I called and made an appointment for December 22nd or 27th, can't remember exact date, I gave them my insurance policy information over the phone prior to going in, that insurance was ending at the ending of the year as we, my wife and I, were going to use her employers policy for both of us starting in the new year. They checked my insurance and assured me there would be no charge for the initial exam and to come in for the initial examination and the old insurance would cover it and when the new year starts they would charge any work to be done to my wife's policy. No Problem Well that's the beginning of the reason for this bad review, they called me 3 months later to inform me I owe them $39....... lol, I was told, they were told that the old insurance even though they said they would cover the initial examination is somehow not covering it ,,,,,,,lol when I told them that I would not have come in at the end of the year if I was going to be charged when in less than a week the new insurance would have covered it,,,, relentless was the young lady that called me insisting that I was responsible to pay the $39 even though she kept saying she appreciated everything I informed her of. I will fight that charge as long as it takes! This young lady was very rude and i called her an idiot and she hung up before I could say that I did not know her personally I meant to say she was acting like an idiot not that she is an idiot, sorry! lol fyi high ticket dentist
