How do I give negative stars. The level of rage I feel for this company is over the top. $16,000 for a bathtub. I don't even have the capacity, at this point, to go into everything that is wrong with this bathroom. Before you use this company, make sure you are ok with paying an over 800% (EIGHT HUNDRED PLUS PERCENT) markup on items you can get at Home Depot. Same model number. Same color. Same everything. Make sure you don't care whether or not things are centered and evenly spaced. Make sure you understand that when they tell you Cultured Marble, what you will be getting is a plain white plastic-y feeling counter. Make sure you understand that they will charge you $500 to "dispose of" your old tub when you could actually sell it on Marketplace for $50 and someone will come get it. Did I mention to make sure you don't care if things are actually centered, and that even though you paid $475 for "custom laser measuring and bathroom design" things will still not align. And most importantly, make sure you understand that when your faucet breaks a mere 2.5 years later and your hot water is running continuously, they will not care and will schedule the repairs for 3 weeks later and act like you should be grateful for that, and you should just be ok with your hot water running for that long, like they are going to pay your water & gas bills and pay for the wear and tear on your hot water tank. Company sales rep Ann was very sneaky in writing an estimate, removes items, then cons you into signing a modified form. She needs to be fired for incompetence and not following what the customers are asking for, but like othr companies, they ignore the consumer, and praise the employees who get them a $15,000 job. I expected better, got treated worse. I instructed the sales agent only comany employees for the remodel, no subcontractors were to be used, that would be a deal breaker, well... subcontractors were who did the work. The salesman was very good at selling the product. We were shown and given a wide variety of choices of materials, hardware, styles, colors, and options. He was an excellent salesman. We had a bath in our home renovated by a local Bowling Green company one year before we spoke with ImproveIt! Hence, we thought we had a source for good and recent comparison service, installation, and material quality in our home. We called the local company, however, they were booked up for a couple of months, so we called ImproveIt!. The installation for the ImproveIt! project was a bit troublesome. First, the installers wanted to change the installation date to an earlier date. We agreed to do that. However, the day before the new installation date, the installers called and moved the date back to a later date stating that they did not have all the needed materials. This, in our mind, was a strange turn. Second, the installers did not have the correct ventilator/light that was specified in the contract. It took a couple of weeks and several return visits by the installers to correctly install the right ventilator/light. Third, while the installation quality was adequate, it was not the same quality craftsmanship installation as what the local company did. Fourth, the shower head, hand shower, and valve quality was of much inferior quality than the hardware installed in the other bath by the local company. I would not have agreed to the quality of ImproveIt!'s hardware had I known what it was at the time of the sale. The installed hardware was or is of the least-expensive grade hardware that I found at The Home Depot. We also request a raindrop shower head that would extend out a couple of feet towards the center of the shower like the shower that was being replaced. We did not get the extended shower arm. I've had a couple of projects with this company, windows and a sunroom. I called to schedule an appointment to service my windows. It took them three months to get the parts. Installers finally came out weeks later and installed some ballasts. They were supposed to caulk. The installer said that he would have to come back to do it. Still waiting for that to happen. Now, I have two windows that won't stay up and one that is hard to open. I have noticed that the windows are not even now. They are crooked... I've called and called left messages. They did not replace the baseboards leaving little staples sticking out of the wall. I realized they were there when I cut my ankle walking by. Today I was supposed to have a meeting with the quality review manager but he never made it. After an hour and a half I called the company and they promised to get an ETA for me. Finally after another 35 minutes he called and said he was on his way soon. By now I had a job to get to. Obviously I care more about my work and will not be late so the meeting didn't happen. I guess that is one way for them to avoid fixing their mistakes. This is not the only problem but I think it's the most important because I am old and do not need to be injured walking around my own house. read more

I wouldn't recommend Improveit. They have poor craftsmanship and zero accountability. The problems they have created in my home are insurmountable and stressful They have created a huge problem with the structureof my home. I had Improveit add a window to my home and it began leaking and eventually Improveit came out a d said the installer forgot to add flashers so they took siding off added flashers. When it leaked again i called and they said we give lifetime warranty but when i explained i was not a new customer i was calling for repair they took weeks to get back with me and came out and said its a roof problem. They blame the leaky window on my roof however . I had 3 roof and gutter companies inspect my roof and provide estimates and no one found damages to roof or the estimaters would have gladly repaired or replaced it when the gutters were replaced. The roof and gutter company said my roof was fine and I only needed new gutters so that's all I had replaced. The wall is damp under the window they Installed and the paint bubbles up like a balloon and when you touch the ballon the paint deflates into craters of paint. Initially I was impressed with what ImproveIt had to offer. The first salesmen came out, complimenting the house and making small talk. Took the measurements of the tub/shower we wanted replaced due to a crack in our current fiberglass tub. He gave the typical presentation about their awards and their product. After I made him aware we were getting multiple quotes and wouldn't be making a decision that night his demeanor immediately changed. He made a comment along the lines of he was trying to get back to his wife to have dinner and was done messing around, turned around the iPad with a quote of $21,000 for JUST a tub and shower not full bathroom renovation. Then after all these "discounts", one being a "nurse discount" which the next salesmen ended up saying wasn't even a thing, brought it down to $16K and some change. We were told we had to make a decision that night or else the offer didn't stand, I've never had this any contractor I've ever worked with. Obviously we weren't making a $16K decision in a matter of minutes. He made comments stating obviously we had the money so what was the disconnect with making a decision. I told him we weren't making a decision that night which prompted him to offer some shady one time offer. Stating something along the lines of in the state of Ohio there's a 3 day cancellation no questions asked to break a contract if we signed that night. That he doesn't like to do business that way but for us he would. We continued to decline and he continuously got more frustrated and made a comment that we would have mold and that we need to have it fixed immediately and packed up his stuff and left after being here for 2 hours. Other contractors stated it isn't the end of the world because we live on a slab since we were proactive about looking into getting it fixed. Of course the company called the next day asking how it was, I was honest with them. They apologized and asked if I would allow a manager to come out one more time for a quick 20 minute redo to offer us a better deal due to the conflict from the first, so we had that set up. Again, salesmen shows up, complimenting the home but the same exact thing happened. He was continuously making comments about how expensive things were in our home and that we don't go with cheap options. He also made a comment, leading with not to be offensive, but that fiberglass tubs are made in China and they work for smaller people but not full grown adults like us. That if we went with the cheaper option it would crack again. He stated that he works on the commercial side of things and could get us a better deal. That he was just with a couple and met his quota so he didn't care if we went with this or not. He gave us a quote of $12K. Again, we had to make the decision on the spot that his order was going in. When I had questioned the fact that he was going to put in an order at 9 PM on a Thursday he quickly stated well by tomorrow. So I said then let us have this price and discuss amongst one another. It was like every time I had questioned anything magically the price would get cheaper and they could work with us. After an hour and a half he had left. What also doesn't make sense for our discounted price it was cause it's a "bulk" order but we were told every tub is made custom for the measurements. It doesn't make sense that making a bulk order would provide a discount. Regardless, the next morning he texted me asking if we were going to move forward. I politely responded we were going to go in a different direction and thanking him for his time. He reacted to the text message with a "ok" hand symbol which is beyond unprofessional. I texted back informing him regardless if someone chooses your company how you react to a text is a direct reflection of the company and that it was unprofessional and he proceeded to "thumbs up" that text. Needless to say their customer service is horrendous. You'll feel badgered the second you don't say yes. read more

I had Improvit remodel guest bath several years ago and was pleased with quality of materials so I decided to use them again for next bathroom. The only thing I was displeased with was the communication. With 1st remodel, I ordered tub/ shower combo to replace existing tub shower. When they showed up, they had order for tub conversion to walk-in shower. Which was not what I ordered. Fortunately they had a tub available in warehouse. So with next remodel of owner suite bath, I wanted the exact as guest bathroom with style bath tub ( Classic), with shower niche in center & corner caddie opposite fixtures, with grab bar to outside edge same side as fixtures & grab bar at center of tub below center niche. So when they arrived to install they show up with a tub style called " winged" which is not what I ordered. I had explicitly said exact as guest bathroom & style tub as called Classic which is what was placed in guest bath. Luckily, again, they had the correct one in warehouse. Then went over where to place grab bars & niche. Again, measured grab bar for shower same side as fixtures ( outside edge) & was recommended to place center of bar where elbow reaches & it was marked, then I said the shower caddy to go in back corner opposite fixtures. Good thing I was home & frequently checked on progress cause they said , I said to place shower grab bar on back wall opposite where fixtures are & same wall as caddy (which would have me getting out of shower into the toilet) . I can only assume they thought I was referencing the shower caddy placement for the handbar placement.So again disaster averted. They don't provide you with copy of actual items ordered, only total amount due. Again, quality of material & installation were great, but I would recommend you draw a diagram for placement of accessories/ fixture and request itemized copy of whats ordered. When I asked for receipt was told they would email. When received email,only invoice of total price. I recommend but Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing & diagrams to avoid disaster ( at price you'd want/ expect them to meet owner specifications). We had our kitchen refinished. The salesperson was very nice, but pushy like most salespeople are. The materials arrived in the warehouse in about 6 weeks. Our installer arrived and then the trouble started. Nobody told him that we were keeping our knobs and hardware, so he discarded them, even though this was clearly delineated in the contract. Next, the warehouse did not send 5 drawers, 2 others were the incorrect size and one door was about 2 feet too short. Our project manager reordered them and another installer came out to finish the work. The newly ordered door did not have hinges, so he had to go purchase some, but they are not soft close like the rest. I expect much more attention to detail for this much money and from a company that represents itself as doing this daily. read more

We called this company for an estimate for windows. They were absurdly insistent that both homeowners be present for this free walkthrough. When my husband wasn't there, I was asked where he was and got a really weird vibe that this was throwing the rep off. I have never felt like someone has wasted my time more. Unfortunately, the sales rep was kind and just doing his job, but he completely missed the mark. I am not sure if this is how they do all of their sales visits, but they are not going to make many customers with this approach. I do not need to watch a slideshow presentation for 30 mins regarding the company's awards, reputation, locations, president's phone number, trust etc. He even asked me corny questions after each slide like, "How does that sound to you?" "Do we sound like the type of company you trust?" ... great... I'd be happy with a paper hand out of this and just getting to the bottom line. I have things to do! When he first arrived we spent 20 minutes going over the sort of things I look for in a window company. It's just too much and felt so forced. I'd give him an answer and he'd just dig for more. It's almost like he was trying to meet a time requirement for being at our home. It was SUCH a hard car-salesman type approach I was shocked that he thought anyone would want to sit and listen to him for that long. Then when we're going over the pricing, he needs to make a call to make sure the outside of the windows he took photos of didn't need anything extra done to them. This tactic felt extremely salesy and overplayed- the guy on the phone loudly announced the good news that we'd be getting the best possible price and did not need additional exterior work. It took him forever to calculate the estimate- every other company that came was able to do this really quickly. After having multiple window companies over, this certainly my least favorite experience. TO TOP THIS ALL OFF: He then quoted me 25k for new windows. Every other quote I received from other companies was under 12k. This is for 12 windows. I told him that was by far the highest we had seen and he seemed a bit offended and continued to go over the reasons his were more valuable. He asked me if I only cared about the price. Do not call this company. After I did an online search and chose to leave my number, i received multiple calls from them. After I answered I had Mr Joseph Pilon come to my house for an estimate. I wanted to add cabinets and replace my existing ones. The initial estimate was 82000 dollars. He then added discounts to get it to 72000. That is close to half of my homes value. Then after several texts from them, they offered to come back to give me a "significantly lower price". I told them they would not be able to give me a price low enough. They asked again and I agreed. The day they were supposed to arrive, I received a phone call from someone that told me that the initial price i was given was already under priced and that they would not be able to get the price lower. I understand that they are better quality cabinets but 82000 is ridiculous. Let alone what the actual price was supposed to be. read more

My wife and I very recently had Improvit install a custom 32 inch wide double sided shower in our home that was accessable from both the master bedroom or the hallway. The estimate was about $23,000.00 due to the amount of work involved so the price was agreeable until we saw the finished product! Things went very well until the shower tub was delivered after the demo was done and it was only 23 inches wide inside due to the incorrect way they had constructed it. From the caulking on the inside seams it appears to be three pieces glued together that gives it a cheap appearance rather than the one piece bases readily available from other suppliers. The contractor was notified of these issues immediently. He called the installation manager who then stopped by and looked the situation over. I asked to speak to him and after a very brief dicuussion he had the shower completed despite my concerns as he stated it would be months before a new tub could be manufactured. We had already been without a shower for about five days so my wife was livid! I then contacted the manager again. He stated the tub was correct since it was 32 inches wide by outside measurments. Each curb they had made was at least 4" wide reducing the interior to 23 inches instead of using 32 inches as the interior width and adding four inches to each side for the door curbs which also seems overly wide for 2" door guide. The result is that due to the poor construction instead of using a quality prefabricated base I must stand sideways in the shower to use it. It was custom built and should have been 32 inches wide inside as other showers are and then the narrower curbs added to ensure the correct width! The subcontract installation crew was awesome and I have nothing but praise for them. It is a pity that our dream is now an almost unusable and dangerous nightmare that may result in a serious injury and loss of value or detriment in our home should we ever sell! Despite the issues, the company has called several times harrassing me to make payment. The friendly company I signed with IS NOT the same company harrassing me for payment on a practically unusable and dangerous shower! The company now says we must go to arbitration rather than simply correcting their mistake or refunding my $9000.00 deposit! I do not trust them in the least as they have made no attempt to rectify their error! read more

Bottom line up font: STAY AWAY!!! My wife and I have been shopping around for someone to repair or replace our shower. ImproveIt was one of the top search results for bathroom repair/remodeling work. My wife trusts me to handle an appointment for an estimate, but they insisted that my wife and I must both be present for the appointment. No other contractor I've worked with has such a requirement. I didn't have the best feeling about them after the phone call, but I went ahead with the appointment, which they said would take 60-90 minutes. The representative they sent seemed very nice. He complimented our home, and asked questions about the smoker I have on our back porch. He inspected our shower and decided that the tile work was shoddy and would need to be completely replaced. This didn't seem totally unreasonable since the grout in the floor was crumbling. In retrospect, he would have come to the same conclusion no matter what he saw. Following the inspection, we sat down at the kitchen table for his presentation/sales pitch. He talked up the company and went over all of the awards they've received. He then talked through various options for redoing our shower. As it turns out every option is terrible except one. The one that isn't terrible is the product he's trying to sell. His product was a very sciency miracle materiel material, aka plastic. What he didn't know is that my wife and I both have advanced degrees in materials engineering, so we saw right through his B.S. There's nothing wrong with plastic, and it may be a good product, but it's hardly unique. At this point in the process, I hadn't quite figured out that he was going for the hard sell, used car salesman style. He had an affable demeanor and continued to pepper in compliments of our very ugly kitchen. He was very patient with our toddler disrupting the conversation and playing with his material samples. After we selected materials and options, he finally gave us a cost quote. The quote: $16,617!!! Over $16,000 to replace a 3'x3' shower that might not even need to be replaced! The quote was good for a year, but if we signed a contract for the work in the next 30 days, we would get about a $1,000 discount. But wait, he had a letter from the owner of the company. It was a very official looking letter, and it gave him permission to give an extra $1500 off if we signed a contract right then and there. My wife and I had not consulted any other contractors for the work, so we weren't about to sign a contract for over $13,000 on the spot without a better feel for the market. We hadn't ruled them out, but we needed more information. When we explained this to the salesman, he tried to convince us that it was a foolish waste of time to get more quotes. He said we wouldn't want to sit through yet another 3 hour (yes, he was at our house for 3 hours) presentation. He continued to push, but we held firm. As he packed up his things, my wife thanked him for his time. His response: "I just don't understand why you wouldn't sign the contract now and save $1,500, but whatever." He was suddenly quite rude. In retrospect, the sales tactics are quite clear. First he buttered us up. Then he "inspected" our shower and found that yes, indeed, it needed to be fully replaced. Then he talked up his company and product while disparaging any competitors. Then he hit us with the hard sell. I don't appreciate such tactics. I don't care how good the product is. We had already demolished the 2nd bathroom, do we were told they would fast track our material order. Today, 12/12/22, I received an email that our material has JUST BEEN ORDERED. We've tried calling them since last Tuesday and left multiple messages but no one has ever called back. They advertise "5 star service" pfft. Following a visit by an Improveit salesman and an in person follow up from a manager after we rejected their initial proposed quote, we sent the following to their contact person. They acknowledged receipt of the email. I thought it would be useful to share the email via Yelp: Hi ****, Thank you for the documented quote and thank you to both you and ****** for taking the time to come see us and work with us to develop the quote. I wanted to let you know that we had come to a decision regarding our master bathroom remodel and have decided not to proceed with Improveit as the provider. I think it would be useful for you to know our decision process, so I hope the below is constructive for you and your organization: As an example, I would like to bring a Google review to your attention, written by user ***** ****. His experience was similar to ours so you may want to refer to this. I won't rewrite the narrative here as he has eloquently put it better than I could. I note that your president responded to this review and stated lessons learned would be implemented. In our experience, this has yet to be done. Firstly, we selected Improveit based on their promotional literature stating that your organization was a bathroom remodeling company. As we discussed, with the large scope of work that you declined to take on, it seemed that Improveit focused on being a bathroom wet space installer, of their own products and not a whole bathroom remodeler. We may still have engaged with your business knowing this, had we decided on our own volition that we would take on the burden of engaging multiple contractors to complete the total workscope. Instead, for a potential supplier to tell us we had to do this, we felt quite uncomfortable. Especially knowing that other suppliers were willing to take on responsibility for the total scope we had defined. We were also concerned that while there was significant time taken to present the ImproveIt business, there could have been more time allocated to present the product and let it 'sell itself.'  While the Improveit products were impressive, there was little time afforded to showcase the product. Few examples of actual installations, including installations that were comparable to ours and only scant examples of the range of options were available. For our chosen provider, we were able to see examples of work that was similar to our project and they were willing to make an offer for the completion of the work scope beyond only the wet space Improveit was willing to do. This may well be the current corporate approach for your company, but we felt there is much work to be done here to guarantee customer satisfaction and reduce the chance of unnecessary 'hard sell' that made us feel uncomfortable. We appreciate that you went to some lengths to give us the best price available through the More program, but the final pricing was far removed from the competition for the limited scope of work Improveit was able to accomplish. While we're willing to pay a premium to get a high quality solution, we could not rationalize the added value that Improveit was providing for the significant uplift being charged. I hope the above items are useful to your organization to refine your business approach and realize increased opportunities for sales. I'm not entirely sure of the quality of this company's services. However, my first interaction with them left a sour taste in my mouth. I was approached in a Walmart in the furnace air filter section by a representative. The representative asked if I would be interested in entering a contest to win a remodel (either a bathroom remodel or new windows for the house). Feeling the pressure, I said sure. I went thru the whole speech thing and when asked which option I'd order if I won, I said the windows. The gentleman said I made that decision very quickly and asked if the company could visit my home and complete a no obligation inspection. Since I am interested in replacing my windows, I agreed. This gentleman proceeded to call his dispatcher to schedule my appointment. I had to speak with a woman on the phone to confirm my details and confirm the appointment. Everything up to this point was fine. I was happy to have a company come to my home and give me an estimate on a project I know needs completed. What I don't appreciate is what happened next. When speaking with the lady on the phone, she confirmed that I am the sole owner of the house by checking the local county auditor page. She proceeded to then ask me if there was a Mr. in the house, if I was married. I said no. I do have someone living with me, but they have no say on the windows I put in my house, so what would it matter? I explicitly told the lady that I was the one paying the bill for the windows and it is my house. She said that my boyfriend must be present during the inspection. At this point, I was absolutely livid. I just agreed to get off the phone with her. She mentioned that a day before my appointment they would call again to confirm. Once off the phone, the representative in the store apologized once I explained what happened and my sudden mood change. The day before my appointment I received a phone call from the company - a man this time. He asked to confirm my appointment and then made an effort to confirm that my boyfriend would also be there. I explained to him that no my boyfriend would not be present as he would be at work. The man said that is ok and we would have to reschedule for a time he was there. I started to get angry again. I asked the man why my boyfriend would need to be there? He just said "It's company policy." After trying to reschedule (my boyfriend works a second shift and his off days are different than mine), I concluded that I'd prefer the company not come out to my home at all and cancelled any future appointments. I will not do business with a company that is not willing to come to my home without a man present. read more

Be very aware of this company! Their salesman are like hungry wolves and stop at nothing to get you to use the services. I recently had one ring my door bell, by the time i got to the door I heard him trying my door knob! Here is the Worst part.. I emailed the company to complain and they never acknowledged my email. Unlike a majority of the people who have written reviews here, my partner and I actually went through them for a new sliding door. The job should of been simple, put a sliding door where two existing windows were and then close up our single door going to the back of the yard. It was ANYTHING but simple. The representative they sent out to do the estimate and get an idea on the scope of work made it sound like it would be a simple job the only thing out of the ordinary they would have to do is to elimate and outlet underneath the two windows that were being removed. So the day of the job comes, we expect a crew of 4-5 people to get all of the job done in a day or two. They send one guy, ONE. He's easily in his 60s and though nice he proceeds to take from 8am-8pm to do most of the work. Once he says he is done we take a look at the door and we like it. The product itself is wonderful, but we ask him if he is going to sand down the patch work where the old door was and above the new door where he placed a header beam, he says he can't because it's not dry. We were told during the initial estimate that the walls would be ready to paint we would just "have to slap paint up" and we would be done. This was NOT the case. Along with this issue, even knowing that they had to elimate an outlet the ONE person they sent to do the job wasn't licensed to do electrical work. So he said he had to cut the electrical to the outlet. We ended up losing all power to ALL of our outlet in our room except for one. We currently have an extension cord running from our one working outlet across the room just so we can have power. After spending over 6k dollars on this project we are now supposed to hire our own electrician to fix the shotty work that they did. After this guy left we decided to go out to dinner and we locked our new sliding door. We pulled a little bit on the handle just to make sure it was locked, as soon as we applied a little force it popped right open. He hadn't installed the locking mechanism correctly. We tried to call him as well as the Improve It number and no one answered. We then spent the next two hours trying to get it working again. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The next day after that debacle they were supposed to come out and fix the siding from that area of the house. We were told it was going to match our existing siding. We wake up early and they're supposed to be there, no one shows up, we then get a call later saying that they're rescheduling for Thursday. No reasons were given, just that they couldn't come out today. Thursday comes and they have 3-4 people here to do this part of the work, they people themselves were nice, but again an issue arose that we were not even warned about. The siding they decided to install was WHITE. It does NOT match our existing siding like they said it would. We gave them the okay to install it, simply because we couldn't just not have siding on the backside of our house. This was a terrible experience and the woman who called to check up on our project called while I was at work and I asked to reschedule for a different day/time. I missed her initial call the next day but called back, got her voicemail and still have heard nothing back. So instead of giving my feedback directly to the company I'm putting it out here as well as every other review site I can find so NO ONE has to go through this. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Had them come for a "no obligation" quote. Very high pressure sales. Liked the idea and price May have been ok but when we said we wanted to think about the price he turned ugly. Left in a huff and insulting. Funny thing is we may have used them. Won't now. read more

I bought their windows at a higher cost and was told windows would be in within 1 to 2 days. The installers only install 4 windows a day, and only 2installers came. They are still not done and I am told it will be another several days. The caulking used is highly toxic smell, and gave me a very bad headache. I was told all my blinds would be put back up. Then when i asked the installers to do that they indicated that they don't really do that. Then agreed to put up 3 of the 8 blinds, mind you i still have 8 more windows to be installed. As a consumer this company is not good. Don't Buy from them, the sales rep i called said of course they would reinstall the blinds and I was only the second person to complain about the toxic fumes, that I should tell installers to do the blinds. And maybe leave my home because of THE FUMES WTF. THIS COMPANY IS NOT A FAIR OR ETHICAL COMPANY, DON'T USE THEM. RUN AWAY... read more

A solid three times the price for replacement windows. After turning down the initial offer (which took THREE HOURS of enduring the boring history of the company and some smoke and mirrors sales pitching), we were later again asked to have a sister company come by because they "just so happened" to have a "deal" on the very same identical product. This required my wife and I to give up additional time from work to arrange a meeting for information that the company already had; which already took an absolutely abysmal time to convey. The second salesman slithered to my doorstep oozing arrogance. He said "My pencil is VERY sharp, I can get you something better." and proceeded to use the exact same measurement sheet, to measure every window in the house again. He then tossed me an offer for still TWICE the amount that a previous vendor had offered. I did not accept, and he said "it is a take-it-or-leave-it offer, didn't you know?". At this point, he awkwardly left my home. I'm not about to spend $18K on windows, when another well-known and reputable vendor is offering product at under $6K. This company preys on easily influenced people that can be easily manipulated into buying a product based on promises and snake oil. read more
