I should have did research prior to my appointment because not only is she everything I mentioned above, it's apparen she doesn't care about her own health. I have been in Dr. Tung's care for almost 14 years. I have never had any issues with his team and currently see Kelly Rauch PA. They have performed many procedures over the years and keep me feeling as good as expected. I would also like to give a shout out to June in scheduling as she is always so friendly. read more

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. Let me start off by saying location is great park in front and walk in and that's all the good I have to say. Dr Tung is a real piece of work I've been having pain management for years because of multiple injuries and surgeries. So when I went there I have valid reasons why I'm seeing a pain management Dr. He first started off with telling me that I am addicted to opioids because taking pills for more than 2-3 months is an addiction and he made this assumption by looking at my medication listing from pharmacy seeing that I get medications every month. Then he went on to criticize my weight and body. Telling me I'm too big for my muscles and joints. Refusing to give me the medicine I've been taking for years now. Then he told me he will not service my needs because he did not do school or internship and residency to prescribe people like me pain meds muscle relaxers and he said he can't do anything for me. Then he proceeded to go on and send me to those "Quack" Drs. That will ...which so happens to be for people on drugs and alcohol and that have mental issues. I would not recommend this office to anyone the bedside manner is horrific. I hope this helps save someone else from being hurt or wasting their time with this office . read more

Had an absolutely horrible experience trying to get in touch with my doctor this morning. Spoke with somebody named "Shon'Tae" (a woman), and was treated absolutely rudely. The doctor is fantastic but this woman was just disgustingly rude. She was giving my name to other people while I was on the phone, I am in the hospital currently, and asked when my doctor would be around to see me ( he is in he clinic ) as I am feeling better after my ankle operation and my pain is more controlled so I feel I could go home. She tells me, and I quote, " Well he can't be in two places at once, can he?" "He'll be there after he's done at the clinic." I am horrified that a clinic focused on pain management and for orthopedic surgery hired a woman like this for customer service. She should be disciplined, fired, or re-trained. I waited months to get an appointment for my nerve block injection. I get there and can't have the procedure done because I don't have a headache that morning, would of been nice if the person who made my appointment relayed these important details to me! I had to rearrange my whole schedule to make that appt. because I have kids. I will not be making any appointments at this location .If the staff is this incompetent about scheduling there is no way I'm trusting them with my well being. read more

The front staff are not welcoming and they make you feel like you are troubling them when asking a question. I called on Friday during business hours and no one answered. I called back about four different times during business hours. I left a message with my contact info and it is now Tuesday and still no one has contacted me. I woke up in the middle of the night with some severe knee pain. I called the next day to make an appointment with them as they are close to me. I did my xray, and then headed to the see the doctor. I explained that I have Osteomalacia and was worried about damage. A few minutes later a PA comes in, says xray looks great and touched my leg and said it was muscle damage. I decided to do a second opinion and went Mayo clinic where I found out I had a small tear in a ligament and also some cartilage damage and would need to use a cane. Another reviewer mentioned that they don't seem to care. I experienced that as well. They've messed up two of our last two interactions. First, they told me I didn't schedule a follow-up. I had, and so I told her that I did. I said "it was scheduled for 10:40 on December first, I'm holding the appointment card you gave me at my last appointment." Her response: "well...it's not in the computer...so..." Did she just imply I was lying? Maybe, maybe not. Fastforward a month. Same thing. I left a message on the refill hotline. I have the call record on my phone to prove it. When they didn't call me to tell me it was ready, I called them. I told them I left a message on the 28th and hadn't heard back. It's the first. She said: "Well, she didn't get a message...so...She was gonna take care of these things this afternoon, we'll get back to you." me:"I'm in pain, can you tell her the sooner the better, please?" Yeah, sure, I'll let her know. As I write this, its been six hours. I've been in pain for six hours. Pain I shouldn't be in, because I did what I was supposed to do. But they don't care. They just imply that you're lying and go about their day. If you do business here, they'll treat you poorly, imply you're lying, and ignore you. read more

A member of the schedule staff named Christie is highly unprofessional and careless. As I was trying to schedule an appointment, she was engaged in a side conversation openly discussing another patient's personal health information; this clearly rises to the level of a HIPAA violation. Christie's only concern was rushing me off the phone, clearly not scheduling an appointment. At the end of the call, I had NO appointment. If customer service and respect is important, find a different provider. read more

I don't feel ok giving one star. Ok I had my first appt with this pain clinic and was floored when the Dr name beginning with a T started yelling at me bc I didn't want to have a contraption installed at my spine. He litually flipped out and yelled fine then go take ur pills, my husband was pretty shocked and told him calm down and what is wrong with you. He stormed out, minutes later he came back in still trying to convince me to do the spine procedure I said no I'm not interested started to cry my husband was getting more and more pissed that this person is attacking me. He said fine I don't want to deal with you and stormed out a second time. We got up and walked out of the exam room. That's my story sad but true. read more

Awful. My husband had several fractured vertebrae and went to see IMS on referral from his primary care doctor. Doctor T. prescribed a back brace and we were told that someone would contact us within a week. That didn't happen and when I called two weeks later to ask what the delay was, I was told "the doctor went on vacation without completing the clinical note, you will have to wait two weeks until he comes back". Oh, and the medical assistant cursed me out and hung up on me. Fast forward a month later, my husband had kyphoplasty done on the vertebrae. They didn't even put him to sleep and he was in horrendous pain during the procedure. Imagine getting metal needles hammered into your spine when you feel everything. To top it off, the rep who delivered the injectable gel had to show the doctor how to use it. AND when my husband's oxygen dropped to 65 during the procedure, no one thought it necessary to give supplemental oxygen. They could very well have killed him. Not sure where these providers got their credentials but my advice is: go anywhere else. I wouldn't let this doctor operate on my dog ! read more
