Love that this opened right in our neck of the woods. It's super cute and vibing on the inside. The gal that works the counter, she is bilingual, has to be as nice as they come. I like the sweetness of the crushed tomatoes in the pizzas. To take my slices up a notch, I bless it with a few sprinkles of granulated, some parmesan cheese and crushed peppers- magnificent!!!!!! Always a clean establishment. Friendly staff. And love how they are finding ways to make some improvements. For example, ones dine in sliced pizza is not served on 2 paper plates, now it's on a wooden board like the ones they pull pizza outta the over but it's smaller and not heavy. Wax paper is place on the board then the slices. Such a cut way to sever up some deliciousness! And cost effect and going green in small ways m, but it all helps the environment in the end. Be mindful not to throw the tray/board in the trash. Near the trash can is a bright sign for the trays to be placed there. If one hasn't, come try a slice. I don't like a lot of American pizza because it's usually too salty and lacks the natural flavors of its ingredients, but I found this place and finally have somewhere I know I'll like the pizza. Crust that's both crispy and chewy, cheese that tastes like milk, tomato sauce that tastes like real tomatoes, and fresh toppings that retained their own flavor amongst the other ingredients. Aside from that, the interior was clean and beautifully decorated, you can tell it's a small business with passion. The guy who served us was very nice and clearly cared about good pizza. My favorite toppings are Pepperoni, Jalapeños and garlic that's it. It is delicious, great tomatoey, mozzarella floppy goodness. A little hard hard to eat without the toppings falling off. They also have a pay by the slice option & they always have lots of pizzas to choose from already pre made. If you get the pay by the slice option you get your food almost immediately, otherwise call in or be prepared to wait. If you haven't tried east coast style pizza then you are really missing out. In New Jersey, New York specifically they do their pizza crust extra toasty and thin, I love it!! Ricotta cheese is commonly used as a topping & it is amazing. There are lots of culinary options in this area and this pizza place more than holds it's own against some fierce competition.
