My experience with "Impressive Towing NYC": Positive Aspects: They're Reliable and Helpful: John consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist me, going beyond typical towing services. He's helped me obtain my car title, provided me with valuable information, and even offered advice on car maintenance (painting). John and his entire team is Understanding and Patient: John displayed understanding and patience, especially during my financial difficulties few times. He's allowed for flexible payment arrangements to be anmong us and hes never pressured me. Strong Business Relationship: I built a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with John, characterized by trust and respect. This man and his team has always gone above and beyond to make sure me and my family always received fair treatment, respect, support and the best services possible that they provide and even if they cannot provide it they'll put you in touch with a trustworthy source of theirs that can absolutely be useful and get the job done. Areas for Improvement (from my perspective): Very Minimal Communication Challenges: Occasional communication issues were observed, particularly regarding payment methods when neither of us had access to a lot of these payment method services but that was quickly resolved because we found one immediately that worked out for the both of us. Transparency: While habitually transparent, some information regarding pricing (as far as an initial paint job estimate) at their last location, it could have been communicated more clearly upfront. But it was cleared up through a simple conversation over the telephone, when John reached out to me and clarified that there was a third party involved who did the body shop work. Overall: My interactions with "Impressive Towing NYC," particularly with John, have been largely positive and he's made a very huge impact in my life as a very professional, honest, dedicate, fair, respectful, compassionate, consistent, dependable, responsible, thoughtful and a helpful businessman as well as a person; inside and out. Impressive Towing have always gone above and beyond typical towing services, providing valuable assistance and demonstrating a high level of customer care. While minor communication and transparency issues were encountered, these were generally resolved instantaneously and amicably. John's helpfulness, going above and beyond, reliable service, understanding during financial hardship, building a strong business relationship. The only areas for improvement that I'd say is, they just need a bit more clearer upfront communication on pricing and needing maybe another 1 or 2 people to answer their phones. And I'm saying this only because I know for the most part if I'm not mistaken, they're an independent close knitted authentic family/friend family ran business, so it's literally a handful of these hardworking men and woman that's putting their all into this business to run as smoothly as it does in front and behind the scene so it's but so much they can do as they're only human and sometimes messages can be misconstrued on. My Overall recommendation: Based on all of my positive experiences since 2021 til as of present that I'm still doing business with "Impressive Towing NYC" I strongly encourage and recommend them to anyone. State Farm dispatched this tow company to assist me with getting my car towed but unfortunately no one ever showed up. I tried calling the company for an ETA because it was getting late and I was alone in a deserted area, but no one answered and I never received a call back or any update. I understand delays happen, but leaving someone stranded without any communication is completely unacceptable. If they were unable to complete the tow, someone should have at least contacted me and let me know instead of leaving me waiting and unsure if anyone was even coming. I am reaching to express my disappointment with the tow truck drivers at this establishment. There was an incident involving one of the drivers that nearly resulted in serious injury to my son on 280. A piece of metal detached from the truck and struck his vehicle, which is now totaled, while going 65 mph. Thankfully, my son was not seriously harmed. However, I am alarmed that the driver left the scene of the accident and that the company appears to be avoiding responsibility. My son was able to take photos of the truck at the time of the incident and filed a police report. I hope the owner will address this matter with the necessary seriousness and work with our insurance to resolve the situation. read more

My insurance selected this company to tow my car. The first time I called for ETA, I was told driver was nearby finishing another job & would call me when he was on the way. I called back 30 minutes later & was put on hold indefinitely. When I tried to call again, they stopped answering their phone. This tow company left me stranded and then lied to my insurance company that they came to the so called location before I even called to have the tow done.. the worst that you left a person stranded when they required a service and then on top of that to lie. And not take calls from the customer or the insurance company. Bad business. Impressive indeed. The most incompetent company ever with the worst service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had a flat tire, and had to get my car towed to the dealership to get the tire replaced. The initial estimated wait time was 120 min ~ 150 min. I was ready to meet them at the pick up location at the estimated arrival time, and waited there for 30 minutes before they cancelled. If you can't make it, you can at least cancel with more heads up. Cancelling exactly at the estimated arrival time is very unprofessional. read more

My insurance company hired them to tow my car at 10:15am email said 30-90 minutes I called the company they said 2 hours 2 hours later she said she would have the driver call he never did called back I got voicemail ins co called was told 35 minutes after over 5 hours I canceled it I called back to say no one called or showed up she said because it was canceled I advised I canceled it 10 minutes ago. They are the worst the customer service is the worst the lies the call screening glad it was light outside I don't recommend using them if you insurance co hires them call back and ask for another company. Horrible experience!! They towed my 4-weel drive vehicle while it was on park on a tow truck instead of a flatbed and it messed up my whole break system, I called up multiple times to see if maybe they did something wrong and he said he has footage of his guys doing it all properly, unbelievable how they refused to take accountability. This was by far the worst company my roadside assistance could contact! I canceled them because I rather wait for people who can be honest about time and reality of things. I was told at 8:11 it would take 90-120 mins. That is 1 hour and a half - 2 hours. After 2 and a half hours of my update from 3 mins to arriving. I waited outside for 20 mins. It is Sunday morning and once I waited 3 hours I called to get an update. I was told I would get a call back. After 20 mins of waiting no one called me back but I got a text that driver would be here in 10 mins. Almost 20 Mins later I called 4x and was not answered. My roadside assistance informed me the driver needed an additional 20 minutes. At this point I canceled because I could see more time being added. If YOU DO NOT WANT THE JOB DO NOT ACCEPT IT. That way it can be given to someone who does. 3 hours to go 10 mins away is insane. More insane that the customer service is nowhere to be found.
