Upon arriving for restaurant week on Sunday evening, the place was packed. It was extremely loud inside where my wife and I had to literally shout across our small two person table just to hear each other. It was also uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. From my table I could see the thermostat on their wall and it was set to 84 which seems wild for a restaurant. The servers and hostess were all very friendly and attentive. They came up very often to replace the bread and replace the water at the table. They were the highlight of the evening. The food was definitely a mixed bag. The table bread was really good as was the arancini appetizer. The entrees not so much. I got their chicken Parmesan which was loaded with an ocean of sauce while my wife's pasta dish had maybe a dash of sauce on the whole thing. It didn't help that the pasta sauce was overly salty to be borderline gross. I love savory sauce but this was like eating it from the ocean salty. Also beware if you order cocktails, they don't actually have normal cocktails but instead use wine in them which I've never heard of. Seemed strange, not that they were bad but you're not getting a real cocktail for what you're paying for. Overall it wasn't a great experience and I don't think we'll be returning. Try your luck, but just go in knowing what to expect.
