June 26, 2026 visiting relatives in the El Cajon California area. Everyone was in the mood for pizza so I decided to try Rancho giant pizza we enjoyed a Godfather's pizza and a Philly cheese pizza. They were both delicious. The food was delicious a little bit more well done on the crust and I like, but it was still delicious. Everyone seem to have enjoyed it. Rancho Giant Pizza is a family owned pizza spot in East County that not only has the largest pizzas in East County (a 28" one that's GINORMOUS), but they also have a ton of other Italian items like pasta , calzones, sandwiches, and salads along with other great appetizer options including wings , fried zucchini and cheese sticks. I have been there a few time and got good pizza however last weekend when I got there I was told good timing it just came out of the oven. I grabbed the pizza and the box was not real hot. Kind of luke warm. I got home it was determined it was out for quite a long time because it was actually cold. First bad experience and hopefully it won't happen again. yikes... is all that comes to mind. we were in a little bit of a time crunch. needed 2 BIG pizzas for a huge group pf teenage boys. found coupon online and called in the order. got there, they would not honor the coupon. total for the 2 giant pizza was almost $75... which is INSANE!!! then, they were SO THIN, no flavor, no cheese, hardly any sauce!!! so no one was eating them!!!!! this was awful- so expensive... we will never return. read more

This place seems to change hands from time to time and this time looks like it's here to stay - good pizza, personable service, clean, and welcoming. The specials are good deals, especially the wings and pizza combos. I ordered the combo and 1/2 teriyaki and 1/2 seasoned wings, the pizza was a pineapple and jalapeño creation of my own. The crust was crunchy but not too and the sauce was on point. I do resolve to come back and enjoy more varieties.....nice job guys! read more

Ironically enough I did not have pizza from this new place, but a Philly Steak Sandwich with the works. It was good, I liked it, but at $10, let's put a little bit of more love into the Philly. The meat was tender and quite flavorful, but lets fill that baby up with it. Also, I was bummed that they were out of Provolone cheese because it needed to be a top melted slowly oozing down the sides of the sandwich. They had Swiss, but it was not the same, not only because it has a different melting characteristic, but the sandwich just needed more of it. It was placed along the bottom of the sandwich, so it was not very visible nor noticeable when I ate the sandwich. Bring on the cheese people! I received an explanation about still learning how to use the new griddle and such, and I get it, but let's make the Philly sandwiches is proper respect. In addition to the meat being tender and flavorful, the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms were not only tasty, but still had a good texture to them. I liked the sandwich because it was tasty. It's just if you are going to make a Philly Steak Sandwich, let's make a Philly Steak Sandwich! Nice people... read more

I don't think I've seen a more expansive menu for a pizza place. Locally owned and operated, it's the best place this far in East County to get a huge pizza. I was able to feed a party of about 20 with 2 of their 28" pies, so the value is definitely there. They are prompt in their service but the location is much better suited for pick up rather than dine in. read more

This place is my go to for pizza and wings, my personal favorite being the buffalo chicken pizza. They are always made fresh and also do have the best customer service. I placed an order last week for 2 giants and they were ready within 15 mins which was amazing!! Highly recommend this place if you're in the area! They were so nice, and i absolutely don't mind waiting because that just means my food is being cooked and looked after properly. Even though they were finishing up within the time frame they gave me (20-25 minutes), they still profusely apologized for the wait. The two men were even gracious enough to give us a free 2 liter of soda. The pizzas were delicious and the wings were bomb. I also really like their ranch. Will be coming back real soon! read more

Best chicken wings that I have had in a very long time. They are fried crispy and thoroughly cooked. My husband is very particular about undercooked chicken wings. Awesome new pizza place in Rancho! I went to a party last week and they had purchased pizzas from here. They all tasted great, so we decided to come by here tonight and get a pizza. Got the white pizza and loved it, perfectly crispy crust on the bottom, just the way we like it! Asked for some ranch, for dipping my cust in and they told me it's homemade in house. So as a big pizza eater I love it when new places open up in my back yard in the east county! This place is the best mom and pop place in east county. The pizza was amazing, very similar to what you would expect from a New York . Medium crust with a thick end, the topping were very generous and to add more on is very affordable. We LOVE wings and this place has them down, there crispy fully cooked and very meaty. The sauces were perfect the buffalo sauce had just the right amount of spice and the sweet chili had a great flavor. We used to go to philly every year and Pats and Gino's has nothing on place! They use fresh rib eye and amoroso rolls like they do in philly but they warm up the cheese in pizza oven so it gives it a good twist. One thing I can tell you right off the bat is that these people FEED you... oh my goodness! We ordered for two people and got so much food! Big portions and lots of extras like french bread with butter. The food is absolutely delicious. I haven't had anything from this place that wasn't bursting with flavor. I don't know what happened to these guys - they used to be a good family owned joint. Now it seems to be some other people running it. Whenever I get a pizza, it's just an old pizza that they warmed up. It's never made fresh. You can tell how a fresh pizza should look, feel, and taste. But the past 5 times I've gotten a pizza from them, it was old, most likely from the day before. I gave them many chances and they failed. Two stars because the flavor was at least good. This location was formally occupied by "That's Amore Pizza" which we thought was very expensive and mediocre in quality. After seeing that the place had changed hands we decided to give the new business a try. We are certainly glad we did! We had the 20 inch split specialty pizza. Half BBQ chicken and half Pesto chicken. It tasted awesome! My wife wanted thin crust to cut down on the carbs, but I love thick and chewy. It pleased us both because the bottom is thin crust, but the edges are thick and chewy. Both flavors really come out, even a few days later as leftovers. We have gone here twice now and re-ordered the same thing to make sure it's consistent. It is. Very fresh tasting. We highly recommend this place, and the prices are reasonable. read more

Quick, easy and super good quality! The buffalo chicken pizza was amazing, even surprised my husband who is a picky eater! The dough was perfect thickness, not too thick, not to thin, has a nice crunch but was also light and not to dense. Toppings with the homemade sauce was on point! Unconventional I know but I love to eat my crust with ranch, so I asked for extra ranch on the side and the girls working that night happily gave me two extra and mentioned it was homemade, indeed it was deliciously made!
