Amazing work.. does all my paint work! Chris & Rudy are the guys you need for the car to be repaired right!

I took my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid to Spray City in mid-June after a collision, expecting them to properly repair the damage. However, I didn't get my car back until the end of July, and to my dismay, the repairs were incomplete. Shortly after they towed my car back to me, it broke down and they kept it for another week. The next morning, my car wouldn't start or unlock, and I had to jump-start it just to get it going. When I brought it back to Spray City, they claimed they ran all diagnostics and insisted the issues were not their fault. Frustrated, I took my car to Honda Services, where after a couple of weeks of expensive diagnostics, they discovered that Spray City had not properly fixed the electrical and sensor problems they had promised to repair. My insurance gave Honda the list of repairs Spray City claimed to have completed, which made it clear they fell short. After more than two months and thousands of extra dollars out of my pocket, my car is finally working correctly. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Spray City--they clearly lack the expertise to handle modern vehicles and, in my opinion, are dishonest. I am currently pursuing legal action against them. Beware if you choose to trust this shop. read more

Discourteous, unprofessional staff. The management will come out and speak to you in a patronizing, condescending tone for being justifiably upset instead of addressing the issue incited by their staff. They will treat you like you present to steal back your own vehicle. Avoid these crooks at all costs. They violate DARP laws and provisions!! read more

My car was towed to spray city after my accident and couldn't be happier. All NEW parts put into my car, good service, and quick to make the repairs. Will be back for regular services ! read more

Aside from the wonderful and clean facility, the staff is incredibly inviting, informative, and immensely helpful. They take the time to connect with their clients on a personal level in order to help them get what they need for their vehicles. This was the best and quickest service I have ever received at any auto shop. After they fixed my vehicle they even changed my oil and gave it a fresh wash without me having to request it. The car looked better when I picked it up than it did when I got it brand new. Love the staff and their amazing dog Tina! After my last review, the business reached out and said they wish I had contacted them before posting and asked what could be done to change my experience. I asked for receipts showing my new bumper had been purchased and that they actually replace my new bumper with a NEW bumper. Needless to say, I didn't receive a reply. Take your business elsewhere. DON"T LET THEM TOW YOU!!! After being in an accident, the police arranged for a tow with Spray City Collision & it was nothing short of a nightmare. Once I told the driver Rob that I will decide in the morning where I will have my car towed for repairs, He lectured me trying to solicit his shop & was harassing me to the point where I told him I didn't want to hear it anymore & I just want to get home. He shut up for a few minutes & then continued to tell me why I should let his shop do the repair work. Again I told him I had a headache, I was tired & that I was still shook up by the accident & didn't want to hear anymore. I had to go to the shop the next morning to sign Release papers so that my car can be towed to a different auto body shop & when I got there the harassing started again by Rob, who had an attitude when I told him I had no time for this. Not only that They were bad mouthing the other shop, So Unprofessional. I told them I didn't want to hear this & I just wanted to retrieve my things out of my car & leave. I was followed to the car by Nick, who again was bad mouthing the other shop & again had to tell him I didn't want to hear it. Upon Geico trying to arrange to have my car towed, they called me and said no one at the shop was answering, another ploy of theirs, because when I called they answered on the 1st ring and said their phone never rang. When Geico called me back to let me know they arranged a Tow, they told me that the Tow truck driver said it would take sometime because Spray City will keep him waiting out of spite. read more

A co-worker of mine requested this place for me, I needed my side view glass mirror replaced since some scum stole it off my car, WTF anyways. I called them up and they were very nice on the phone, I spoke to the owner Jerry who told me to come in anytime because it wont take long to fix it. I came here at 8am, I was greeted and taken care of right away. The owner wasn't there but Nick was and he was a very nice guy. He told me they usually charge for labor but they will cut me a deal this time since it was minor and quick fix. I had ordered the mirror myself so they just applied it and did an awesome job. The place is really big and I hear the labor starts at $50 an hour, compared to if I would of brought it back to the dealer and they started off with $135 an hour! CRAZY BANANAS ! NEVER. But I would def. let people know about this place and come back here if I needed any future work done (crossing my fingers) that I wont! There close on Sundays. read more
