This place is clean, warm, and welcoming. The massage table was heated as well. I loved and appreciated Maria. She is experienced and has been doing this for awhile. She asked me about my preferences and if I wanted to do any add-ons, which I opted not to do. She made me feel very comfortable and we had a great conversation during the massage session. I've been coming to IMR Massage for about five years now, and it's been my go-to place for massage therapy. I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. Date of visit: June 10, 2026 My husband gave me a gift card for IMR to help with some of the stress from work and moving to Las Vegas. As my mom was in town for a few days and had never. Had. A Massage. In her Life, I booked two 30-minute massages, one for her and one for me. Check in was easy and friendly, though they asked if we could come in 15 minutes earlier and we accommodated but then sat in the lobby for almost 15 minutes... My favorite massage places have a place to change and/or relax before your service, but that isn't the case here. It's not a problem, just an observation. Once it was time for the service, Gwen brought me back to my room and Makenzie escorted mom to her room. Gwen was great, applying the right amount of pressure during the service though it did seem to run a couple minutes short of the 30 minute service time. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature allowed me to fully relax, which was very necessary! Mom said Makenzie was wonderful and even massaged her recently operated on knee slightly and the next day she thought it looked much better, the massage possibly helping the blood flow better through her knee. If you're on the fence, try this place out. In my humble opinion, it's not worth it to go to less expensive places. My partner and I used to get Groupons for massages at other "spas" as a treat to ourselves. We always left feeling stressed and kind of sore, so we stopped getting massages. However, my back was hurting really bad for over a month and my partner suggested I try somewhere new. I was hesitant because I don't get to treat myself very often, but I am so unbelievably happy that I did. A ton of my back pain was gone after my session with Ryn. She was very kind and took my needs into consideration. Most people need heavy pressure, but I specifically requested light pressure with an aim for tension relief. She is fantastic at being gentle and relieving sore and tight muscles. She even knew how to get my calf to stop spasming in the middle of the session. I quickly realized I've been missing out on what massages should be. I was very skeptical anything could help my chronic pain. I'm glad I gave it a try and realized it truly is worth the investment. As a side note, they are very strict about their system and how things are booked. My partner booked for me but the receptionist couldn't give me the discounted price because it was booked under her name/account. That being said, I highly recommend folks take advantage of their coupons and discounted packages. Updated review.... I've been a client now for about 4 years. This place is my twice monthly sanctuary. A 40 minute sauna session followed by a 60 minute massage by my fave massage therapist, Aaron. I've also had a facial done here as well. I can't say enough good things about IMR. From the therapists (Hi Aaron!!) to all the ladies at the front desk as well as the wonderful spa attendants who make everything just so clean, nice and calming!! Their facility on Rainbow is just as nice, I've had the opportunity to visit that location once but if you're a member your package is good at both locations (I believe). I received a $200 gift card from my husband for Mother's Day and called to book the Self-Care Package, which was advertised at $195 and included a massage and facial. During the scheduling process, I specifically informed the staff that I would be using a gift card and was simply told to bring it with me to my appointment. I visited yesterday, and overall, the experience was very enjoyable. My massage was excellent--Jenni was absolutely wonderful and provided outstanding service. The facial was also relaxing and pleasant, although the facial rooms felt somewhat small and cramped. My concern arose during checkout. Because I was still relaxed and a bit distracted after my services, I didn't immediately realize that my total came to approximately $225 before tips. When I got home, my husband was understandably disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket when the gift card was intended to cover the experience. I called the following day to inquire about the difference and was informed that the Self-Care Package must be paid for in advance in order to receive the package pricing. While I understand policies are important, this requirement was never mentioned when I booked the appointment, despite my specifically requesting the package and informing staff that I would be using a gift card. I also reviewed the website and was unable to find any information indicating that advance payment was required to receive the package rate. From a customer service perspective, this was disappointing. I booked the exact services included in the package and clearly requested that package when scheduling. Had I been informed of the advance payment requirement, I could have addressed it at that time. Instead, I was charged approximately $30 more for the same services. Given the circumstances--and especially after I called to explain that the package was chosen because the gift card amount closely matched the package price--I would have appreciated some flexibility or consideration. While the quality of the services themselves was excellent, clearer communication regarding package requirements would help avoid similar misunderstandings for future customers. read more

IMR Massage was one of the best massage experiences that I have had in a long time! I was gifted the trifecta package, 50 minute infrared sauna, 90 minute massage and then a 90 minute facial. Where do I even start?! I had to schedule the sauna for a separate day due to a contraindication but that was done with ease. I showed up to my appointment and was led into my massage room by my therapist. I was given a basket for my shoes and clothing and a robe for when I go to my facial. That part was neat, it felt bougie but simple. Five stars for the Massage! The massage was amazing, 10 out of ten!! My therapist listened to me and gave me one of the best massages ever, and I have had a lot! After my massage, I dressed in my robe and was led down the hall to wait for my esthetician. Three stars for the Facial! My esty arrived a few minutes later and brought me to her room to discuss what the plan was for that day. I gave her my concerns and she asked if I wanted to add a mask onto the service and I opted in. The facial was good, the extractions were harsh as always but I feel like I was missing something during the treatment. It felt like there was alot of down time where she could have been massaging but she sat in her chair behind me and stayed quiet. The creams and stuff she put on my face were great and all but I felt like I could have done 80% of this at home, the experience just wasn't there for me. The sauna room is nice and typical of a sauna room except you are given a robe and have a reserved bathroom to shower after your sauna session. I really liked that part, it's nice to cool down and clean up a bit after instead of putting your clothes right back on. Had my first cupping session here. While my friends all said they enjoy cupping, it was a painful experience for me. My nerves must be closer to the top of my skin or I am more sensitive to pain than they are. I had tears streaming down my face, but forced myself to endure. My husband and I booked the Trifecta Package at IMR Massage, and it was absolute bliss from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable and pampered the entire time. The girls at the front were kind and guided us to the sauna & gave us a run down of the facilities. Each part of the package flowed seamlessly -- the infrared sauna left our bodies drenched & a heated start which we followed up with a refreshing shower, the massage melted away all my tension, and the facial was so soothing that I actually started dozing off! I enjoyed my first massage so much, I ended up getting a membership, which I think is incredible value. They have a little retail store where they sell CBD massage creams, sleep gummies, and other goodies. I really enjoyed my most recent massage with CBD cream. I had an incredible massage by therapists Crystal and Aaron, who specialize in sports and medical massages -- proving both a highly targeted and deeply effective approach to body work. They worked on my shoulders, neck, chest, and arms, combining deep tissue techniques with an expert understanding of fascia and myofascial release. They released tension in my neck, shoulders, deltoid, inner bicep, and forearm muscles (flexors and extensors) -- areas that were causing nerve compression and making my fingers fall asleep at night (as well as making me cranky). The work was intense in the moment, but the results were amazing. I have been able to sleep without my hands going numb, and wake up with my chest open and my posture noticeably improved. What sets these massage therapists apart is their knowledge of how fascia restrictions, adhesions, and nerve pathways interact. This wasn't a generic massage -- it was a personalized treatment designed to restore movement, relieve compression, and improve posture at the root level. If you're dealing with chronic pain and tightness, nerve entrapment, posture issues, or want the benefits of professional myofascial release, I can't recommend these massage therapists enough. Skilled, attentive, and truly invested in long-term results. I work at a computer all day and try to be mindful of my posture but the repetitive motion and lack of breaks can be a challenge. I am a former athlete, I now lift and do yoga, regular foam rolling at home, and see a physical therapist for some of these issues. The massages by far have been the most effective at reducing chronic pain and future nerve damage. In addition prices are reasonable -- the membership sold me on becoming a regular. I got my first massage at IMR back in november/ decemberof last yr with Kat. I loved everything from receptionist to the massage. After this I was sure I am gonna come back. The receptionist was very nice, she ended up informing me on other services. Kat was amazing truly, i left the room fully relaxed and feeling amazing. It happened so that i booked twice at a casino spa after this with my girlfriends and both times I told my friends IMR was superior in terms of the service and the massage and referred both of them to try this place out. I was excited to get the similar service today however I was quite disappointed. The front desk service was just not it and the masseuse even though she tried she definitely has a lot of room to improve. The experience was nothing like the first one, i dont feel relaxed whatsoever and I instantly regretted sending my friends here. Everything felt very careless and lower level of customer service, as if I was in those mediocre massage places in the suburbs of LA that charge $50 a massage, while paying $130. I was definitely disappointed. The management seems to lost the accentuation on customer service for sure. read more

Wow! Looking back, I've already been going to IMR Massage for 8 years! How time flies! A lot of things have changed since I've first started going to IMR. They have expanded their first location and opened their second location on Rainbow! While their Rainbow location is closer to my house, I find myself always coming to the Eastern location as my preferred therapist is at Eastern. I used to go to Elliot and then Cassandra but they are both no longer therapists anymore at IMR Massage. So now I go to Crystal and she is amazing! She is strong! I am a pretty tiny gal so I needed someone who is able to use strength in their hands to deliver and Crystal gets it done right! I also always enjoy my conversations with Crystal! Whenever my friends ask who to go to at IMR, I always recommend Crystal and everyone always loved their session with her. PS: You can tell them to adjust their strength during the massage so if you want a more relaxing massage, they can do that. I generally prefer the massage that gets my tension/knots out, I tend to have their strength dialed up. I would say that I'm pretty active -- I exercise four to five times a week plus I've recently started bouldering. I don't stretch enough so my body often gets really beat up. I try to get a session in once a month and it definitely helps me. If you do end up wanting to go once a month, they do have a membership that you can get. I would highly recommend it.
