to alterations. The prices are reasonable and I got back everything I had altered after a reasonable length of time. I had a pair of my husband's pants taken up and they di did a fine job. But the real test was having them put in a new zipper on a down-filled hooded parka from LLBean that was 29 years old. The jacket was in good shape, but the zipper finally tore. They put in a new one that is just great. That zipper isn't going anywhere! A new parka from LLBean similar to mine would have cost me over $300! I wear petites and it is difficult to find coats to fit me in stores, so I get them from catalogs. The last thing they altered for me was a very nice sweatshirt that my son-in-law had given me for Christmas, that he had had customized for me to commemorate when I had first become a grandma. Unfortunately, he got me a small and I take a petite. It was miles too long when I tried it on. But the tailors at this place managed to make it wearable for me. They shortened it considerably at the bottom and finished it off with some very fine, decorative stitching. The sleeves were much too long but could not be shortened at the ends because of decorative stitching on one of the sleeves. The sleeves could not be taken up at the shoulders, either, because of the type of stitching that the manufacturer had used. Instead, the tailor took in the sleeves where it met at the shoulders, and a little bit below, to make them less bulky. I then just tuck the cuffs underneath the sleeves and voila--! I can wear it. First off they don't answer their phones. I have sat in the parking lot and called them and they stand there ignoring the calls. Second, they have high prices compared to area businesses. They are there to maximize profits. Third, the sign that says "all work done on premises" is false and misleading. I have seen à dry cleaning service van in the back that picks up and drops off clothes. Fourth, they seem to only hire people that look like them. read more

WORST CLEANERS I HAVE EVER USED IN MY 62 YEARS OF PARTRONIZING A DRY CLEANERS!!!!! They were relatively good and consistent. Suddenly, they hired a new manager and their quality went SOUTH. I gave the owner a written request to reimbursement me for the cost to replace two dress shirts that the cleaners ruined. The two shirts involved are totally ruined because they were laundered and returned in a completely different color! I purchased one shirt mainly powder blue with white collar and white French cuffs. When I first attempted to wear the shirt, I noticed that the white collar and sleeves were not white at all, but like a faded light gray color. I returned the shirt to the cleaners, along with another shirt that was brand new, but upon after the cleaners treatment of it, now had a broken button on the sleeve! I asked to speak with the manager. The black lady who received me informed me that she was the manager. Therefore, I told her about the two complaints. She then wrote me a ticket to have the two shirts redone at no cost to me. When I returned to pick up the two shirts, I noticed that the brand now shirt still had a broken button and the blue shirt with the white collar and sleeves had been redone but still not the color as when I brought it to their establishment. AT THIS PRESENT TIME, I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT I REQUEST A TOTAL REIMBUSEMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT SHIRT! On Sunday, April 27,2025, I wanted to wear another shirt that was included with my original order. Again, this totally gray, almost new shirt and worn perhaps two or three times, was a faded light gray in color! I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT I REQUEST A TOTAL REIMBUSEMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS SHIRT AS WELL! Both of the aforementioned shirts were purchased via Paul Frederick's men's catalog. The labels inside each shirt will identify were both shirts were purchased. I paid extra for the monograms on each shirt. So my cost per shirt is approximately $100, plus the monogram at $14 per shirt, is about $114.00 per shirt. The total reimbursement is about $228.00. Then, add on any shipping and handling of the replacement shirts. I am determined to obtain reimbursement for my ruined dress shirts. As of this review, May 24, 2025, the owner, PK--no one will tell me what his official name is--has not responded to the Better Business Bureau in inquiry. Nor, has he contacted me offer any compensation. He over talks me and certainly is not a customer focused entrepreneur. read more

After using the same Dry Cleaner in Stockbridge for 15 years, I switched to Impressive Cleaners due to a job change. They do a consistent job with my clothes and they have cleaned a couple of comforters for me, as well. It seems that the ownership or management has changed recently (for the better). They used to not take a Credit Card for anything under $15, but they have stopped that policy. I usually don't carry much cash on me, so I appreciate the ability to put the cleaning on my card. The employees are friendly and they usually turn my cleaning around in a day or two. I have paid less for laundered shirts at other cleaners, but there is not any competition around the area, so they are able to charge more. I had an instance once where they ripped one of my shirts during the cleaning process. They owned up to the damage without any problem and offered to either fix the shirt or give me a credit for the depreciated value of the shirt. It was a 3 or 4 year old Ralph Lauren shirt and they offered me a $15 credit, which I thought was fair. I thought this was honorable of them to take the blame and offer a remedy. read more

Rude, rude ,rude customer service. Door was open, I walked in and said hello. The one young girl looked at me, another one said we are closed..I'm inside!. She proceeded to tell me that they closed 9 mins ago. Then to top it off... Rudely to me that , " when I do come back, they are a drive in only. I dropped my clothes off inside there is not a single sign mentioning this 'fact'. read more

This is the worst cleaners I have ever used. They ruined my favorite shirt. A beautiful pleated cream shirt from Bloomingdale's. When they were through with it, it would have fit a 5 year old child. It shrunk so much I was in tears. They refused to pay except offered me $20 in free cleaning. Why would I ever go back!!! I have had that shirt cleaned at other cleaners and it was fine. I tried this place because it is closer to my home. Big MISTAKE. BEWARE!! read more

I have used this dry cleaner before and they have always done a decent job on my clothes. As I travel for business traditionally I have my dry cleaning done once I get to my onsite location; however, when I am home I like to support local businesses. Today when I went to drop of two weeks worth of dry cleaning, about $100.00, I felt something was off and I hope that I did not make a mistake by leaving my dry cleaning. When I arrived it took about a minute and a half for someone to greet me at the drive up window and when the employee arrived (blonde haired female) it seemed like I ruined her day by making her actual do her job. As she was going through my neatly folded clothes she was tossing around my suits and designer shirts like they were from a discount market. I know that is probably occurs often, but I did not appreciate the employee tossing around approximately $5,000 worth of clothing personally. I did not say anything as I felt that she would have bitten my head off given the hostility in the room. I would definitely recommend that the owner certainly speak with the staff about customer service to prevent business loss. On a side note, I am hoping that when I pick up my belongings tomorrow they are not damaged. read more

I visited this cleaners a week beforehand, and asked if they knew how to properly press and clean a military dress uniform, the employee on shift assured me they did. This past Monday I brought in my uniform to be cleaned. The same employee I had spoken with a week prior was very condescending and short with me. I just assumed she was having a bad day and still left my uniform there to be cleaned. I picked it up the next day and they hadn't bothered to press it at all. I left my uniform there, so they could fix their mistake. The employees I spoke to then were also very rude. The next day (Wednesday) I returned and they had not only pressed it incorrectly, but slightly damaged my uniform. Again, the employee on duty rudely assured me it would be fixed. Today is now Thursday, I need this uniform ready tomorrow, and (never mind the damage) it is still incorrectly pressed. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. Edit: Upon further inspection, I found that the uniform had not been cleaned at all (it still smelled of funk) there was dog hair beneath the collar, and a puncture hole beneath my rank insignia. Because of the hole, my uniform is completely unserviceable, I'm going to need to buy a new one at my own expense. Again, I do not recommend this dry cleaner. read more

Worst Service ever!!!! This place sucks.... I went to drop off my dry cleaning today and said hello to the girl behind the counter . She replied my giving me a dirty look and ignoring me, I didn't really care at first but I had to ask her not to crease my jeans and she again ignored me. I said is that a yes and WOW was her attitude really great at that point. NOT! I asked for the manager. I explained the attitude I was given and that I have been a long time customer and she herself was snappy and kind of rude.... I asked for my clothes back, she grabbed them and threw them on the counter and I left.... There are too many dry cleaners to have to deal with rude and uncaring people. read more

I had taken my fairly new comforter to be cleaned, just due to sensitive allergies. I dropped my item off on a Wednesday and was told that it would not be ready until the following Wednesday. Paying more than I have ever paid to have a comforter cleaned, I was expecting my comforter to be taken care of properly. The following Wednesday I went to pick up my comforter and it still was not ready. I was finally able to pick up my item 6 days past the day I was told it would be ready and went straight home to place on my bed. As soon as I laid it out across my bed, I noticed 3 very white fist size spots on my blue comforter, right in the middle! The following day, I contacted the store and informed them of the problem that I had experience. The young lady that I spoke with was very helpful and stated that I would hear from the manager within a few hours. I spoke with the manager who told me to bring my comforter back so that she can take a look at it. After dropping off my item and having the manager review the damage, she contacted me and told me that this is nothing that they had done and that the stain was caused from something I had done/was there before I dropped off. I informed her that we do not use bleach products in my household and I have not washed this comforter since I had originally purchased. The "manager" was very unprofessional and short to the point to informing me that there was nothing that she could do and to pick up my item as soon as possible. I told her that I would be in immediately and that I would never use their services again. I was at the least expecting a refund, especially since they had completely damaged my comforter. Needless to say, I have informed everyone that I know...even the people that do use this cleaners and they have also agreed that they will not be returning. read more
